Propriété en bord de mer de 250 m² avec vue sur la rivière Gualala et la mer, cette maison ravit les gens depuis des décennies. C´est vers la fin d´un culdesac caché de la rue, isolé mais à seulement 3 ou 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville de Gualala, où vous trouverez Surf Market (options biologiques), un supermarché de Gualala, un café Trinks, etc. L'emplacement est privé et extrêmement pratique. Les chiens bien élevés sont les bienvenus (30 $ par nuit, 2 chiens maximum). Nouveaux bains chauds et froids sans cèdre ni brome de cèdre.

Family vacation

The property is lovely and the location is fabulous. Comfortably accommodated all 14 of us for our multi generation family trip. The hot tub was great and the cold plunge was a fun challenge. Highly recommend. .

Great Family Place

With four children in our group, this was one of the best places we stayed in the area. The fenced yard, tall rope swing, and luxury tree house were all a big hit. Also, the hot and cold tubs. We had a wonderful intergenerational family gathering here and found everything very well set up for our group of 7 adults, 3 kids, and 1 baby. Would return in a heartbeat!

Great house with the most amazing hot tub!!

This house is fantastic!! Great location, walking distance to many things in Gualala (including walking paths along the bluff). Very well equip kitchen and house in general. And, INCREDIBLE, magical, perfectly placed hot tub!!

Beautiful home!

This is a beautiful property with an amazing view. The house is clean and stocked with everything you can imagine for a wonderful vacation. I would definitely stay here again and went home feeling a sense of peace and calm from listening to the ocean waves day and night. I love that place! Wonderful hosts.

Memorial Day weekend in Gualala

We enjoyed our stay in this casual, comfortable home with an ocean view. Primary bedroom on the second floor has the best view and the ocean waves were most audible from that room. The large property is fenced which was helpful, given we had an active 3 year old with us. Deck with its long picnic table and benches plus numerous chairs made outdoor time together easy. Plus the weather was perfect! Thank you for the lovely weekend retreat!

Our family favorite

This is our third time staying at what everyone in our family calls “The Gualala House”. The house, the location and the amenities are perfect for our group (11 adults, teens and kids). And the hosts Nick and Judy are lovely, gracious and super quick to respond. We cannot recommend highly enough!

Relaxing, good for family or friends group

Directions clear, excellent manual which we referred to at times. We enjoyed both the home, yard and sound of the waves as well as the town. Walked to town on numerous occasions. Spent two days at Gualala Point Park—could not get enough of the outdoors there.

Perfect long weekend

Fantastic views from the living space, deck and hot tub make this a superb place to spend time. Easily accommodates large group for meal time. Room layout provides privacy for large group with various needs. Recommend!

Second Visit

We absolutely love this house! This was our second visit (first visit I was pregnant, this time we had our 16-month-old in tow). Lovely property for the whole family and our dogs to enjoy. Our favorite spot is on the wrap around deck!

Great family retreat

Our main criterion was a home with similar sized bedrooms for 4 families (grandparents, kids with grandkids) and a dining table that accommodates all of us 14. The dot on I is the charming personalized outfit, great kitchen supplies, phantastic hot and cold tubs, the massaging chair, and some more special treats. The views were as advertized and we enjoyed it very much. The host was very responsive, especially during a power outage.

Mendonoma Marvelous!

This is our second summer renting the Gualala house for three generations of our family. We LOVE it! Spacious, clean, lovely views, walk into town, huge enclosed grass back yard with tree swing for the grandkids. A quick drive to bluff walks, river and beach picnics. I'm getting misty just typing this. Our family looking forward to coming back soon! Judy, the owner, is super responsive and helpful.

What a Gem!

We had such a lovely time at this property. The large land size, proximity to town and lots of fun beaches & river activities, and views made our stay really special. We could hear the waves from the huge wrap around deck leaving us relaxed and renewed. We witnessed so much nature just from the deck and enjoyed the hot tub too. The kids spent countless hours on the swing and walked to town to buy goodies every chance they got. They loved being close enough to be able to do that and we loved that they could go pick up tortilla chips when we ran out. If you're going with kids, be sure to check out Shell Beach in Sea Ranch during low tide - we had such a fun time checking out sea creatures and starfish and even spotted a seal. The house is well stocked with everything you might need.

Lovely views, nice big house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay in Gualala at Judy’s place! It’s secluded, but local beaches are available. Cooks beach was a short walk from free street parking to nice, semi private beach, dogs allowed. Also Schooner or bowling ball beach, and next to schooner, south of Point Arena, same parking, walk in and fresh water river access, dogs allowed. Fishing was good at Point Arena. Gualala stores have all you’ll need.The house was wonderfully big enough for all 10 of us, 2 master bedrooms, 3 other bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. WiFi, Netflix had all we needed. With beautiful views of Gualala Regional freshwater inlet and ocean. Very relaxing hot tub, deer, hummingbirds. Thanks Judy and co-owner!

Amazing family trip

We had a wonderful time and were so impressed with the property. We are an extended family of 8 adults and 1 child (2 years old) and the space was comfortable and allowed everyone to come together in the living area and have their own privacy in the rooms. We had originally planned for 2 more adults and they would have definitely fit comfortably. The yard was perfect for our pup and son to run around in. We hope to stay again! Nobody in the family has room to host everyone, so this was the perfect solution. It felt like home! Kitchen had everything we needed to make Christmas dinner and the views are AMAZING! It was chilly, but there were plenty of space heaters to keep up cozy...there is a fireplace we brought wood for, but we didn’t trust our 2 year old.

Mini Family Reunion / Grandparent Memorial

This is a spacious home with 5 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. Perfect for family gatherings, girl's getaways and for multiple couples vacationing together. It is well equipped with all you need and the little town of Gualala is close by as are other attractions of this beautiful coastline of Northern California. Our total number was only 3 adults + 2 children but there is room for more! If the weather is warmer, there is a nice deck all around to enjoy. The Property Manager was very responsive to our request for a space heater (it took a day to heat up the house as it was chilly when we arrived) for an elderly member of our group, which was much appreciated. The large TV upstairs was great for the kids and adults! The Hot Tubs, while an attractive feature, were somewhat difficult to use because of the heavy covers...also the cooktop required reading the instruction manual if you are not familiar with electric induction ranges! Fortunately, the hosts provide a manual for the home. Groceries from the two stores in town were pricey, so suggest a stop to shop before heading out to the coast. You cannot walk to the beach from here but a short drive North or South of town take you to some amazing beaches. Good Wi-Fi but unreliable cell phone reception. All in all, a nice property for a larger group and a perfect place to make your "basecamp" as you explore this lovely area! Touring tip: Check out the Anderson Valley for Wine Tasting!

Charming house with amazing views

Stayed here with a group of friends and it was such a charming house, that is fully stocked with everything you could need. You can hear the ocean from every room. It is so peaceful. Will 100% be back!
