Parfait pour les familles et les amis ou pour une escapade tranquille

Locations à domicile Vendredi 14h00 - Vendredi 10h00, les tarifs de location varient selon la semaine / la saison

Vous devez louer ou apporter vos propres draps et serviettes de bain. Les lits sont 2 lits king, 2 lits queen et 2 lits simples (jumeaux). Plusieurs entreprises locales louent et livrent / ramassent des draps, des serviettes, du matériel de plage et plus encore!

Profitez du sable doux sur la plage ou observez-le depuis les ponts du premier et deuxième étage ou depuis n’importe où à l’intérieur de la maison. Beau temps, mauvais temps!

Deux ponts couverts qui font face à l'océan, l'un est projeté
Accès aux ponts de presque toutes les pièces.

Par une nuit claire, l'observation des étoiles est incroyable. Il y a très peu de pollution lumineuse provenant des réverbères et la maison est assez éloignée du centre-ville de Bethany Beach. Apportez votre télescope!

Au deuxième étage, quatre des cinq chambres ont un accès direct à la terrasse et offrent une vue sur l'océan.

La maison est l'océan et la plage. La promenade de la plage est à seulement quelques minutes de marche par un sentier convivial aux pieds nus composé de pavés de terrasse. La promenade de cette petite communauté privée est adjacente à la maison voisine de celle-ci.

Il y a une douche extérieure au niveau du sol de la maison à utiliser après avoir «jouer» sur la plage.

Grande allée - place pour 6 voitures

Barbecue - utilise un réservoir de propane rechargeable. Grill est situé sur un patio extérieur. Vous devrez peut-être remplir le réservoir, comme à la maison. Considérez que c'est du loto au propane!
De vrais comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine. Beau!

La pêche sur la plage est autorisée toute la journée avant le jour du Souvenir et après la fête du travail. Il est également permis avant 10h00 et après 17h00 pendant la saison estivale (lorsque les Life Guards ne sont pas sur la plage).

Allée dispose d'un parking pour au moins 6 véhicules.

Property manager awesome. Location of home amazing. We found Bethany Beach quiet, private, uncrowded and very clean. The home Is well equipped. We enjoyed screened in porch due to biting flies. The 3 living rooms allowed all 7 of us to be close but allowed plenty of space. We will definitely return next year!

Excellent location for families on the beach

We enjoyed our stay. Location on the beach is very convenient. Beach is clean and quiet. Excellent location for large family. Nice view of the beach from two bedrooms. It is spaceous. It is well furnished. Wi-Fi is not reliable.

We had yet another wonderful stay on Sandpiper Lane in Bethany. So many lovely, sunny days, kite flying, fun meals on the screened-in porch, jigsaw puzzles on the huge dining table and watching the beautiful sea from the top deck! Holly makes everything so easy and the house is always perfectly clean. The most glorious views in Bethany and the beach, waves and sanderlings all to ourselves! Perfect!

Awesome House and Location!

We absolutely loved staying in this house! The location was so convenient to shopping, restaurants and the the boardwalks at OC and Rehoboth. The house had everything we needed including a well appointed kitchen and hot water in the outdoor shower (the kids were so grateful for this)! All of the furniture was very comfortable though we spent most of our time on the beach or on the screened porch (which had a large table that could fit all 8 of us for dinners). This house could not have fit our needs better and we hope to be able to go back again next year. I would definitely recommend this house to others!

Bethany Beach getaway

Very clean, comfortable. THREE, count them, three living areas! Kitchen could count as a fourth area with the island. We had a couple of friends stop in for a visit and it made for easy conversation. Wrap around outside decks were nice for watching morning sunrises over the ocean and for afternoon happy hours. Beach was close and convenient. Clean beach but watch the tides. It came up within fifty feet of the dune limit. Definitely planning to go again.

Great Views

We really enjoyed our week at Bayberry Dunes The property was well described, there were no surprises. The house was clean and well maintained. There was ample parking and lots of interior space. Good Wi-Fi; we brought power strips to charge our electronic devices. The location was quiet; stores and restaurants were a short drive away. Bike lanes were available, but on a very busy road. The highlight of the house was the two wraparound decks which provided both sunny and shaded areas. We enjoyed the screened-in porch and had many meals there. The upper deck had great views of the beach and ocean. There was plenty of seating on both decks. Access to the uncrowded beach was by a nearby walkway. Having lifeguards from 10am to 5pm was a definite plus. Holly promptly answered our questions via VRBO messaging. We would not hesitate to return to Bayberry Dunes should we want to vacation in Delaware again.

Bayberry Dunes

This was our second stay at Bayberry Dunes and we all had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and comfortable. This year we rented sheets and towels and had the beds made, which was worth every penny (SeaPlayHomes.com). The ocean views are fabulous and it's just steps to the walkway to the beach. Our whole family came, including our two year old grandson and 9 month old granddaughter. If you have little ones, you will definitely need a gate for the stairway down to the ground. We also brought high chairs, crib, etc. The little ones had a great time on the very safe decks, running and crawling. The screened-in porch is terrific for every meal. We reserved the indoor dining table for puzzles! The grill doesn't get over 350 degrees, but otherwise the online listing is quite accurate. Woody's in Dewey Beach has great crab cakes and outdoor, COVID-friendly seating. Holly is a wonderfully helpful and friendly manager who always replies promptly to all questions. Can't say enough good about her! The kitchen is well-equipped (but bring a sharp knife and scissors) and the extra fridge in the laundry room is a godsend for a big group. We bought bags of ice with our groceries, but there are plenty of ice cube trays. We would love the larger of the TVs to be located in the area with the most seating, as our group enjoys an occasional movie, but otherwise everything is very comfortably arranged. We absolutely loved our week and will be back!

My husband and I loved our recent stay at this beautiful relaxing home. We had gorgeous weather, fishing, chilling on the beach and decks of the home. The house is very private, and the views are spectacular for watching sunrise and sunset. We can't wait until next September when we will be back! I would suggest future guests to bring an electrical extension cord. I was reading my IPad Kindle so much that I needed to charge it while using it! Also scissors-- to cut tags off stuff you buy on the boardwalk. Holly was just a phone call away if we needed anything, or clarification about our stay. 100% highly recommend this rental- this was our first VRBO experience!

Great oceanfront location

My family and I had a fantastic time at this property. The location couldn't be better & the community was very quiet. We were able to leave the windows open and listen to the waves at night. Proximity to the beach was great for the kids and in case we needed to return to the house for snacks, bathroom breaks, etc. We look forward to returning for another trip!

Delightful oceanfront, practically private stay

The house in Bayberry Dunes is lovely. The neighborhood was completely quiet for our week of October 9-16 and the beach was almost empty except for people occasionally walking by at the shoreline: perfect for social distancing! The gorgeous views from all rooms and up and down the beach were as advertised.

Making others smile makes me happy. Please ask me questions about this comfortable oceanfront home and where to rent bed linens. Life in Bethany Beach is casual and enjoyable - especially if YOU can slow down to the ‘lower slower Delaware’ pace. Originally, I'm from the Detroit Michigan area and have spent most of my life in the automotive industry and traveling the US. Now I live in Maryland and parts of the east coast of Florida, traveling for my work. My interests are cars, music, travel and spoiling my rescue doggie babies.

SO MANY local attractions. Most are unique to the area. GREAT local restaurants for every budget and almost every taste. Do some research, try at least one local restaurant while you are here. CRAFT BREWERIES (at least 14), DISTILLERIES (at least 3) and WINERIES (at least 6) within an hours drive. Most have tours and restaurants too. You could spend a week visiting all of them. OCEAN CITY, MD - famous for its boardwalk, restaurants, events and attractions is a short drive south. OUTLET SHOPPING in Rehoboth Beach - Delaware is tax free! STATE PARKS to hike, explore, learn history, including Assateague Island (National Seashore State Park) to see the wild Horses and more! BIKING and JOGGING - the area has clearly marked lanes which many people use to travel south to Fenwick island and north to Indian River. BOATING - locally rent or launch your boat
