Ocean Block Townhouse avec une vue imprenable sur la plage

Vues et sons à couper le souffle sur l'océan, la plage privée et le parc d'État adjacent. Emplacement absolument fabuleux qui est très proche du front de mer. Marchez 50 marches jusqu'à la plage familiale privée. Détendez-vous dans votre choix de deux grandes terrasses arrière (une à côté du salon et une à côté de la chambre principale) qui donnent sur l'océan et le parc d'État. En date du 05/2018, cuisine entièrement rénovée avec de nouvelles armoires, appareils et plancher. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Nouveaux étages dans le salon principal et le hall d'entrée. Canapés de salon très confortables recouverts de cuir. Téléviseurs à écran plat dans le salon et la chambre principale. Salle à manger séparée. Des courts de tennis et une petite aire de jeux pour les tout-petits sont disponibles à une courte distance de marche. Le pont avant offre une vue agréable des amis et de la famille jouant au tennis ou des enfants jouant dans la petite aire de jeux. Vous pourrez déguster une fête du crabe dans le pavillon couvert attenant à la petite aire de jeux. Un parking privé est à l'avant et une cour privée. Si vous aimez la plage, vous apprécierez pleinement notre maison de plage.

So close to the beach

Property was clean and had an excellent location. Just steps from the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and they had all the beach accessories and toys for a family. The neighborhood was also ideal for young children.

AMAZING WEEK!

We love staying at this property as it is clean, convenient and right in the center of all in Tower Shores. We love the layout and the kitchen is perfect for all of us to share a meal and play a game after a full day on the beach. We had an amazing time! The views from the decks are great, there was lots for our 3 year olds to do at the park, the house is updated and clean, and access to the beach is extremely easy. Can’t wait to visit again.

The location is clearly great and the neighborhood was lovely—quiet, very family friendly. The home was clean, comfortable, with many amenities to make the stay easy and relaxing. The hosts are wonderful—easily the best we’ve encountered in many years of renting the Vrbo. They were very responsive to our inquiries prior to our arrival, and during our stay when we had a very minor issue that we alerted them to as only an FYI for future rentals, within hours they had a plan to remedy it. I would not hesitate to come back again! It was truly one of the most relaxing beach vacations we’ve had.

Fabulous beach house!

We loved staying here. It took us maybe a minute to walk to the beach. The house was very clean and the owners have thought of everything to ensure guests have a very comfortable stay. It was so nice to have chairs, umbrellas and beach toys provided. We also found the kitchen to be very well stocked with everything you could possibly need.

Great Time Again!

We have stayed here for multiple years and this is such a great place. It is literally a few steps to the beach, and the views of the ocean from the back deck are spectacular. We love the living area for our family to hang out and the kitchen and recently updated bathrooms are great. We will continue to book in the future.

Another memorable Bethany Beach Vacation!

We had an incredible stay, again, at this property! It feels like home as you enter and with all the up to date amenities, it is wonderful to be there. We've stayed at Tower Shores for the last 10 years. It is a nice and quiet community with a beautiful beach. We've stayed in 6 different units over the years and this one has been our favorite. The kitchen was great. It had everything we needed to prepare meals for our large family and was super organized. There is a large round table for eating and enough seating in the living room for all 8 of us and to sit. There is also plenty of decking chairs for all to enjoy and outdoor experience. We really love this unit, community and beach!

Our favorite place to stay’

We visit Bethany Beach every few years and have stayed on several different rentals over the years. This one is far and away our favorite! It’s about 100 ft from the beach, and has a wonderful view from the upstairs balcony! It was exceptionally clean, which is not always the case at other places we’ve stayed. It also had everything we needed for a comfortable week long stay- we were easily able to cook our meals and relax here.

We had a wonderful time at this property. We were blown away by the kitchen and how well stocked it was. I had brought a number of things with me and found I didn't even need them. Everything we needed!

This property is a very short walk to the beach and was so well equipped with everything we needed. There were lots of chairs, toys, games, and extra bedroom essentials like pillows. The outside shower was great for rinsing off all the sand before entering the house. Parking was ample and the owners were quick to respond to any questions. We had a wonderful stay!

Absolute gem!

We have been renting in Bethany for several years and this has been our favorite by far. Can't say enough good things about it. Beautiful unit, so incredibly well and thoughtfully stocked, steps to the beach, playground, multiple truly beautiful views, great outdoor spaces for morning coffee and meals. Clearly well maintained. Would come back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend.

Wonderful Townhouse, Fantastic Stay!

This is our 3rd stay at this property, and our visits just keep getting better! Perfect location, with ocean views and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Our little folks loved the playground, and the older crowd loved the central location to everything - the neighborhood is quiet and family-oriented, but restaurants and boardwalks are a short drive away. The newly remodeled kitchen is superb - well laid out and well stocked. The layout is surprisingly roomy, with both good communal space and plenty of room to have some quiet time to yourself. The hosts are wonderful - very responsive. We really can't say enough about how much we enjoyed ourselves, other than to say we will be back!

We love coming to the beach with our family, and have made significant renovations to the house making it more enjoyable. We have owned the house for 21 years and have enjoyed making memories with family and friends, including sharing many meals around the table on the back deck overlooking the beach dunes.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

If you like a quiet family beach, then Atlantic Watergate is a wonderful beach vacation in close proximity (50 steps) to a private beach. You have tremendous privacy looking out onto the Delaware state park that is adjacent to our back yard. It sleeps 10 comfortably and you can dine either on the back deck or in the dining room.
