Vues et sons à couper le souffle sur l'océan, la plage privée et le parc d'État adjacent. Emplacement absolument fabuleux qui est très proche du front de mer. Marchez 50 marches jusqu'à la plage familiale privée. Détendez-vous dans votre choix de deux grandes terrasses arrière (une à côté du salon et une à côté de la chambre principale) qui donnent sur l'océan et le parc d'État. En date du 05/2018, cuisine entièrement rénovée avec de nouvelles armoires, appareils et plancher. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Nouveaux étages dans le salon principal et le hall d'entrée. Canapés de salon très confortables recouverts de cuir. Téléviseurs à écran plat dans le salon et la chambre principale. Salle à manger séparée. Des courts de tennis et une petite aire de jeux pour les tout-petits sont disponibles à une courte distance de marche. Le pont avant offre une vue agréable des amis et de la famille jouant au tennis ou des enfants jouant dans la petite aire de jeux. Vous pourrez déguster une fête du crabe dans le pavillon couvert attenant à la petite aire de jeux. Un parking privé est à l'avant et une cour privée. Si vous aimez la plage, vous apprécierez pleinement notre maison de plage.

Beautiful view into the State Park and surf fishing beach from the back decks. Tennis courts and playground for kids right across the street. Very short walk through the dune crossing. This home was perfect for our 3 generation family vacation! A lot of stairs inside, but the bedroom on the ground floor was perfect for those of us with mobility issues. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and appliances, and everything is labeled, so it's easy to find. Our toddlers loved the toys and playing on the deck. The home really is very close to the beach! It's a very short walk to the dune boardwalk, and we could sit and watch the shore from the second and third floor decks. The owner Brendan is very responsive to questions, and we thank you for a wonderful stay at your place!

Absolutely wonderful stay and truly love this property!! This is our fourth year here and we can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Well maintained and so comfortable! It was our grandson’s first Bethany Beach trip and the house was perfect for them too. The new bathroom was stunning and a great addition. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

So close to the beach

Property was clean and had an excellent location. Just steps from the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and they had all the beach accessories and toys for a family. The neighborhood was also ideal for young children.

We would stay here again. We stayed at this beach house in mid-August 2026. It's a beautiful home with a convenient layout. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed, with many things we've not found in other beach houses. For example, there are ample Tupperware, good cutting knives, and a well-stocked spice rack. The bathrooms are nice and are recently renovated. The house is a short walk from the beach. There is a nice view of the beach, especially from the top floor. The beach access does not require using any stairs, which was a big plus for us. You can have meals out on the deck on the main level, which we did multiple times. The nearest grocery store (Hocker's) is a short drive away. We made it up to the boardwalk in Rehoboth one day, which was only about 20 minutes away. We had good communication with the host, who was very responsive. The hardest part about our stay was having to come home.

AMAZING WEEK!

We love staying at this property as it is clean, convenient and right in the center of all in Tower Shores. We love the layout and the kitchen is perfect for all of us to share a meal and play a game after a full day on the beach. Great property with outstanding views

We had an amazing time! The views from the decks are great, there was lots for our 3 year olds to do at the park, the house is updated and clean, and access to the beach is extremely easy. Can’t wait to visit again.

5 Star Location - Unique views of dunes, beach, and ocean

Friendly and safe neighborhood and view of the dunes, beach, and ocean. Great location for kids, teens, and adults. Great kitchen and setup for cooking and BBQing.

Great Time Again!

We have stayed here for multiple years and this is such a great place. It is literally a few steps to the beach, and the views of the ocean from the back deck are spectacular. We love the living area for our family to hang out and the kitchen and recently updated bathrooms are great. We will continue to book in the future.

Fabulous beach house!

We loved staying here. It took us maybe a minute to walk to the beach. The house was very clean and the owners have thought of everything to ensure guests have a very comfortable stay. It was so nice to have chairs, umbrellas and beach toys provided. We also found the kitchen to be very well stocked with everything you could possibly need.

Another memorable Bethany Beach Vacation!

We had an incredible stay, again, at this property! It feels like home as you enter and with all the up to date amenities, it is wonderful to be there. The hosts have made this property just about perfect and we just enjoy being there. The proximity to the beach is terrific and the views are nothing short of spectacular. Our favorite place to stay’

We visit Bethany Beach every few years and have stayed on several different rentals over the years. This one is far and away our favorite! It’s about 100 ft from the beach, and has a wonderful view from the upstairs balcony! It was exceptionally clean, which is not always the case at other places we’ve stayed. It also had everything we needed for a comfortable week long stay- we were easily able to cook our meals and relax here.

Great getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this property. We were blown away by the kitchen and how well stocked it was. I had brought a number of things with me and found I didn't even need them. We loved how close it is to the beach. So easy to go back to the house and grab some lunch, frequent bathroom trips, etc. Thank you for a great stay!

We have owned the house for 22 years and have enjoyed making memories with family and friends, including sharing many meals around the table on the back deck overlooking the beach dunes.

You have tremendous privacy looking out onto the Delaware state park that is adjacent to our back yard. It sleeps 10 comfortably and you can dine either on the back deck or in the dining room.
