Great place!!

We loved being right on the beach. So beautiful and convenient. We had family come visit for the day and everyone loved it!! Beds were comfortable and loved the rain shower. I want to go back.

great place!

This was our second time staying here and it was once again a great stay. Great location, great views, uncrowded pool and beach. Only downsides: beach chairs are not set up for you and heavy to drag out (plus many times we had to wait for them to get unlocked-guy was busy) and furniture is hard and a bit dirty/worn out

The property is very clean and has all you need. We ride the bikes around AMI and we had a lot of fun. Great place to stay!

Mainsail Beach Inn

Nice place for our family. Nice to have beach and pool and all the beach equipment. Not close to walk to restaurants. 10:00 am check out was too early for us with a baby who needed to nap and would not let us do any later . Overall, nice place.

So Good!

First of all the smell that met us at the door of the Inn was amazing. Matthew was the next breath of fresh air. Auto check in was great and the modern, clean and well designed room was so good! Everything was better than we expected looking at some of the places in the area. We appreciate the Inn and we will be back!

Wonderful Beach Inn with Fantastic Views

Beautiful views, right on a beautiful beach. Really nice listening to the waves from the inn. Kitchen was nice. We went to the grocery store to pick up a few things. Wifi was good. The property managers we're always around during the day and super helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back in the future!

Beautiful location on beach, this outstanding boutique inn is perfect for a fun time on AMI.

Excellent on-site service. Highest standard of clean and comfortable. Unit 9C has a pretty view of the gulf. Very peaceful. Many amenities included—bikes, kayaks, paddle boards. Stunning sunsets. Bev, John and Manny are available to make your stay easy and fun.

Look no further, you are home! I could live here year round. Steps to the beach, and to the best restaurant on Anna Maria Island, Beach Bistro. Exceptionally well appointed. You feel like you are home in an upscale condo on the Gulf of Mexico. Spacious rooms with handsome appointments. Huge gourmet kitchen. Washer and dryer. Beautiful common areas including sofas, office desk, pool and hot tub. Magnificent!

Reviewer Comments: we rented 3 units for our daughter's wedding weekend. unit 9,11 &12. all the units were clean but very dated. old appliances, showers, tv's, etc....there were no extra blankets in any of the units. unit 11 had a large water mold mark on the living room ceiling. and why are we paying to use the bikes? they should be free for guests staying at the Inn

Great stay but could use a refresher

Such a wonderful location and the property is true to the photos, however everything is a little worn. The cabinetry/furniture needs to be cleaned and repainted and some small details are just off - like the open top plastic wastebasket in the kitchen rather than something with a lid and larger was a small irritant with a small child. The pool area really needs to be cleaned and some of the furniture updated. I would have also really liked to have a chain or deadbolt on the room door - there is a code to enter the building after hours however the children's room was closest to the door and during the day the front desk was not always there and there were construction workers in and out all day. None of this would prevent me from staying again - however I would price shop some other places nearby first as there are a lot of beach front properties to choose from.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation! Judy was wonderful when we were booking and helping with a potential elevator issue. While we were there, Dominic went above and beyond for my family. I can’t stress enough what an asset you have with him. My step-Dad has dementia and he was so caring and understanding about everything. He was wonderful with my son as well and made us all feel very special and at home. This was likely the last trip for my step Dad as traveling has become too disorienting for him so it means a lot that we had such a memorable trip. The unit we stayed in was beautiful, clean and well stocked. We loved the pool and jacuzzi and beach access. I hope to return in the future. Thank you for everything and a beautiful experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and the view was great. The building is very quaint and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is much smaller than I expected from the photos but we didn’t come for the pool! :) My only complaint was that our dryer never worked great and then totally stopped working on the last day when we were trying to take all clean clothes back with us. This caused us to check out a few minutes late which the housekeeper said was no problem. We ended up taking them to a laundry mat. I told the front desk and they were apologetic and said they would work on the dryer. A small hiccup and I would definitely stay here again!
