Bien que cette suite soit notre plus petite unité, elle offre un petit patio au premier étage, à proximité de la piscine et un rapport qualité-prix incroyable. Le mobilier et les rendez-vous de votre location de vacances privée à Holmes Beach sont élégants, frais et lumineux. La retraite de deux chambres et deux salles de bains est joliment décorée, avec des murs blancs, des pastels frais, des œuvres d'art locales, des sols en pin poli et des meubles confortables.

La cuisine gastronomique entièrement équipée comprend des comptoirs en marbre, des armoires en bois sur mesure, des appareils en acier inoxydable et une barre de petit-déjeuner surélevée pouvant accueillir quatre personnes.

Great location to the beach and only a short drive to everything we needed, had an issue with the door right away and there was someone there to fix it super quick! Great place to stay no doubt

Excellent vacation

We had a great time on vacation! Everything we needed, easy check in process, great location, beautiful beach, chairs on the beach (umbrellas in the closet), comfy beds and we even rented the bikes. Thank you enjoyed it!

Wonderful property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was just as pictured and described! Location was gorgeous, beds were very comfortable, unit and property were clean, and it was so nice to have a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Unit was just steps to the beach and the pool. Only downside to the first floor is that it was a little noisy above us.

Family trip with a toddler

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We brought our family including a toddler and the unit we stayed in was perfect! The location was steps from the pool and the beach. The unit had everything we needed. We did use a rental service that brought bed rails and toys and they were in the unit when we arrived. The best part besides a dreamy stay at the beach was the STAFF!!!! I have never been somewhere that some one was always around to answer questions, fix a problem, or chat. We will be coming back.

Beautiful Place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay and is was a great location. My mom is on a walker and I was told it was about 6 steps to the beach from Unit 10. It was more like a 100 steps. The beds are very high. The master bed was about 30 inches high and the other bed was around 26 inches. A little high for an elderly person. The unit is very spacious and a nice large patio. Very clean and the pool was great. The cleaning staff is apparently allowed to park in the handicap spot even though they don't have a parking permit for it.

Trip to Anna Maria Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent the week prior to Memorial Day 2023 at the Mainsail Beach Inn and couldn't have been happier with the experience. The unit was clean and the staff, Rhoda and John, made us feel like family. It was just a short walk to the beautiful white sand beach. We would highly recommend this spot to anyone considering a stay on the island and will definitely consider going back again next year.

Recommend Mainsail Beach Inn for a relaxing, quiet stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good stay. Quiet atmosphere, clean uncrowded pool, beach access just a few steps away. So close to see the Beautiful sunsets. The unit was clean and quiet, helpful to have washer & dryer, unit provided plenty of beach towels and shower towels. Comfy beds. Could use more chairs inside the unit. Restaurants & coffee shops not within walking distance. Without a car, the Golf Taxi and trolley are good and free ways to get around the island, with tips for driver. The on-site staff, especially Rhoda, were very helpful and friendly, providing lots of helpful information.

Great stay for a chill weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our stay at Mainsail was great. They were very communicative prior to arrival about check in/out process, amenities, location, etc.. The unit itself was okay. They size and layout was perfect for two couples. Some of the furniture such as the barstools were worn and could use an upgrade. Our shower head could use a good cleaning, and the showers didn’t always get good and hot. We did have a bit of a bug issue the first night, but I chalk that up to the hurricane stirring things up and management was attentive and kind about the situation. Actually management was just great overall. My friend dropped her purse in the parking lot the night before and the next day, Matthew from the office was knocking on our door returning her debit card that he found in the lot! I would recommend staying here, but would say that it was a lot of families and kids, so if you’re looking for a party pad, this is not your spot! We didn’t mind as we are all parent (although we left our kids behind), and weren’t trying to rage at the pool. All of the other guests were very sweet and respectful. Being steps away from the beach and a short distance from restaurants and shopping also made for a great trip!

Nice with a few improvements needed

Coffee ups way too small, plus I would prefer k-cups. Couch and living room furniture not comfortable!Everything else was great!

Great location/Dirty property

Anna Marie is lovely. The staff at mainsail was lovely especially Manny and John. Nice pool lovely beach. Condo was clean. Limited space no view we were disappointed in the following. : no way to clean floors only a broom. Umbrellas were in rough shape. Cabinets are in need of painting. Beds are very comfortable. The beach bistro makes it very loud and the big trucks that come several times a week made it feel industrial. Beach bistro had their parking lot paved the smell was unpleasant. The furniture on the little back deck is very uncomfortable the construction of new condos was our view all month ! One weekend a group of women rented unit above us the noise level was ridiculous on Saturday night. I complained to staff on Sunday. We fell in love with the island the food the shopping etc. We have always stayed at ft Myers or Bonita beach. We have never paid this much and had no view no deck etc. We would rent from mainsail again but not this condo. Again, the staff was lovely. Also the parking is extremely tight snd if you have a guest they have to park at another hotel and it’s 10$ a night.

Amazing Place To Stay in Anna Maria

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay at the Mainsail Inn. We love this place so much. The location and amenities are fabulous. The beach is literally in your backyard and close to shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. The condos are clean, stocked and very comfortable. Note that they supply you with all the toiletries to get started, but if you're planning to be there longer than 4-5 days, pick up some paper towels and toilet paper when you do your grocery store run.
