The luxurious gated community Windsor Hills Resort has the ideal location for your enjoyment, just minutes away from the main Disney parks and all the attractions Orlando area has to offer. Included on the guests’ stay, Windsor Hills offers a large range of amenities in a safe community. You will find:

PARKING
1. There is a 3 car maximum per property address. Exceptions must be entered into DwellingLive.
2. Do not block sidewalks and do not park on the streets or grass;
3. Single-family homes can hold-up to vehicles in the driveway;
4. Townhomes can hold one vehicle in the driveway;
5. Condos have their own parking spaces located in front and around the buildings.
6. Additional parking is available in the oversize parking lot off Comrow Street (next to the recreation park) and in front of the clubhouse.
7. All over-sized vehicles must be approved by the General Manager and: a) obtain an oversize parking permit at the front gate; b) display the permit on the vehicle; c) park at the oversize parking lot.

Two days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent. It is important to note that, during your stay in this vacation home, only those who will have access are the registered guests.

This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:

- Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
- Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
- Laundry: One laundry detergent.
- Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

PLEASE NOTE:
• Pool heating is an optional service priced at $33 per day, with a minimum payment of $165 per stay.
• Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.
• Optional services should be requested at least 48 hours prior to check-in and are subject to availability.

POOL CLEANING
Pool cleaning at Windsor Hills Resort houses is typically conducted weekly on Mondays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.
