Ce condo offre trois chambres à coucher et deux salles de bain avec une cuisine mise à jour et une salle de bain pour rendre vos vacances un jeu d'enfant!. Sortez sur votre véranda nouvellement carrelée et respirez l'air frais et salé et promenez-vous tranquillement sur la plage de sable blanc au bord des eaux chaudes du golfe du Mexique. Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Entered unit to find ants all over kitchen counters, inside coffee maker, toaster, under glass top stove and inside all kitchen cabinets. Bicycle with rusted chain and two flat tires in bedroom, too small for bike inside!!! All beds covered with musty smelling sheets, pillows and bedspreads. Mattresses old and sunk in, mattresses need replaced. Very cheap remodel, bathroom door does not open fully, scraps on tile and gets stuck. Master shower has black mold inside glass doors, mold comes out when showering. Patio has floor tiles missing, covered with raised tiles that you trip on, when using patio. Furniture appears to have come from Good Will, old, mismatched furniture that when you sit on it, you sink down, the cushions are so old. Bathroom has plumbing issue we were not told about in advance. Toilet has two plungers next to it, toilet remains clogged. Normally you can smell bleach on sheets and you know they are clean, pillows all stained from previous tenants. Musty smell on linens and mattresses. We booked this unit a year in advance. The previous tenants should NOT of been allowed to stay until day we checked in. This unit needs aired out and a deep cleaning. Windows in bedroom so dirty, ruined the view. The windows need cleaned inside and out, the entire unit needs a deep clean. Pool heater was turned off because of bill being $1500 previous month. Unit advertised heated pool, it was too cold to enjoy. We were overcharged, unit is overpriced. This unit may of been nice 30 years ago, it needs new furniture, new mattresses, new bed linens, and a new washer and dryer. Washer and dryer are covered in rust both inside and out. Unacceptable, no a white coat of paint will NOT fix rust problems here.

What was called in to us for pest control, was scorpians coming out from under the cooktop. We went along with pest control to handle this call. There were not any scorpians in the unit. The Seaside Property Shoppe

My children and I stayed for the month of July and had a wonderful time. The sleeping accommodations were great for our family. The ease of accessibility to the pool and beach could not have been easier. Looking forward to next year!!

Heated pool was never crowded and at times we had it to ourselves. Perfect place to relax.
