Bienvenue à la plage! Situé directement sur les plages de sable de Belleair Beach, ce condo immaculé de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances. Avec deux balcons en bord de plage, vous pouvez profiter de couchers de soleil spectaculaires après avoir nagé dans la belle piscine ou joué dans le sable. À quelques minutes de Clearwater Beach, Trip conseillers # 1 Beach.

La cuisine spacieuse, avec coin repas, dispose de toutes les commodités dont vous auriez besoin pour un séjour confortable. Deux chambres au rez-de-chaussée partagent une salle de bain généreuse avec une grande douche à l'italienne. La spacieuse Master Suite est située au niveau supérieur avec une grande terrasse privée et meublée donnant sur le golfe du Mexique. Un grand dressing et une salle de bain principale mise à jour avec des plafonds voûtés sont un moyen sûr de se détendre après avoir profité de votre belle journée en Floride.

Awesome! Loved the upstairs owner's suite with private deck. This unit was very stocked, even with things you didn't realize you needed or had forgotten at home. The view is awesome and it's literally just steps away from the beach and pool. Thumbs up!!

Love this place. We return every year. Condo is clean and comfortable and stocked with everything you need for a wonderful week. Close to Publix, restaurants makes it even more convenient. Beach is steps away. We will be back!

Perfect beach vacation!!

Once again we had the perfect family vacation at this beautiful ocean front condo!! The location is perfect with the pool and ocean just steps away from the back porch. The condo has everything a family of 6 needs and plenty of room to spread out. Construction was just finishing from the hurricanes last year and the pool and grounds are once again beautiful. Also, the owners are wonderful to work with and respond right away with any questions. We will be back again next year!!!

Amazing!

We had the most wonderful week at Belleair Beach and in this condo! From the moment we walked in, we were so impressed by the cleanliness and layout of the place. We were blown away by how well stocked the property was with everything that we needed and more! We have never stayed in a place that had such a well stocked kitchen plus books, games, toys, puzzles, loads of beach towels, chairs, toys and more!Christi not only thought of everything but was so great to work with! She was always responsive to all of my messages and provided detailed information promptly. She even alerted us to the fact that pool would be unavailable due to the storm repair. While we would have enjoyed the pool, the beach was so close, beautiful and peaceful we didn’t even miss it! We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!

I don’t usually review our stays but this location was spectacular! Views were amazing! Owners were easy to work with! Condo was clean and well stocked. One of the best my family and I have been to. We travel to different locations in Florida every summer. I would definitely go back here!

A Must Stay Condo!

This is a beautiful condo! It has an amazing view of the ocean from the patio and the deck. It is steps away from the beach. Our family has been renting here for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else in the area. It has everything you could possibly need or want!

Great property to visit

We will absolutely be back. Check in was super easy and user friendly. The host even provided a good phone number to contact which would be much quicker than going through the listing mail.. This condo was in a lovely location and on a beautiful, private, and peaceful beach. The condo was comfortable, clean, and literally had everything we could have needed to make this trip great for all ages. Our children loved that they had a full cabinet selection of games and the pool and sand toy closet was a huge hit for our water days. Thank you for having us and allowing us to make wonderful memories on our family vacation. GREAT GREAT stay and condo. You will not be disappointed.

Great location

Quiet complex but easy access to Clearwater and other amenities. The pool is not heated, but it warmed up nicely with the warmer days during our stay. We will come back again.

Perfect for our family

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sonrisa condo. The views were amazing and the ability to walk to the beach just steps away... we couldn't have asked for a better Christmas vacation. We enjoyed walking the beach every morning and even found some sand dollars! We rode the ferry to Shell Key Preserve which we 100% recommend. We chartered a fishing trip for 2 of us with Mow Fishing and the charter left Belleair Causeway, so very close. Largo does a light display in their city park over Christmas and it was great! Shopping at Publix was close and we had what we needed to cook meals every day. So many fun things to do and the perfect condo as the homebase! We would love to come back again for a repeat visit!

The perfect beach vacation!

This is the second year we have stayed at this condo. The owners were so helpful with check in, and always answered promptly any questions we had. The condo was once again stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies, to beach towels and chairs, and beach toys for the grandkids. Beds were so comfortable and so much space for the whole family to spread out! The view is spectacular and literally only a few steps to the beach. We watched the sunset every night from the patio. We have stayed in many properties over the years in this area, and nothing compares to this condo! Definitely a 10/10 experience and we hope to make this an annual trip for our family!!!

Wonderful Stay

My extended family enjoyed a wonderful week at Sonrisa. The weather and location were perfect. The home suited our group and the close access to the beach made every day special. We appreciated the responsiveness of our hosts and the well appointed space. There were more stairs than we anticipated and mention it here only in case anyone has mobility challenges. Bellair Beach was a great spot and this home made for a great vacation. Thanks again!

Another stay in paradise

We had another wonderful week here. Repeat visitors. Everything about the property and the location is wonderful. All you need is your swimsuit, the condo is stocked with everything. Publix is nearby so easy shopping. The beach is quiet, which is just what our busy family needed! Christy is always attentive. She checked in several times to make sure we were comfortable ! Already booking next year!

Spectacular Beach Vacation

Just an amazing place. Just as advertised. Condo was well equipped for pool and beach. The beach is just spectacular... and full of life. Crystal clear water... we saw fish, dolphin, and manatees swimming by. Everymight was a million $ sunset! Thanks to Christi for her super fast responses and eagerness to help. We will be returning!

Love Sonrisa 3rd time staying there., sonrisa 10 was very nice only complaint someone programmed the upstairs thermostat to go to 89 on Tuesday.. we figured it out and cleared the schedule but still got up to 82 in upstairs bedroom regardless of what thermostat was set on.. Very nice condo and location

Perfect vacation on Bellaire Beach!

Everything about this condo was perfect - from the location, the beachside views, and all the amenities. The hosts have provided everything from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs and umbrellas, beach toys and a Pack and Play for the younger set, and even movies, books, games and information on anything you would like to know about the area! Beds were great, complex is quiet, and our hosts were wonderful about communication. We will be back!!!
