Coast and Country Estate - 15m Heated Pool and Minutes to Beach

Coast and Country Luxury Estate is a stunning holiday home located only minutes from the popular One Mile Surf Beach in beautiful Port Stephens. The large heated lap pool, multiple entertaining areas and expansive manicured grounds, together with a cinema room, make this the ideal place for guests to play and relax in their own resort-like abode.

A sleek and stylist separate games room is found is the gardens complete with pool table, kitchenette and bathroom.

The stunning 15m heated lap pool enjoys beautiful views of the surrounding garden and trees where privacy is maintained at all times. Exercise or relax and in the water with swims in the pool or take a short walk to the highly sought after One Mile Surf Beach. You can stroll to the nearby Koala Sanctuary. The huge lawn is ideal for family games of sport and for kids to run and play, after which everyone can cool off in the inviting heated lap pool with relaxing jets surrounding the seating area. The large kitchen is fully equipped and is open plan to the family and dining room, all of which flow out to the undercover alfresco entertaining area, complete with dining table, built-in BBQ and kitchenette, which overlooks the massive rolling lawn and sparkling pool.

The elegant main indoor living domain where you can gather around the gas log fire for drinks or with a book and a fully appointed home cinema for movie nights or watching the footy. There are 5 spacious and glamorous bedrooms, the master has a king sized bed, WIR, ensuite with shower, bath tub and a double vanity. The second bedroom also has a king bed and bedrooms 3 & 4 have queen beds. Bedroom 5 has 2 king singles or a king sized zip bed and a cot is available if you have an infant. The family bathroom features a bath and shower.

Coast and Country Luxury Estate has a carport and double lock-up garage, as well as a vast circular driveway allowing for oodles of off street parking for cars and boats. The property also has ducted air conditioning.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 10 adults & 2 Children. The sofa bed that will be added to accommodate 2 children ($100), total maximum guest 12.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas and pillows are also supplied.

Additional costs when booking:
Sofa Bed (children only) $100 per booking which includes towels and linen hire. Please note sofa bed is located in the sun-room, located off the outside undercover area. You will need to exit the main home to gain entry to the attached sun room.
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

BOND - $2000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.
