This is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, two level, property with a 2 car garage located in Snowcreek Phase 7. It has a maximum occupancy of 8, which includes children of all ages. TOML-CPAN-14506.

From the driveway walk your building's pathway to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door where you'll be on the main level. To get to the lower level you'll walk down two sets of steps.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

⟾ MAIN LEVEL offers:
⬧ Living room = Queen sofa pullout with its bedding set up and a 65” TV with TiVo/DVR
⬧ Bedroom 2 = Queen, en-suite bathroom 2, 40” TV with TiVo and an exterior deck

Best in Mammoth

Really beautiful, well appointed home. Super comfortable home, high ceilings, beautifully furnished, modern, seemingly brand new. Would not hesitate staying here again, and will bookmark this property for future Mammoth stays. 5 minute drive to Eagle Lodge, and 8 minute drive to Canyon Lodge, which is easy enough. Luv luv luv the garage access... so much easier moving in/out versus a massive garage. Didn't get to experience heavy snow, but this resort area would seem to have good plowing ability. Thanks for a great Mammoth stay

We been to Mammoth during the winter and stayed in other homes in the near by area but this home is on the top of the list It’s very clean , spacious , it has everything you need if u want to cook . The living area is very spacious , better than the pictures , high ceilings makes the home look very spacious . We loved this home . The community seems very quiet & upscale homes

They were able to accommodate us incredibly quickly and both properties were perfect for our group. 1531 had SO many kitchen gadgets and appliances and was great for cooking meals when we were snowed in. We also took a yoga class at the athletic center and used the hot tub/steam room there, which was an awesome added perk! The house was cozy and spacious and would definitely stay again.

Reviewer Comments: This was our second time to rent this condo and we love the location and the amenities. The inside was clean but the outdoor patios were not. There were accumulated insect nests including a wasp's nest, spider webs, pollen and it was clear that they had not been cleaned for some time. We contacted the office and the largest patio was cleaned. We also were surprised when we requested additional towels for our family and were told that there was a limit of one set of towels per couple. That amounted to two people sharing a washcloth, hand towel and bath towel. We were advised that the information was included in our instructions but I have not been able to find it so far. We had also requested help with figuring out how to use the TVs and were assured that someone would come by in, "an hour or two". They never came. We certainly realize that the ongoing Covid situation has caused properties to alter their policies but it is very frustrating to be unable to contact a responsible person in the office. Communicating via email and phone was not effective in resolving problems in a timely manner.
