Retraite en rivière sur deux étages avec votre propre quai à "Old Homosassa". Ceci est un endroit fabuleux pour se détendre. Bateau court 15-20 minutes pour atteindre le golfe du Mexique ou de la célèbre Homosassa Springs. Grands établissements comme The Freezer, McRae's et Yardarm situés à une courte distance.

Le niveau inférieur a une buanderie complète, une salle de bain complète avec douche et une grande chambre avec deux lits jumeaux et un lit queen size. A l'étage spacieux salon et salle à manger, une cuisine entièrement équipée, deux chambres avec deux lits queen size, salle de bain complète avec baignoire. Abri couvert. L'air et de la chaleur centrale. TV brighthouse et Internet haute vitesse.

Great location!

This is our second time staying here and we love how spacious the home is. Great location if you have a boat and the freeer is at the end of the canal for a convenient dinner on the boat. :)

GREAT GET AWAY

Home is a perfect get away. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! House is close to restaurants and boat ramp. The boat dock was perfect for our 21ft boat. Definitely recommend this home!

The house was just perfect for us. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes. We would definitely stay here again. Great communication with the owners. Easy access to get in. It’s right on the river. You won’t regret staying here !!

Always a great place to stay

This is our 4th year in a row, staying here. Owners are great. Everything is always set up perfect. Right on a deep canal with easy access to the Freezer, Crumps, Springs and the Gulf. The dock and canal can handle a 28 ft boat with ease.

Great location!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect to multiple restaurants and our family who live in the area. Property owner was easy to communicate with. The house was clean! Could use some updating and outside lighting but no real issues at all!

Perfect Accommodations

Perfect accommodations 15 minutes to Gulf 15 minutes to the spring deep water canal perfect boat access. Great outdoor grilling area shaded all day. All the comforts of home and pet friendly.Easy access to town second year in a row for us and we will be back next year. Thank you for another great river experience.

Our Place

We book this place each year because we love the location, the amenities and the property manager is very accommodating! We enjoy the small town local feel of the neighborhood and look forward to our week each year. The house is clean, tidy and accommodates our group with ease. We love the fact that we don't have to put our boat in and out each day, just walk to the dock and hop in!

Quiet little spot with easy access to all the hot spots on and off the water

Perfect place to bring your boat. We used the house mostly as a place to lay our heads at night, staying out on the water all day. With the canal right next to some of the most popular waterfront bars and restaurants in the area (one directly off the canal), a beautiful ride to the clear spring water for a dip, or a twisty ride out to the gulf with some beautiful natural Florida scenery along the way, it's a boaters paradise! Nice, clean house with everything you would need in a home away from home.

Perfect Family Retreat

The house was perfect for my Family of five easy river access deep water canal. All the amenities of home where in the house. Outside cook out area and seating was perfect for cook outs and relaxation.Pet friendly which is always a necessity for families who love their pets as much as each other.Plenty of parking for boat trailer as well as guests who where visiting also. This is a 5 Star rental and will surely rent again unless i buy my own river retreat.

2nd time around

2nd year staying here for an extended time and enjoyed every moment. Location is great in a quiet neighborhood that is friendly. Home is spacious and on a dead end canal giving you privacy. We had dolphin and manatee visit many times during our stay. Close to the Freezer, Crumps, McRae's and Monkey Island. We enjoyed Seagrass and also the Margarita restaurant. We ventured to Crystal River and found a real winner - Peaks for a great fish dinner. Homosassa is a wonderful little community.

Awesome place! Awesome trip!

This cabin was everything you ever need for a great trip in Homosassa. We were very comfortable staying there with a big living area with perfect sized rooms. The only thing we would suggest is a crockpot. We noticed that there wasn't one there, maybe we overlooked it. However we have no complaints! Very easy to get to the freezer, the main river, springs, and out to the scallop grounds. Thanks for a great trip!

A Peaceful Place Full of Adventure

We stayed on this beautiful property that offered all the comforts of home for an entire week. The house, spacing, and location was beyond approach. The area is quiet, relaxed, and full of peaceful encounters. We saw a dolphin, relaxed and caught fish, enjoyed evening walks around the neighborhood. If you are looking to decompress and reset your pace..... this is the place. The owners are amazing, friendly, and responsive! A great place to spend quality time with the family.

We are two couples that have been lifelong friends. We raised our kids together, traveled together and bought the property next door and built a home away from home together. Only living an hour away we have enjoyed Homosassa for 30 + years and building our home here has made that so much easier.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is a very quiet, safe neighborhood. Since we own the property next door we knew this would be a great opportunity for us when this home came available. The deep water canal and dock are a huge plus.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Property is located on a deep water canal. Being avid boaters ourselves we know that having your own dock to pull up to after a day on the water is perfect. We are only a short ride in the canal to the main river and you can be in the gulf in about 15-20 minutes. Shady backyard to relax while cleaning fish or scallops.
