Wow! I apologize for not responding to your review earlier, but you never expressed any of these concerns to me while you were on the property, so I never knew you weren't happy We only had friendly conversations. It is a country property and there are bugs in the South. I certainly would've called pest control if I'd known there was an issue. I can't solve a problem if I'm not aware there is one. The cottage has always been maintained and cleaned to the highest standards and in the years the cottage has been available, we have only had the most positive reviews. Your comments about the kitchen not being fit to cook in, are completely unrealistic. I do recall that new sod had recently been put down in the back yard and new landscaping done on the side of the house, which is why I was trying to keep everything watered. I had planned to do it myself once a week, but because I couldn't get access to the back yard because of your 4 Rottweilers, you offered to water for me. At no time did you tell me that it was an inconvenience or that there were any problems with the house. As I recall, my several visits to the house when you arrived were to help your wife get her computer hooked up to the Internet. I do recall that your wife was not happy being 'in the country' from the very beginning. I'm very sorry for your poor experience.
