Ammaboolah (qui signifie «POISSON» en langue autochtone) 8 personnes

Maison de plage lumineuse et spacieuse avec balcon spacieux et ensoleillé.

Draps et serviettes de bain en pur coton fournis pour votre commodité.

Situé en face de la plage dans la partie calme de Hat Head.

Un décor moderne et frais offre un espace de vie idéal pour huit personnes.

L'étage est un point focal pour se détendre et socialiser. Cette zone généreuse dispose d'un balcon nord ensoleillé donnant sur la dune de sable boisée. L'espace de divertissement extérieur se connecte à une nouvelle cuisine bien équipée et à un espace de vie décloisonné.

La chambre principale est également située à ce niveau avec un lit queen, la deuxième chambre a une couchette double et une simple et une salle de bain moderne.

En bas peut fonctionner comme une unité séparée avec chambre (une reine, une simple), salle de bain / buanderie moderne.

Profitez des extras fournis. Détendez-vous à l'intérieur avec WIFI, table de jeux et livres. Jouez à des jeux de batte et de balle dans la cour clôturée et verdoyante. Jouez à une partie de tennis de table dans le grand garage. Riez en volant des cerfs-volants sur la plage.

Vie facile avec parquet, lave-vaisselle, sèche-linge et lave-linge.

Garage à double verrouillage avec accès à la cour arrière pour une protection sûre sous le couvercle.

La douche extérieure est indispensable pour rincer le sable et l'eau salée.

Entouré d'un parc national et de l'océan, Hat Head est un cadre de plage vierge et éloigné. Une escapade parfaite à mi-chemin entre Brisbane et Sydney.

La plage principale de Hat Head offre plus de 10 kilomètres de marche et de pêche détendues. Nager à son extrémité sud protégée, y compris le ruisseau de marée, est un favori régulier.

De nombreuses possibilités de promenades dans la brousse plus aventureuses et d'observation des oiseaux existent autour du promontoire accidenté et le long des plages isolées.

Close to beach, clean

Close to the beach, clean and plenty of room for a family. The separate downstairs bedroom and bathroom is great for teens.

Great little house, we loved Hat Head and thought the house was very true to the pictures, perfect for our 2 families and super well equipped (loads of games and good kitchen)

Terrific location. We stay at Ammaboola for 3 weeks every autumn. It is a very practical house with a downstairs area for the grandchildren who joined us for one weekend. We had to extend our stay for 4 days as the road was blocked in the floods. The agents were terrific keeping us informed and the owner most helpful in our predicament.

I had to leave a day early due to cyclone Alfred approaching the Gold Coast where I live. My brother stayed the full stay as he is from Newcastle.

Reviewer Comments: Ammaboolah has everything you could possibly need for a beach holiday..well equipped kitchen..games for kids..games room downstairs..beach equipment including boogie boards etc..beds were all made up with good quality linen & towels supplied which many rentals don't include..such a hassle if it's byo. Track to beach across the road. Hat Head is awesome..all that's missing is a little cafe / coffee shop.

The house states it sleeps eight people so we had two families of 4 but the area is not set up for two families to enjoy the downstairs area should just be a bunk room for kids and upstairs should have both rooms for adults… no gas in gas bottle on arrival so we weren’t able to cook the first night liked planned, one roll of toilet paper for 4 night stay and eight people and the linen is gross…. the dirtyness of the downstairs area cockroach poo spider webs inside all over felt like we were camping. downstairs toilet seemed to not flush like normal all things could of been fixed with the right people making sure visitors have a great stay and want to return…. The house is for one family not multiples.

That’s certainly not the standard we aim to provide, we absolutely agree that guests should arrive to a clean, comfortable home. We have followed up with the cleaning team and address all of your concerns and to ensure they report straight away if the gas bottle is empty. The owner replaced all linen to make sure everything is fresh and comfortable for future guests. The owner genuinely cares about the guest experience and wants everyone who stays to feel comfortable, well looked after, and happy to return again.

Reviewer Comments: A very comfortable and welcoming home, but with several issues.Downside is that 4 of the 6 beds are very small.Needs to be advertised as 4 adults, 4 children.Needs another queen bed in the 3rd bedroom.The house needs doormats, tea towels and hand towels to be accurately described as " linen provided"BBQ dirty - grease tray was full. For the price I would have expected one with a hood.Good living area layout

A perfect spot for a relaxing getaway

The house was clean and well set up in a quiet part of town. Walking distance to the beautiful beach. A great place to enjoy the beauty of Hat Head.

Fantastic property, loved the large deck and the downstairs area is cool and quite in the hot weather. Save yourself a few hundred dollars and book through the real estate rather than pay the admin fee on Stayz

Awesome Beach House for Relaxing Holidays

This is a great house to spend a relaxing holiday by the beach. The location was fantastic and quiet. Comfortable living with the added benefits of nicely renovated bathrooms/kitchen and owners supply linen and bath towels.....makes for an easy visit. Kitchen very well equipped. Great backyard and lots of games to keep everyone young and old happy. Reasonably priced. Great WiFi. Well done
