Niché dans une rue calme se trouve "The Track" ... une belle maison de ville à deux étages. Sortez par la porte et empruntez le chemin de fer qui mène à de nombreuses attractions locales et à seulement 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville.

Cette propriété est gérée pour le compte du propriétaire par Bright Holidays (appartenant au groupe Dickens Real Estate)

CONFIGURATION LITERIE (pour un maximum de 10 personnes)
Chambre 1 - Grand lit avec un dressing et une salle de bains avec douche, toilette et vanité
Chambre 2 - Lit Queen
Chambre 3 - Lit Queen
Chambre 4 - 2 x lits superposés

Les quatre chambres sont situées en bas. Tous les draps, y compris les serviettes sont fournis dans cet établissement.

CUISINE ET SALLE À MANGER
La cuisine vous inspirera pour divertir avec tous les équipements modernes, y compris un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur, une cuisinière électrique et un four micro-ondes. La salle à manger comporte une magnifique table pouvant accueillir 8 personnes et des sièges supplémentaires sur le banc de cuisine pour 4 personnes.

SALON ET DIVERTISSEMENT
La maison joliment décorée dispose d'un espace de vie ouvert et moderne au dernier étage. Un salon spacieux avec des sièges en cuir pour 6 personnes, une télévision à écran plasma et un lecteur DVD.

CHAUFFAGE ET REFROIDISSEMENT
La chambre principale a un système de chauffage / climatisation séparé et les trois autres pièces ont un radiateur électrique mural. Il y a deux autres unités de climatisation à cycle inversé dans le salon / salle à manger à l'étage ainsi qu'un radiateur à gaz.

SALLES DE BAINS
En plus de la salle de bains principale, la salle de bain principale du rez-de-chaussée comprend une baignoire, une douche et une coiffeuse avec toilettes séparées. Il y a une salle d'eau dans le salon principal avec toilettes et vanité.

Profitez du barbecue à gaz généreux et du cadre extérieur.

We loved this house, was great for our family. Only thing I would recommend would be wifi (for those of us who work while on holiday lol) and maybe access to the garage for the colder months. But overall loved the property and would book again,

Great Place for a Family Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Track exceeded our expectations and was a great place for our family holiday. We were a group of 7 adults and were well catered for with the 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 toilets. The open plan kitchen/dining/lounge room served us well and was quite comfortable. It is in a very quiet location with parking for 2 cars off the street. Overall it was a pleasure to stay there.

Will Come Back

Will come back as we were very happy with this place - comfortable, convenient, new, nicely appointed, well equipped, and all. Only area to improve is the hot water. For a place with 4 bedrooms, the amount of hot water available is limited and the shower pressure is weak. A few of us had to contend with cold showers one night.

Great spot next to the bike track

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at The Track for two weeks with the extended family. It is a wonderful spot, kitchen is well stocked with all the neccessities for cooking at home. Large bedrooms allow for lots of storage of ski gear and wine for the holiday. Only issue we had was that one of the bunk beds was broken, but the team at Bright Holidays dealt with it well so it only caused a minor issue. It was clean and what was really nice is that it's not cluttered there is lots of space to store all your food in the kitchen and games for the kids.We will definately be staying here again :)

Outstanding

We visited Bright last week with our family friends & stayed at thus property for three nights. The Track, 2/ 8, wherein we stayed, was fully equipped with all necessities & super clean. It is situated in the centre of Bright, so an easy access to all surroundings & the view was fabulous. The Management was very responsive & friendly. The only issue was of no WiFi.... other than that no issues at all. We would definitely recommend this to our friends circle & would love to stay again. Sami & Ambreen

Winter holiday at The Track

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Track was very clean and comfortable for two families for a few nights. An easy and picturesque walk into town. The gas heater in the upstairs living kept that part of the house very warm and cosy. The only criticism was the downstairs bedrooms were quite cold overnight and one bedroom’s heater didn’t work at all.

Bright escape

Great spot for the whole family , easy walking distance to main center of town and walking tracks . The house was clean and heaps of space for everyone

Beautiful Townhouse for Large Group

The Track townhouse is located in a quiet but convenient court, right next to a walking track which is lined with beautiful autumn trees with the backing of mountains. It is a short walk to the Canyon walk trial and also a beautiful walk into town. The house is spacious for a group of 10 and the kitchen, island counter, equipment is wonderfully adequate for cooking a feast. The amenities like soaps/body wash/tissues/ toilet paper can be more generous as we ran out pretty quickly. The bathroom fan probably needs a service too as it is very noisy when on. But overall the stay is very comfortable and the town is very beautiful.
