DĂ©couvrez le quartier Reedwood de Portland. Une vĂ©ritable enclave moderne du milieu du siĂšcle aussi unique que la ville elle-mĂȘme! Bienvenue Ă  la Raymond Rental, un appartement entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©, lumineux et aĂ©rĂ© dans l'un des quartiers cĂ©lĂšbres de Portland.

Il s'agit d'une unité de niveau inférieur moderne, lumineuse et aérée avec un grand salon ouvert, salle à manger et cuisine et toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin (du wifi à une cafetiÚre) pour vivre, travailler et explorer Portland.

Deux chambres permettent de dormir confortablement pour 2 à 4 personnes. La premiÚre chambre a un lit queen avec des matelas et des draps confortables et des portes françaises qui mÚnent au patio. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit double.

Ce quartier calme de SE Portland est à quelques pùtés de maisons de Reed College et du canyon, avec des sentiers naturels. Un peu plus loin se trouve le parcours de golf Eastmoreland et le jardin Crystal Springs Rhododendron. Promenez-vous au marché fermier de Woodstock le dimanche. Rendez-vous à Gigantic Brewery pour une biÚre décontractée et un hamburger dans les chariots de nourriture. Rendez-vous au centre-ville en 15 minutes.

My favorite thing about this property is a toss-up between the wonderful hosts and the incredible garden. The hosts responded to our every special request, going above and beyond to bring me an extra reading light for my impaired vision. The neighborhood is peaceful, and I spent every early morning sunning in the lovely garden with a book. Convenient location.

Comfortable pleasant experience

The kitchen area was excellent for our breakfasts and the two bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. The owners were very willing to be helpful and ensured our pleasant stay. The location was convenient to many of our venues in the Portland area.

This is a fabulous retreat close to Reed College

We chose the location because we were moving our Reed student out of his apartment for the year and this was beyond our expectations. It was represented perfectly on line and actually it is better than described. It is well lit, decorated beautifully, and there is lots of space. The two bedrooms are great - with comfortable beds, great linens, and enough space to move around. The bathroom is really nice with more than I would ever expect from a VRBO with different types of shampoos and soaps, other toiletries in case you forgot something and great hair dryer. The kitchen is WELL STOCKED and if you are able to find something that is missing (we didn't), then all you do is ask Barbara. And the living area is comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood is literally a 10 minute walk to campus and is great for taking a walk or run to relax. There is plenty of parking. Honestly I cannot think of one thing I would change.

Great place, close to Reed!

The property was wonderful for my visiting instructor. Close to a lot of different things within the southeast neighborhood. Communication was excellent by the owner. Definitely put this on your list of places to stay when you’re in Portland.

Second Stay - Even Better

This was our second time staying at this property and we'll keep coming back whenever we're in Portland. Super convenient and close to Reed College, as well as many of our favorite restaurants. TJs is within walking distance and the kitchen is stocked to make real cooking easy. Perfect!

Nice location and perfect apartment

My daughter and I really loved the apartment- she even said it felt like we were living together again ❀. We had plenty of room and everything we needed in the kitchen. The apartment is located in a good neighborhood with a Trader Joe's within walking distance and a couple of places to eat (the Thai place close by was excellent). Uber rides downtown were typically $12 and arrived within 5 mins.

Will always stay here visiting Portland

This experience at this property was first rate. The hosts were excellent, very communicative and all the materials and pictures surrounding the listing were accurate. The place is a two bedroom unit in the basement of a house the owners reside in and is impeccable. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Very convenient to downtown Portland and plenty of Grocery stores around as well. The community was really nice and walkable. If you are coming to Portland consider this place.

Perfect Spot Near Reed College

This was the perfect location to serve as home base while we moved our oldest into the dorms. Clean, well stocked with kitchen basics, comfotable and quiet. We'll be back for another visit later this year and wont stay anywhere else.

Lovely apt in great neighborhood

The apt is just as described. Very comfortable and spacious. Had everything we needed. The location was amazing. Walking distance to Reed. Very short drive to Trader Joe’s, division st and Hawthorne Ave with so much to do, see and eat. The best if Portland all right here.

Barbara grew up on the east coast, John grew up in Arizona. They relocated to the beautiful Pacific Northwest in 1994. After selling their historic 1907 house in the Piedmont neighborhood they decided ranch house living was for them and took on a complete remodel in the stunning Reedwood area of Portland. Barbara and John have two children, and can talk endlessly about Portland, area schools, real estate etc.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We choose this property because we loved the area. We were not looking for a house to renovate, but sometime you have to when the location is right!

Great location, quiet, yet close to coffee shops, food carts and nature areas. Officially is Portland's smallest neighborhood!
