Cette grande maison de quatre chambres à coucher et quatre salles de bains et demie plaira à tous ceux qui sont sur votre liste de vacances! Cette propriété dispose d'un incroyable porche fermé que vous devrez voir pour le croire! L'étage principal comprend la chambre principale et la salle de bain ainsi qu'une deuxième chambre et la salle de bain. A l'étage se trouvent les deux autres chambres et salles de bains. À l'extérieur, sur le porche arrière, vous trouverez une grande grille et une table pouvant accueillir quatre personnes. Cette propriété est en bois franc au rez-de-chaussée, avec une salle de bains carrelée et une moquette dans toutes les chambres. Vélo ou à pied du Village Pier pour tous vos besoins de shopping et de restaurant! Vous pouvez emmener les enfants au parc Neptune pour un plongeon dans la piscine ou une partie de minigolf. Perfect House for our family vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House sleeps 9 well. There are 6 chairs and 2 counter stools. Would be better to have a table with leaves and 9 chairs but I understand the aesthetics of the table that's there. Because this was our 3rd year in this house, I brought a folding table that we added to the end and some folding chairs. It is a clean, comfortable house with a great porch which our family thoroughly enjoyed. The location is great for beach and town. Plenty of room to spread out. I highly recommend it.

Perfect House for our family vacation.

The large screened in family room at the back of the house offers plenty of room for everyone to sit. There was a plumbing issue problem involving 2 of the 5 bathrooms. The plumber was there in under an hour,checked all 5 toilets, made necessary repairs and was on his way. Who ever gets that kind of service even in their own homes. Well done Golden Isles.

Golden Isles is the best. Summer Salt is lacking

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can not say enough positive things about Golden Isle Reality. They really do go over and beyond to assist you. They are always friendly and available.Summer Salt is in desperate need of a deep , deep clean. We completely understand rentals take abuse but this goes beyond that. The house has a musky odor that may be remedied by removing a few items they have stored in the wash area. The walls certainly are in need of painting as well as the carpet needs a thorough cleaning. The furnishings are updated but the other factors tend to over shadow that. The lawn is nicely maintained and very neat in appearance. No complaints at all in regards to the outdoor living areas.

It was beautiful, immaculate, spacious and everything you would want for a very enjoyable visit to the island. It is perfect for a family or for a group of friends to get together. I would not hesitate to stay there again and again. It's within walking distance to the beach and downtown, so it's a perfect location.

A Great Place to Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We totally enjoyed our stay at St. Somewhere. It is a wonderful home within walking distance of the beach and pier village. The four large bedrooms, each with private bath make it a perfect getaway for a large family or group. The huge screened-in porch will be very appreciated in the warmer months as will the outdoor shower right outside the laundry room door. The home is clean, well maintained and equipped with modern appliances. It's always a pleasure dealing with Tabitha at Golden Isleas Realty.

It's in a wonderful location - close to the shops, pier and a quick walk to the beach. The neighborhood park was perfect for our kids to run around in. The house itself was very comfortable. Each room was decorated so nicely and the kitchen was stocked with everything. Our favorite spot was the porch out back! We hope to be back in SSI soon and plan on booking this house again!

Everyone was thrilled to have their own bathroom with their bedrooms, and the half bath was great when we had a friend over for dinner. The screened in porch was our favorite part. We spent many nights playing board games there, and it was fantastic, even in the rain. We loved it so much, we asked to rent it again next year.

Very pleasant and much needed schoolcation trip

Property was exactly as advertised in description and pictures. Very spacious with each bedroom having it’s own bathroom. We were able to take work calls and the kids were able to log on for school with everyone having ample space and privacy. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The screened in ground floor porch was comfortable and a nice addition - we used the grill one evening and that was seamless. We walked to the 11th street beach access from the house and also walked to the Main Street. Very short drive to East Beach area. Would certainly recommend thanks!
