Real Escapes Properties est fier d'offrir "Doc's Inn". Cette nouvelle maison de style cottage avec 5 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain est située dans un petit Communauté de Simons Island à distance de marche du village de Pier.

Prenez une chaise berçante ou le porche et détendez-vous tout en profitant de la beauté de l'île! Les porches avant et arrière sont entourés de chênes parmi les plus étonnants de St. Simons Island a à offrir. Assurez-vous de garder un œil sur les nombreux esprits des arbres sculptés dans certains des chênes du voisinage.

Vous entrez dans la maison à thème de plage depuis le grand porche dans la grande salle avec cheminée et table à manger pour 8 personnes. La cuisine américaine a une abondance de comptoirs et contient tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner un bon repas en famille. La cuisine s'ouvre sur un salon pittoresque séparé de la chambre principale par des portes françaises et situé à côté du pont arrière.

Wonderful!

Our family had a wonderful week staying in Doc’s Inn! The house was very clean, had all we needed, and the neighborhood was BEAUTIFUL! The house was within walking distance to the Pier Village, a short golf cart ride to the beach, and within 8 minutes of the nearest grocery store. Perfect!

Perfect for our family vacation

We loved everything about this house! The home itself was cozy, clean, and gave our group of 7 plenty of room for time together and apart. Comfy beds, a well-stocked kitchen, lots of bathrooms, and a front porch that’s perfect for both morning coffee and afternoon cocktails helped this home feel like a true vacation house while also feeling homey and comfortable. Highlights were walking to the pier to watch the sunset every night, meeting Walter the neighborhood cat, and easy access to restaurants and shops. One note—the beaches are a little bit of a walk from this house. We didn’t mind that at all and just drove to the beach when we wanted to go. The beach towels and beach chairs were a nice surprise. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A Great Place for Friends to Reconnect

We enjoyed our stay at Doc's Inn! It is in a great location. Easy access to St. Simon's pier, shopping and restaurants. Within walking distance. It is clean. Living area is small. Kitchen is well equipped but you will need to bring more paper towels and toilet paper, detergent for dishes and clothes. We would stay at Doc's Inn again!

Doc's Inn - a charming place to stay in St. Simon's Island!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 9 high school friends on our visit and Doc's Inn was such a wonderful place to stay. The lovely, charming home had everything that we needed! The property description & photos were great in helping us plan sleeping arrangements, etc. In fact, we thought that the property was "above and beyond" our expectations - we really loved sitting out on the front porch in the evenings! The decorations were precious and the beds were all very comfortable. The management company could not have been more every way! Our daily agenda included lots of shopping, drinking wine, and dining out at great restaurants (twice daily - no cooking, except breakfast for this bunch)! Some of our favorite restaurants included: Georgia Sea Grill, Crab Daddy's, Crab Trap, & Gnat's Landing- all not expensive, but delicious seafood! Doc's Inn was conveniently located to almost everything on the island! Just loved our trip!

And also for getting on bike\running path and convenient to Winn Dixie for groceries. Kitchen was well-stocked. Wish the grill had been gas instead of charcoal. But the house was great. We did a kayak excursion thru marsh and over to Sea Island that was great. Highly recommend CJ's pizza and Crab Daddies. Do not recommend Blackwater Grill.
