This spacious 4,000 sq. ft. 4 BR / 4.5 BA home sleeps 10 and perfectly balances elegance and ease — ideal for families, small groups, or golf weekends.

Spend your mornings sipping coffee under the oaks, then head to the beach (everything you need is ready — buggy, tent, cooler, and chairs). Afternoons are for friendly games of pool, reading by the upstairs chaise, or BBQs in the private backyard. Evenings? Firepit lit, cornhole out, laughter flowing.

Inside, you’ll find two ensuite bedrooms, plush bedding, blackout window dressings, and thoughtful touches in every room — from irons and steamers to cozy blankets for porch nights. The British-themed bunk room is a guest favorite, while the primary suite’s spa bath offers a serene retreat after a sun-soaked day.

The kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances, bakeware, and serving pieces (even turkey pans for holiday stays). Dine at the elegant table for 8 or pull up a barstool for breakfast before heading to nearby golf courses — Sea Palms (3 min) or King & Prince (10 min).

This mid-island gem sits on a peaceful street within walking distance of Harrington Park and Bennie’s Red Barn (15-minute walk or 2-minute drive). Local favorites include La Plancha (fish tacos – 5 min), Sal’s Pizza (Italian – 8 min), and Village Creek Landing (3 min) where Southeast Adventure Outfitters offers kayaking, boating, and fishing — or launch your own kayak. *Guests have full access to the entire home, including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and outdoor areas. The only areas not available for guest use are the four clearly marked Owner’s Closets — one located in the primary bedroom, two attic-style storage areas behind the upstairs walk-in closets, and one in the laundry room used for cleaning and maintenance supplies.
