Condo entièrement remodelé au coeur du lac d'Osage Beach. Belle vue sur le lac depuis le pont. Magnifique promenade dans la douche avec un pulvérisateur à main, un sol de douche en galets, une nouvelle coiffeuse à quartz. La cuisine a de nouveaux comptoirs en granit, de nouvelles armoires et tous les nouveaux appareils. Nouveaux planchers de bois franc dans tout le condo. Télévision par câble, wifi inclus. Écran plat mural de 65 "dans le salon et écran plat mural de 55" dans la chambre.

Nous sommes à 5 minutes du centre commercial Outlet Mall, de Dierbergs, de Walmart, de Dog Days, de BackWater Jacks et de nombreux autres restaurants.

Chain Smokers next door

The stay was fine, but there are smokers that live next door FULL TIME (at least it looked like it with all the plants and stuff they had on their deck) and 3 people were outside smoking all day and night. We rented this condo for the deck and view so it really interfered with our stay. We would not stay there again.

Lack of cleanliness and response

We questioned the host about soiled towels hanging on the wall in the bathroom. They checked with cleaner and said the towels were clean. Although, there was a clean towel stored under the bathroom cabinet. When I pulled the top sheet on the bed back there was a stain and the sheets did not feel clean. I pulled the sheets off at midnight to wash them before I could go to bed. When we left I sent the host a private message regarding the soiled sheets and unkept balcony. I understand that there could be a faulty job with the cleaning service and I didn’t want to ping their rating for something they didn’t know about so I sent a private message. I didn’t get a reply from the host and contacted VRBO directly after 5 days and provided proof with a picture. The view was great and the condo was conveniently located. I have 2 suggestions, 1. Put clean towels together in the cabinet 2. Leave a check out list of our check out responsibilities. An email came with responsibilities after we had left the property.

Perfect location

The unit had a great view from both the living room and the bedroom. The unit was clean and had all the equipment we needed for a great stay. Perfect location on the lake, with just a short drive to anywhere you want to go to. 8 minutes to Backwater Jacks, which is a must visit if you are at the lake. Would definitely recommend this to our friends.

This was the cutest condo ever! Located right on the lake where you can see the bridge and hear the boats! My sister in law and I enjoyed the ease of getting into the condo (it was only down one flight of stairs) as well as the cleanliness of it. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxation On The Lake

We had the most relaxing time at this property which has a wonderful porch right on the water. The area is vey quiet and peaceful but within a very very short drive from all the action. A well stocked ship’s store is within walking distance. Check in and out was a breeze. Great experience!!!!

Not quite what I expected.

While this condo matched the photos well, there were a few things that surprised us. The remodeled bathroom was lovely and worked well. The kitchen had also been remodeled, but the dishwasher isn’t attached to the counter. Be careful when pulling out the racks; it tips a bit. The bedroom light switch isn’t connected to anything; walk across the room to turn on the lamp. Smoking is permitted on the balconies. Our permanent residents next door chain smoked all afternoon, so we were unable to use our balcony. I know this is out of the owner’s control, but I wish I had known. If smoke doesn’t bother you then you’re fine! Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The AC worked very well and the beds were comfortable. There’s just a few details to be aware of.

Great Views & Porch

Despite the rainy weather, we were able to enjoy the views and relax on the back porch. The grill was very convenient, condo was clean and tidy, and there were lots of utensils/cooking supplies.

We think you'll love the lakeside deck, which we recently expanded to 2x the original size. You'll also love the view from the deck, and all the boat traffic that comes through to the gas dock (it's like a little boat show!).
