Great Remote Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is very remote. No restaurants, gas stations, or grocery stores for miles. So bring it with you when you come ! Neither TV in each bedroom was connected to the satellite dish. Only TV we could watch was in the living room. Both beds were very firm but comfortable. Bring coffee and creamer !

I was in the cabin with my adult daughter, and we gave this property 4 stars. Cabin true to pictures, nice rustic mountain cabin Great views, remote location Professionally managed, nice welcome cards, etc New grill tools, new toaster Log fire in living room prepared Fair price for what you gotTo make it 5-stars, some of the following would need to be addressed- Gas grill with view vs charcoal at back of house by road- Coffee K-cups or similar- Aspects overly rustic, such as only plastic bowls for fruit, salad etc. - No 14-page contract (I am on vacation... :) )

Super clean and very comfortable! Gorgeous views. My only note to future guests would be to bring your own salt/pepper/spices/coffee or anything you might want to just bring from home for cooking. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, but nothing to season food, which is fine! The closest grocery store is in Lansing, and I'd recommend CJ's market over Food Lion, honestly. Their prices are incredible and it's a beautiful location. All in all, the cabin was amazing for the price, and I had a very nice time reading on their porch for hours. Would love to come back!

Could have used a bit more options to cook with and I would have liked a little vacuum to get the bugs that inevitably accumulate. But the view was fantastic and as described. Couldn’t get the TVs to work, but wasn’t too disappointed. Just don’t expect to cozy up for a movie night. Loved the working fireplace.

Beautiful and comfy

Property was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. View from the deck was great! Location was perfect for the hiking vacation we had in mind and there were some great local restaurants and shops. Not a crowded area but a lot of options for things to see/do.

Beautiful view. Clean, mountain cabin, nice porch. The only negative issues I could mention is the upstairs shower is extra tiny. Tough to get a shower in there, I'm 180 lbs. The porch could use some comfortable chairs to enjoy the scenery. All in all, very nice cabin and vacation

Million dollar view

We had a lovely time. The view and the wood fireplace made our stay. The property could use a few updates but we weren’t there for modernization. Very secluded so we took everything we needed.

Really "Above it all"

This cabin high up in the NC mountains has an unbelievable view from the wrap-around deck. The cabin was well-equipped, and comfortable. The staff offered a very easy check-in process.

Wonderful property!

The cabin was tucked in the mountains with a beautiful morning and sunset view of the Blue Ridge Parkway. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and enjoy a cup of coffee. The facility was very clean. Communication with the property manager was above and beyond what I anticipated.

Breathtaking Views!

Beautiful views! Tons of lady bugs all over inside though. Beware if you hate that. Probably needs to be treated for them. We'd stay here again!

Spring Break Getaway
