Notre nouvelle mise à jour grièche Cay Condo avec de nouveaux meubles de salon et cuisine entièrement nouvelle. Il est DSL et WiFi Internet haut débit dans notre unité. Nous avons de superbes vues sur la plage du Golfe et de la piscine chauffée ci-dessous. Le spacieux salon RM a un 26 pieds. Mirrored mur offrant d'excellentes vues de 60% du condo Doté d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, un jacuzzi dans la salle de bain principale, Grand salon, salle à manger, Patio et en Nouvelle pleine grandeur laveuse à chargement frontal / teinturier.

La literie est un roi dans le maître avec un téléviseur HD, deux jumeaux dans la Chambre avec TV / DVD et d'un canapé-lit dans le salon. La chambre d'hôtes a été entièrement rénové. Il ya une nouvelle HD 32. TV avec un DVD et VHS Player. Nouvelles améliorations comprennent une nouvelle cuisine et gratuit pour les clients 4 Vélos de haute qualité. Les vélos adultes étaient Nouveau en 2014. Les caractéristiques uniques de notre unité est les curseurs de verre à la fois sur l'intérieur et sur le côté de la Lanai. Vous pouvez avoir AC dans le Lanai. Le mur Est de salon est complètement miroir. Les murs en miroir offre une luminosité ajoutées à la copropriété.

Sanibel Island est un paradis tropical avec une infinité de choses à voir et à faire pour tous les âges. Il est environ 30 miles de vélo, la marche et des sentiers patin à roues alignées. Profitez de la végétation luxuriante, fleurs, et Sandy Shell Strewn Beach. Vous pouvez marcher à fermer de boutiques et de restaurants. Il ya deux 18 trous de golf publics de l'île.

Notre unité à Loggerhead Cay est géré professionnellement et il ya toujours quelqu'un de disponible pour répondre à vos besoins. Les unités sont inspectés chaque année pour se assurer qu'ils sont maintenus et se assurer que nos normes de propreté.

Loggerhead Cay est d'environ .3 miles de la Causeway à Fort Myers, offrant un accès facile sur et en dehors de l'île.

Mises à jour récentes comprennent New Meubles de salon et de stores et de la toute nouvelle cuisine et de la toute nouvelle Chambre d'hôtes. Nous avons aussi avons maintenant un Laveuse à chargement frontal et sécheuse Nouveau dans notre unité. Nous avons 4 excellents vélos de qualité. Sorry, we didn't use the pool. We spend most of our time shelling. It looked large, clean, and several guests seemed to enjoy it. The condo was very clean and neat. Paper product supplies were really appreciated. We ate at 2 restaurants, and also purchased seafood at Timbers Fish Market. Timbers has high quality seafood. We grocery shopped at Publix and at Jerry's on Sanibel. We were glad to use the "kitty litter" scoop provided by Mr. Way. They are always too big to pack. The weather was fabulous and there was enough breeze to prevent noseeums.

We had a great time at your place. My husband’s family have been vacationing in Sanibel since 1990. In 2005, my husband and I stayed one building down from yours with my in laws, in a unit that was owned by a friend of the family. Loggerhead Cay, and Sanibel in general is a nice, clean, quiet place. The people are very friendly. Thank you for your hospitality. It was a pleasure.

We have stayed at Loggerhead Cay before but a different unit. We enjoyed renting from the Ways. Jim called us when we were there and was easy to reach.Lovely apartment. Easy check in and great location.Will definitely book again next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beach and pool access are great. Condo is fully equipped. Bed was comfortable. Restaurants are absolutely delish. Doc Fords Shrimp and Grits and Gramma Dots grouper were excellent. Overall a great stay!

Great time and beautiful island. Will be back at some point

The apartment was nice but and the host was helpful. We were there for only a week but had a couple of issues. We wanted to get the bikes for a cycle but ended up renting bikes because it was more hassle to get the bike’s that were on the complex, somewhere. Also something to fix is the shower. It has a constant drip.

Excellent Location

Third floor unit which offered nice views. Easy short walk to beach. Pool area spotless and enjoyable after day on beach. Lots of beach supplies available. Unit well supplied with necessities for week. Sanibel continues to recover from Hurricane Ian but enough restaurants were open that we were able to eat out each night. Felt good to support these individuals as they continue to make our getaways a fun experience.

Our family had a wonderful time and were very pleased with this property. It overlooks the pool and has views of the Gulf from the room. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained, easy access to the beach and lots of great pool and beach accessories included with the condo. The owner was very attentive and ensured all our needs were met. We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it.

The property was very nice. There were several beach items in unit and we used them several days. The beach was fabulous. Loggerhead Cay condo complex was still being worked on during our stay which we expected, but we were not interrupted by any of the work. The parking space numbers were not legible but Jim, the owner, told us that we could park at any open spaces during the construction period. The front door lock gave us a problem, but I called Jim and we figured it out over the phone. Jim was very helpful and called a couple times during the stay to make sure everything was ok. If I make another trip to Florida we will stay at this location again.

Great vacation location

We had everything we needed in our condo for a great stay! A beautiful view from our lanai, beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Just a short walk to the beach. The bed was comfortable, the condo was clean.Jim was a great host, very easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to go back!

One of the few condos available on Sanibel

We were so glad to spend time on Sanibel after canceling our trip a year ago due to Ian. Currently, Dec '23, very few condos and rentals are available. Construction is underway, including this complex, and will be several years to complete. The noise and annoyance factors are offset by empty beaches. Great shelling with so few tourists. JIm, the owner, was very responsive to any inquires we made and brought a new set of pots and pans on our request. This unit is in a great location on the lighthouse side of the island. I would definitely recommend this unit with the caveat that there will be construction noise starting right at 7 am and continuing until 5 to 7 pm.

Beautifully appointed, spacious condo, aweome owner

Jim is incredibly friendly, prompt and helpful. Our family of four found the condo to be very clean, well stocked and generously spacious with a great variety of beach essentials. The beaches of the east end are beautiful, and we throroughly enjoyed our active stay. We will be returning soon. I'm glad to see how Sanibel is bouncing back.

Great Island experience

We own a condo on the Island that is still under reconstruction after Ian. We were grateful to have a place to stay while we visited our property and relatives in the area. We were the first renters at this property following Ian. While there was still a lot of recovery going on, we had a great stay. Jim quickly addressed minor issues related to us being the first renters, had a backup plan if anything had not worked out...he could not have been a better host. Thanks Jim for getting everything ready for our visit! AND, for anyone concerned about the Island being ready for visitors, please do not hesitate. The recovery is going strong! Many restaurants are open, shops are starting to open and the Island is getting closer to "normal" everyday. It will never be the same place it was before Ian, but will always be Sanibel and beautiful! Come visit #sanibelstrong

We are Jim and Jean Way from Chanhassen Minnesota. We own and operate a Rental Equipment and Special Events business. We are able to travel in the Winter months because our business slows down in the cold Minnesota Winters. We have a son and daughter that work with us in our business. We have 5 grand children.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We vacationed in Florida probably 10 years before we decided to look at buying vacation property. We choose Sanibel Island because it was our favorite vacation location. We purchase a Loggerhead Cay condo because it is a Great complex with a Great location. A beach condo complex and very close to the Sanibel Cause-way.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our condo is a very bright condo with with about 60 feet of floor to ceiling mirrors. The condo has Spectacular views of the beach and green way. We very much like to walk the beach and view the Sun Sets in the evenings. We also enjoy the bike paths and we will normally bike to a restaurant a couple times a week.
