Cette jolie maison comprend de nouveaux appareils (réfrigérateur, cuisinière, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle) avec de beaux dessins et une décoration qui vous garderont dans l’esprit de vacances! Équipé de confortables matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme, dormez toute la famille avec un lit queen dans chaque chambre et un matelas en mousse queen dans le canapé-lit. Le propriétaire dispose également d'un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme pliable pour un couchage supplémentaire, draps non fournis Une place de parking attribuée et un parking supplémentaire à faible coût sont situés de l'autre côté de la rue dans le garage de la 9ème rue.

This condo is in a great location, very close to everything. Would stay here again if we travel to Virginia Beach.

The property was in a great location with many things in walking distance. Parking was a bit of a nightmare but that’s my only negative thing to say. We never received a pass for the garage. The host said they would reimburse the cost for the garage but to be honest, we chose not to mess with it.

Amazing Place!!!

Our stay was amazing. The home was lovely. We had an amazing trip and can’t wait to come back! The hosts were amazing as well! The beautiful home and the the beautiful surrounding area-I have nothing but positive things to say. Walk to the beach, get pizza or even a key lime pie! We had the best time and can’t wait to return!

Just what we needed

This apartment was just what we needed for our brief stay in VA Beach. It was close to the beach, quiet, and clean. The provided parking pass for the parking garage was just what we needed for our second vehicle.

Nice place..

Very nice place to stay. Figuring out how the tv worked was a nightmare but the host finally sent someone over to help me. They were wonderful to work with. Very helpful. Disappointed not to be able to at least see the water but it was a short walk so it wasn’t terrible.

Awesome

I loved that I didn't have to drive anywhere, once we got to the condo. It was a perfect location! The only thing I didn't like, was that we wasn't able to get the coffee pot to work 😔. But overall all, it was an all out great experience 😁

Lovely Stay By the Beach

Property was very clean and a convenient short walk to the beach. It was in walking distance to restaurants, grocery, and shopping. Property amenities were modern. Plenty of room and absolutely loved the decor. It was quiet and comfortable. The remotes to the tvs were difficult to use but that was minor. I did have an issue with the ac unit but maintenance responded immediately. My only complaint would be the very tight parking in the complex is not suitable for larger vehicles, SUVs and vans at all. I would definitely stay again.

Clean and thoughtful space in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Besides a clean mold-free space, it only takes two things to provide a good night's sleep in my opinion - memory foam and white noise. The owners have thoughtfully provided both and we slept amazing. The couch pulled out into a comfortable bed as well. Bathroom had plenty of hooks for all of our towels plus there were extra hooks on the backs of the bedroom doors which was also amazing. Apt was quiet and street noise did not bother us. Check in and check out were super easy, we have stayed in these 9th Street Apartments before and love the location as it is close to some really good restaurants. Don't forget to try the crab dip at Mahi's it is out of this world! I would totally stay here again!

Nice place but dirty.

Shortly after we arrived I noticed my 1yo’s hands and knees were black. My wife and I noticed our socks were black as well. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. I spent the first 2 hours of our stay on my hands and knees cleaning the whole apartment. The entire place was filthy. The shower had mold growing in the bottom, the HVAC filter was completely filled with dust and grime. Candy wrappers left under the night stand from previous guests.

Disappointed

Looking through the reviews it was like it was a hit or miss on the reviews. So, I took a gamble and booked it for Neptune Festival. The location is wonderful. We could walk anywhere we wanted too. The condo the cleanliness of the place wasn’t the best. One it hasn’t been dusted in months from the living room to the bedrooms. It was all dusty .The bathroom shower has mold and mildew on the corners and all along the bottom. For the cleaning fee that you have to pay I expect it to be 100% clean. The bed was horrendous. It was sloped to the center of the bed. The sheets was see through and wouldn’t stay on the mattress for anything. The mattress felt like a dorm room mattress. The kitchen was clean all but the top of the fridge. It has about 2 inches of dust on it. They tell you to put all the dirty laundry in a basket in the closet, but there is no basket at all.

Reviewer Comments: Plus side:-super clean and fresh decor, true to photos-response of management to small dilemma was 100%Excellent walk-in showerDOWNSIDE:-Roadrace noise on adjacent Rudee Inlet Bridge will wake you. Bring earplugs.-This was not described as a 2nd floor unit, so I was unprepared for getting my luggage up steep stairs-The private parking space provided is great, but the 2 rows of angled spaces separated by a lane-and-a-half and deadends at the dumpster. Are you backing in? Or out when you can t-turn some how? Ugh.-Homey feeling that I remember of that end of the beach is not around here. The convenience stores at that end of Pacific felt tired and sketchy.-With the many management fees associated (and merited) with this unit, it is several tes the rental fee that shows. All things considered, I would not return to this property, however, I would feel confident renting unitssnaged by Anchor

close to beach

Very nice and clean property that is very close to the beach (5 minute walk) and to the nearby Vibe Street area. Only drawback is that the location is a bit noisy and the view is of a parking lot and a parking garage. For the price though, this was a great deal.

Best Bang for Your Buck

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit suited all our needs. It was modern and comfortable. It included all the necessary toiletries and comforts of any luxury resort. The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning was able to be well controlled. We have no complaints other than the sink in the bathroom seemed to drain very slowly. The only thing that was a semi unpleasant to discover was the physical layout of the condo in relationship to the commercial buildings around it. Its short and therefore cannot overlook other buildings and because of the horseshoe shape, views from the living room are the parking lot and other condos and views from the otherside are the parking garage across the street. This is not a complaint. Being from out of town, we didn't know what what to expect when not renting beach front. It didn't take away from our experience and i would certainly stay here again. But if your the type of traveler that is looking for views from the room or to sit out on a balcony, this is not your place. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk and its in the heart of everything. And its a beautiful lively section if the beach its closest to. So if your willing to do without the views direct from the room, you will spend half the amount of money for all the same comforts and distance to entertainment, and that is the best bang for your buck.

Great time!

The condo was beautiful, comfortable, spotless, and the amenities were great! The distance to the beach and boardwalk was so convenient. The only negative was the noise. The neighbors across the stairs and across the parking lot were quite loud (music, voices, slamming doors). The person trying to sleep on the sofa bed really had a hard time.
