Notre condo 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain a tout ce dont vous avez besoin!
Nous louons du VENDREDI au VENDREDI.
Ce condo de 4 unités est à quelques pas de l'océan et à distance de marche de nombreux restaurants et bars. Le Jolly Trolley est à proximité pour vous emmener à Rehoboth pour plus de plaisir, la promenade, la vie nocturne et une myriade de restaurants.
Au 1er étage se trouve une chambre principale avec un lit King et une salle de bain complète. Le deuxième étage est le salon avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, une grande salle familiale / coin repas et 1/2 salle de bain. Le plan d'étage est ouvert et lumineux avec 3 portes coulissantes en verre (menant à la terrasse du 2ème étage) pour laisser entrer tout ce soleil magnifique!
Le 3ème étage comprend 3 chambres. La chambre principale avec salle de bain complète a un autre lit King. Une chambre a 2 lits superposés - twin / twin et full / full. La 4ème chambre a une reine.
Au 4ème étage se trouve la terrasse privée sur le toit avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan et la baie!
C'est la location idéale pour les familles ou les groupes d'adultes. Désolé, vous devez avoir 25 ans ou plus pour louer. Dewey Beach a des politiques très strictes concernant le bruit et la consommation d'alcool par les mineurs.

Beautiful house and great location!

The house was in a great location for getting to the beach - just 50 yards away! It also was a close distance to walk to the many restaurants. The home is beautifully decorated with a beach theme and has a bright, open floor plan in the main living area. We really enjoyed our stay and will probably return in the near future.

Perfect Weekend Away

A few friends and I stayed over NYE weekend and it couldn't have been more perfect! Incredible location plus the house was clean, spacious and stocked with everything we needed. Cindy was great to work with. Zero complaints and would highly recommend!

Perfect week of fun!

This home is beautiful and fully equipped with all essentials needed to make our stay enjoyable! Close to bars and restaurants and a short ride to Rehobeth & OCMD we always found some place to entertain us in the evenings. A short walk to the beach was perfect for the very sunny, hot week we were there. We even made it to the beach a few mornings to watch the sunrise, and watched the sunset from the roof top deck as well. Lots of room to spread out in this 4 floor condo!! Cindy was great to work with.. always quick to reply back when I had questions prior to and up to the day we arrived.

Excellent location for a large family getaway

Great experience. Great communication with the owner. Perfect location, close to the beach, short walking distance to the restaurants (starboard, Dewey brewing co, woodies). Our party was 6 adults and 6 small children (2-10); we all fit comfortably. The house was close enough to the beach, that when the little ones had to use the bathroom, when at the beach, we could just run back. The recent renovations (kitchen and flooring) where a nice touch. We had three cars and could all park on the property with no need for on street parking. We probably could have, easily, gotten one more car on the property.

Celebration of my daughter's 40th biirthday

Our trip to Dewey Beach was to celebrate our daughter's 40th birthday. We have stayed in a number of properties in Dewey Beach. This was by far the nicest property we have stayed in. The property was very clean and well maintained both inside and outside. The rooftop deck is ideal for relaxing in the sun if you want an alternative to the beach. The deck also provides a great place to entertain and enjoy meals with friends and family. The necessities: air conditioning, fully appointed kitchen for cooking, washer and dryer, indoor and outdoor furniture and on property parking all met or exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this property to families and friends who are looking for a great place to relax and entertain that is close to the beach and activities in the Dewey Beach and Rehoboth area.

Perfect location, amazing rooftop and lovely owner

If you are looking for the perfect location in Dewey this would be it. You can see the ocean and the Starboard from the rooftop. We could also see the fireworks on July 4th from the rooftop in so many different places. The beds were very comfortable. The layout was great. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. The kitchen was well equipped. The washer and dryer worked well as so many beach rentals they don't. The AC worked well. The place was very clean. My only suggestion would be to replace the rooftop furniture as it is falling apart. All in all we had a great week and were very comfortable and happy with our VRBO selection. We loved being a few houses in from the beach. It made it easy to come back to the rental to use the bathroom. We would totally rent this property again and hopefully next time there won't be a pandemic and the restaurants and bars will be fully open and back to normal.

Great house--clean, plenty of room and close to everything! Owner was easy to contact and quick to follow up throughout the entire contract. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Nice family vacation

Very nice property, and location was great. We took our kids on an early morning bike ride along the road to the boardwalk and then to Gordon's Pond. It was a nice area to bike. The property is just steps from the beach, and a short walk to Grotto's pizza and an ice-cream shop called Vanderwenes, probably the best we've ever had. We used the rooftop deck to play games in the evening as the sun was setting. Very nice stay for our family overall.

Fabulous beach home

We enjoyed this welcoming, spacious home for 2 weeks this summer. The kitchen was well stocked, the property clean, rooms were comfortable. The 3 decks were great and we were able to have beautiful views of the sunset over the bay each night

Definitely Recommend!

Perfect place to stay in Dewey! The house is very nice with tons of room inside and out (deck with Ocean and Dewey views). With short walks to the beach and restaurants it has everything you need. We are already trying to figure out a 2018 trip.

Great family vacation home

This was our first time renting this property. It was perfect for our adult family and friends totaling 8. Plenty of room for everyone, plenty of bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. We will definitely rent again. Thanks for an all around great rental property.

Spectacular!

This place was extremely clean, comfortable and lovely; exceptionally decorated. The proximity to the beach was perfect! Additionally, the owners were very helpful and responded immediately when we had any questions or concerns. We had four generations here during our vacation and it was perfect for the whole family. We hope to return again next year!

Excellent home for large groups

I would definitely return. The home is very large, close to the beach and has great amenities. The house comfortable sleeps a group of 12, but offers plenty of space for air mattresses if necessary. The rooftop deck was awesome, offered a great space to hang during the day for extra sun. The house is in walking distance to the beach as well as fun local bars and restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen that allowed for group meals. Open space on main for great for group activity. Loved the house, will be coming back!

We live full-time in Northern Delaware, with our main home in Wilmington. We love Delaware, it is a great place to live and visit. The state is beautiful and the people (who are as nice as the state is beautiful) who reside here are the reason we wanted to stay and raise our family in the First State. With our family having graduates from Concord, St. Mark's and Padua High Schools, and a few University of Delaware graduates as well, we are kinda big fans of Delaware, and always like to brag big about our little state.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We picked the property because we love the ocean and the beach. To be able to see the ocean from our decks, was important to us if we could not be ocean front. We also love Dewey Beach, where everything is walk-able. To to be in Dewey and that close to the beach was a huge factor when we bought our condo. The size of the condo, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, two decks sealed the deal, as we wanted a unit that was big enough so when we used it on our vacation, we could entertain friends and family.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The Views from the decks and ability to walk everywhere in Dewey, and being a few hundred feet from the beach (where we could go back and forth to the beach from the condo) were the key features and benefits for us.
