We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location, easy beach access, and our team’s communication and walkthrough upon arrival. Regarding the late checkout request, we apologize for any confusion. At the time of your request for late check out, we were not aware of the guests arrival time that same day. Unfortunately, once it was determined they were arriving at the standard check out time, we had to request that you adhere to the standard departure time to give our staff sufficient time to prepare so the next guests receive the same high standard of cleanliness. We also appreciate your suggestion about larger beach towels. We’d like to note that despite three towels being stained during your stay, we did not charge for their replacement, as we aim to be fair and accommodating whenever possible. Given this, and that the overall experience was positive, we were a bit surprised not to receive a 5-star review, as we truly strive to deliver a 5-star experience to every guest. Thank you again for staying with us, and we’re glad to hear you enjoyed your time overall. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

The homeowner has plans to do a kitchen/living room renovation before mid year, so we will be excited to include an indoor seating area soon! This is the first time we have ever had a guest complain about any noise issues, I am so sorry this occured during your stay.
