Their is no air conditioning in the living room, however all rooms have ceiling fans and excellent ocean and mountain breezes. Off the great room are two separate wings, each with air conditioned bedrooms, comfy beds and private bathrooms. The washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, safe and a wide array of small kitchen appliances are located in the pantry. Communicate effectively while on vacation with fiber optic 25Mbps Wi-Fi operating throughout the house and the terraces. The covered carport for 2 vehicles is attached to the house and there is ample parking for at least 4 other cars in the parking area.
The lush grounds and house are meticulously cared for by Wilson the caretaker and his wife Ivania. They live in a separate house on the edge of the property at the driveway entrance, and maintain security and complete privacy for the main house and property. Ivania will provide light housekeeping for an additional fee with advance notice prior to your arrival.
The house is conveniently located between the town of Uvita and Ojochal, convenient to tours, excellent restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and banks.
