Property worked great for our group (all adults). Bedrooms spread out on multiple levels. Must be able to go up & down stairs. Rooftop patio was very nice.
Spent a few days just touristing around Philly and this was a perfect rental. Lots of space. Incredible location around restaurants bars and cafes. Great parking nearby. And the Jose was very communicative with clear instructions. Would rent again for another fun few days in Philly.
The condo is superb! Super comfortable and spacious. Different levels assures nobody is on top of anyone. Rooftop was amazing! The attention to details was impressive. Thank you for stocking coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, laundry needs and cleaning needs.
Talia mediterrean has amazing bagels, sandwiches and salads. Front Street cafe's food was also impressive.
Would definitely recommend.
Property was very clean and, comfortable and spacious. The main entrance was off a little alley Which was a little off putting with no parking. There were some nice restaurants within walking distance and the train line very close. I would definitely stay here again.
Les points faibles : Communication et emplacement
Dangerous neighborhood
The neighborhood, was dangerous, locals told us not to be outside at night, we heard 17 gunshots one night. Also our keypad lock stopped working, so we had to wait for hours to be told that the lockbox on the outdoor railing was the spare key. (to me that means they have had issues before). We also had the issue of no curtains in the master bedroom and bathroom, my employee was not comfortable bathing, dressing or sleeping in the room.
The house was awesome, lots of space, was great for our group of 7 women! The location was ideal, walking distance to lots of cool bars, restaurants, and transportation. Would have been nice to know before arrival that the street is an alley, very small. Also the walls throughout the entire house were scuffed which was odd and not great for photos (especially because there are instructions to take our shoes off while inside). The instructions for unlocking the door were clear but on our way out the door, we were in a panic because we could not lock the door behind us! Had to YouTube how to work the lock as our Uber was sitting there waiting for us...
A group of 4 women stayed at this house for the weekend. The house is absolutely beautiful and in an up and coming area. Thereâs a great breakfast place near by (Front street cafe) and was a close distance from many restaurants and bars the bedrooms were very spacious, even the 4th bedroom/office that had a pull out sofa. Loved the rooftop deck. The house is not on a street with parking, but we did not have any trouble finding nearby street parking for 3 cars. We had a great stay here!!
We had four adult couples for our weekend visit. This property is a cute and clean investment home.
However, we had a few drawbacks that will prevent us from renting in the future: the description says four bedrooms / four baths, but the 4th bathroom remained elusive during our trip (one in the basement, 2nd floor, and master suite). Note that the 4th bedroom is more of a study with a pull-out couch and no door. The bathroom on the second floor does not latch or lock, which makes bathroom rotations interesting.
Parking is non-existent. Perhaps it was the weekend of choice, but there was not on-street slots. we recommend swinging by the house, unloading the vehicle, and then heading to the pay to park ($18/day) lot and walk .2 miles back to the house.
Recommend this property for no more than 6 adults (individual rooms with doors).
