Premier étage 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains avec sol en travertin. Véranda avec table et chaises. Master suite avec vue sur l'océan / piscine. Grandview est un complexe de 18 unités niché entre le luxueux complexe Grace Bay Club et le complexe hôtelier Royal West Indies. Condo mène directement sur la terrasse de la piscine avec bain à remous et un belvédère avec des hamacs vue sur l'océan. Pratique pour l'épicerie, les restaurants et les boutiques.

Perfect for us

The condo was exactly what we were hoping for- a beautiful location with a pool and hot tub right outside and just steps from the most gorgeous beach. The condo was clean and lovely. We appreciated the warm welcome and how well stocked and maintained the property is.

Wonderful stay on Grace Bay

We had a wonderful time in Grace Bay! The place was spotless, with big nice bedrooms, a full kitchen, and only steps to the pool and beach. Close to restaurants and shopping, this place is perfect! Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Ideal spring break location

Family of five (three kids: ages 12/11/8), thankful for the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room pullout, and screened in dining space. We were there during spring break and felt like the condo building was only half occupied. Easy walk out from the condo to pool/hot tub, and beach access (with umbrellas and chairs always available). Property manager was local and responsive. We could walk along the beach to other resorts and dining.

Everything was as described or better. New appliances, a fridge I wanted to take home, Jing was a perfect host and so helpful. The entire staff at Grandview was amazing. The owners of other condos were friendly and gave great restaurant suggestions. The perfect holiday in the perfect location. 10/10

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay at Grandview and will definitely be back. We particularly appreciated the proximity to the beach and the spacious and comfortable accommodations. Everything is modern and clean. Beds are comfortable. Bath and beach towels are good quality. Kitchen is well stocked. Therese and Jing were both quick to respond to questions. Pool and common areas are well maintained. Small but well-equipped gym. Walking distance to several good restaurants. 10/10.

Wonderful, relaxing stay!

We have been going to Provo for over thirty years. If you want to get away from the crowds, this place is it. It's so quiet, and peaceful. There's not a restaurant or outdoor bar on property. We fixed our own breakfast, lunches, and drinks, went out to dinners each night, which saved us a lot of money. The tradeoff was worth it. This was our second stay at this resort. two different condos, both were very nice, and the beach front with plenty of loungers/umbrellas is to die for. It also has a gated parking lot. The condo was very comfortable, spacious, and very clean... had everything we needed plus some. Coolers, icepacks, some spices, plenty of beach towels, washer/dryer, and laundry detergent, local phone to use, books with information on dining, things to do. This is my new go to place to rent! Check in was great... we had no problems at all. Condo management was very attentive, and accessible. Hope to visit next year!

Fantastic Location

Everything about this property and trip were great. The condo was clean, well-appointed and ideally located. Being ground-level was a huge plus. We thought the unit was larger and more spacious than it appeared in the photographs. We’d highly recommend this property, the whole experience was fantastic.

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as great as we remembered. The location can't be beat and the beach is beautiful. Jing was so warm and welcoming and truly made our stay better offering to help at any time. We will definitely be back again!

Great Stay

Location was spectacular. Condo was clean and had everything we needed and more. In 10 years of VRBO rentals, these were the most responsive hosts I have ever encountered. Relaxing vacation, walked down the beach for many of our meals.

Probably the best rental we have stayed at. Most need TLC but not here, it was all updated and extremely well kept. Condo had everything you might need, great location, great beach, fantastic communication with owners. Had a blast!

Wonderful location!

If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of a busy resort, this is the location for you! The condo was very clean, provided everything we needed, and was the perfect location for our family. We wanted to be somewhere with not a lot of little kids running around because our daughters are 17 and 21. We were very happy with this location! I would definitely recommend this condo and stay here again!

Better than a home away from home

We loved every minute of our stay in this lovely and well appointed condo at the Grandview. The unit was nicely decorated and had all the things we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable with excellent sheets, the bathrooms had towels and toiletries. We enjoyed walking out the door on the patio to the pool and beach. Loved the quiet and serenity of the place. It was close to shopping and restaurants. We hope to return to this wonderful place as often as we can!

Great Stay at Grace Bay!

We had a fantastic stay at the Grandview on Grace Bay. The communication was on point and the condo was perfect for our trip to Turks. The condo was well equipped, in great condition, and in a perfect location! Close to food and shops...and right on the beach as described! Did I mention that my girls where beyond thrilled that there was a Dyson hairdryer in the bathroom?! LOL! Thank you for your hospitality - we will be back!

Vacation

Wow Wow Wow. Amazing Vrbo just steps away from Grace Bay. We have stayed at many Vrbo throughout our years of travel and this property by far was the most spectacular. Very spacious and immaculate & everything you needed. In short ALL the comforts of home. The property manager Jing was also great with any questions we had during our stay & also watched our son so we could have a date night. We will definitely return next summer.

Perfect condo in paradise!

The condo is clean, modern, and quiet. The kids enjoyed the pool, the hot tub is wonderful, the beach is clean and quiet with pristine sand, warm clear water, and always had an open lounge chair in the sun or under an umbrella. The condo is perfect and the host was easy to work with, quick to respond, and the local housekeeper was kind and attentive to any requests. Nicely appointed kitchen made meals easy to prepare. We loved the screened in porch with a view of the ocean while we ate our meals. The only bad part of the entire trip was having to leave!

Nice Condo and Location!

We stayed the 3rd week of January 2016. It was our first visit to TCI. The accommodations were very nice, well maintained and location quiet. Listing was accurate and the owner responded promptly to our questions. The pool and hot tub came in handy when not on the beach. Prepared our own breakfast in the condo or walked to Infinity Beach Bar and Ocean Club on the beach. Evenings we ate at Coyaba, Bugaloos, Mango Reef and Coco Bistro and would recommend each of them. Grace Bay Beach is beautiful. Enjoyed our stay and would come again. Paul N.

Perfect stay at Grandview

My family and I stayed for 9 days over March Break and have overwhelmingly positive things to say about the condo, the management, the building and the location. Everything is exactly as advertised, maybe even better. The unit is very clean, contemporary and comfortable. The rental manager, Jing, was very welcoming, professional, and responsive. The condo building is on the best stretch of beach on Grace Bay! Such a gem. We never had any issues with beach chairs, and we were often had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. The other unit owners and renters we met were 100% friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend both this unit and Grandview!

We just visited TCI this year for the first time and instantly realized what a special place it is. The beach and water could not be more beautiful and the local people are warm and welcoming. We loved the fact that you can travel around the island and feel safe and dine at numerous fabulous restaurants. We are not the "all inclusive resort" type of people! We are from Michigan and desperately need to get out of the cold during the long winter months! It is a dream come true to own a piece of paradise!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We visited friends at the Grandview and loved that it was small and directly on the beach. It is with in walking distance of many wonderful restaurants but quiet and private. The beach is wide and expansive with a perfect sunset view and plenty of space to lounge at the pool or beach. You can snorkel right off the beach or take a day cruise from one of the many boats that offer services to pick you up right in front of the condo on the beach!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The proximity to the exclusive Grace Bay Club is an added bonus. The resort is spectacular at night with torch lit bars and restaurants, and cozy couches to sit and star gaze next to a blazing fire pit with an after dinner cocktail . We are also in walking distance many of the best resorts including, Seven Stars, Ritz Carlton and Club Med as well.
