Il est maintenant temps pour vous de faire vos valises et de vous diriger vers «Good To Go» situé dans la communauté de Old Florida Village! Cette communauté se compose de 75 maisons nichées entre des sentiers en briques et une végétation tropicale luxuriante. Idéalement situé à Santa Rosa Beach, vous pouvez conduire, faire de la randonnée ou faire du vélo sur Scenic 30-A jusqu'aux boutiques, restaurants et galeries locales de Grayton Beach, Watercolour et Seaside. À distance de marche sont les belles plages de sable blanc sucré des plages de South Walton et les boutiques, restaurants et concerts en plein air à Gulf Place. Dirigez-vous vers l'ouest et vous arrivez aux magasins d'usine de Silver Sands, passez la journée au village de Baytowne Wharf ou continuez au cœur de Destin pour la pêche, la nourriture ou la vie nocturne.
Ce chalet comprend trois chambres (avec planchers de bois franc) et deux salles de bains et demie. Les porches avant, arrière et balcon vous invitent à vous blottir avec un bon livre ou à faire une sieste dans le Florida Breeze!

The house was the perfect location and had everything we needed. We loved using the bikes to get to the Gulf Place shops and beach each morning. Would recommend staying here to anyone! Also loved the updated primary bathroom.

We enjoyed 2 weeks in this house. It was perfect. There were 2 community pools to use and not too far from the beach. This house had everything we needed during our stay. Carol was great with all of the communication and I would highly recommend renting her place.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our time here. The location is great, quick drive to the beach, walking distance to the pool. The pool was never that crowded. Community is quiet at night, mostly just families. It felt very safe. The house was the perfect size for our family of six. We would definitely stay here again!

Old Florida Village-Santa Rosa Beach, FL

We have stayed in the SRB are many times in many locations. The Old Florida Village area is convenient to beach access and all the sites along scenic 30-A. This unit was very nice and comfortable. Quiet and well located in the back of the community. The owners were so communicative and helpful to our questions. We would absolutely come back to this location for future 30-A trips.

Wonderful!!!

Good to Go cottage is wonderful. We were so comfortable and everything is so clean. The area around the cottage is lovely. We took our black lab (Zach) with us and there were so many areas to walk him and it was a very dog friendly area. Although the cottage is not right on the beach we rented a golf cart and it was a fun change to take a short ride to the beach. Santa Rosa is beautiful and we are already planning our next stay at Good to Go! Thank you Carol!!

Short but sweet

We were only there two nights before we had to leave due to hurricane Michael, but the cottage was great! It is well decorated, the kitchen is very well-stocked and overall it is comfortable and helped us feel at home. It was comfortable enough that we considered staying there, indoors, until authorities issued a mandatory evacuation! We would go back! My only complaint, that wasn't a surprise, was the distance to the beach. Plan to either bike or drive - it's too far to walk with beach supplies! We have 3 young kids and choose to drive - there was parking at the beach access and it wasn't a problem at all!

Family vacation with our pups

We spent the week in Good to Go with our two kids (5 & 8) and two dogs. The neighborhood is perfect for bike rides and walks. The kids rode their bikes around the loop, down the trails, and to the pool. This unit is on the second back loop so there isn’t as much traffic. It’s an easy walk or bike ride to the beach or shops. Most days, my husband would drop us off at beach with our gear, park back at the condo, then ride the provided bike back to us. The unit was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was broken in the master bathroom, but Ms. Carol was very responsive and had someone fix it as soon as possible. The bathroom drains and shower heads could use a little deep cleaning and better water pressure, but overall they were fine. The kitchen is well stocked. We had everything we needed to grill out and do a large seafood boil in the condo. Overall, we really enjoyed our week here and would love to rent it again!

Great place to relax and recharge

The house has everything you need for a relaxing time in Santa Rosa. From a well equipped kitchen to bikes for sight seeing. TV in every room for g-kids, inflatables for the pools, comfortable beds, nicely updated furnishings and fixtures. We rented. Golf cart for the week and there was good parking for both vehicles and golf cart. Gas or charcoal grill available. Clean lines and nice artwork. Close to everything in Santa Rosa and far enough away to enjoy a cup of coffee and a good book on the porch. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your lovely home! - The Mercers

Great family vacation home

Everything was fantastic! Community has kept the “old Florida feel”. From the landscaping to the home styles, everything was gorgeous. Carol was a great host, all her recommendations were spot on and very helpful. House was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to make our vacation special. Will be back!

charming house in blue mountain

We loved our time at Good to Go. Carol and Charlie were easy to work with, super responsive and some of the best hosts I have ever worked with on VRBO. The house was stocked up with extra blankets, pillows and all of the comforts of home. We were there over thanksgiving and the kitchen was full of everything you could need. I haven't seen a kitchen this stocked in a rental maybe ever. Location quiet and close to the beach. Beach access easy and includes bathrooms and an area to hose off. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Great location, close to beaches!

The property is located in a great location close to Gulf place, beaches and many awesome restaurants! I really would have loved to give this property a perfect rating but it desperately needs renovation and a deep cleaning. Although the owners were nice enough to let us know that the front door was in need of repair and the oven needed a part replaced, the home needs great attention. The windows and seals were dirty, blinds were dusty, the bedroom (with twin beds) does remain consistently warm, bathrooms were not well cleaned and kitchen cookware probably should be replaced. One pan in particular had loose Teflon flakes all over it. I did leave it on the stove top for the owners or property managers information. Additionally, the door in the powder room is difficult to open and shut, laundry room door does not close etc. Nonetheless, we did appreciate the hospitality and do hope the homeowners plan some degree of renovation in the near future!

I appreciate your comments and will review your suggestions on our next trip to our cottage later this month. Since we have hosted many guests this year and received good reviews, we have full confidence in our cleaning company. It was unfortunate that the oven temperature panel went out on Monday, but I worked diligently to have it repaired by the time you arrived on Wednesday; however, it took until Thursday at noon for you to begin baking. We updated the kitchen in 2020, and we are excited to say that our cottage will be closed for guests first of December to remodel the master bathroom. We hope you will stay at Good to Go your next time you visit 30A.

Nice place, close to gulf place

We were overall very happy with the house. The owner was very responsive. The location was great with easy access to Gulf Place and restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet and quaint. There were 8 of us (4 adults and 4 kids) and we felt like we had enough space. I didn’t give it 5 stars for a couple of reasons: 1-the kitchen appliances are in desperate need of an upgrade. The counters and cabinets are nice but the appliances need to go. 2-one of the bedrooms does not cool down. Our 4 kids slept in there and it was very hot. We noticed about halfway through the stay that one of the windows above the bed was cracked open. We shut it thinking it would help and it did ever so slightly. However the room remained warm for the rest of the trip. The owner did offer to reimburse me for the price of a fan if I purchased one so that was nice. But that room needs to be addressed. The a/c worked brilliantly throughout the rest of the home. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite the minor inconveniences.

Beautiful house

This was our first trip to Santa Rosa! The house was in a great location and a beautiful neighborhood. The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed. We loved that they had 2 bikes that we could use. It was a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. We look forward to coming back!

Good To Go

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a 10minute walk to the beach so a little tiring with the wagon and chairs, but overall really nice location with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Working with the owner was great too, she responded quickly to all our questions. The provided amenities were a very pleasant surprise. Again, we really loved the home and had a great experience.

Listing is very misrepresented.

This rental is not as represented. It is not new, does not look to be professionally decorated, has filthy carpet, old and dirty furniture. The kitchen is poorly equipped and the washing machine contains rust in the drum. The odor in the cottage was so bad I could not stay a night. The contact for the rental never returned my calls. I do not recommend this rental.

The description and photographs in the listing are accurate, and we have taken great care and pride in decorating this home, which we want our guests to enjoy as much as we do. We have had 25 or more families stay in the cottage this year, including one the week before this guest arrived, and none have had similar complaints. We contacted the guest by phone after receiving an email stating the guest was not pleased with the cottage. After listening to the complaints that the guest had allergies and despite the fact that the cottage had been professionally cleaned just prior to the guest's arrival, we agreed to pay for a hotel room for the evening, have the carpet/furniture professionally cleaned the following morning, and have a cleaning crew to address her concerns so the guest would enjoy her stay. The guest agreed to the offer, but decided to leave the evening of checking in. However, we went forward with the professional cleaning of the carpets/furniture the following day. We were sorry she decided to change her plans, but we worked hard to make sure the guest would have a great experience during her week stay, and we took every possible step to respond to this guest's complaints.

Wonderful family outing

What a pleasant vacation. The property was 100% as advertised; low key, family friendly neighborhood, a short distance from less crowded areas of the beach, in the heart of 30A. All necessary amenities were provided. An excellent choice for a laid back week on the Emerald Coast. Owners were pleasant and responsive. I'll be back. Thank you!
