Vila Nada - Stunning 4 Bed Villa with private pool & superb sea views

SPACIOUS MODERN VILLA - With Fantastic Sea Views
Vila Nada is fully air-conditioned with 243sqm of space, large balconies on the 1st & 2nd floors and a large terrace area with infinity edged pool and out door furniture.
The 1st floor balcony wraps round the side of the villa & has an inbuilt BBQ.
Vila Nada is accessed from the road and has a carport with parking for 3 cars.
Accommodation is over 3 levels & sleeps 10-12, it also has a cot & high chair. The ground floor is fully self contained with a separate bedroom with a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with bath, small kitchen & lounge area with a sofa bed. The 1st floor has a fully equipped kitchen, large living/dining area with doors opening to wrap around balcony with stunning views over the bay, there is also a shower room & utility room on this level. The lounge has a double sofa bed.
The 2nd floor has 3 double bedrooms, 2 with kingsize beds (1 ensuite), both with balconies, the 3rd bedroom has 1 single bed & 1 set of bunk beds, there is an additional family bathroom with bath & shower on this level. The villa is comfortably furnished, has WIFI, satellite TV and is ideal for large groups and families. All the bedrooms have blackout blinds at the windows, there's a high chair, travel cot, toys, games, dvd's etc.
It is important to me that all my clients have a great time, so guests needs are carefully catered for and various items have been added over the years at their request - for example a filter coffee machine, a food blender.

The pool is a fantastic feature and consists of 2 sections, one flowing into the other. The upper section is shallow and idea for children, or cooling off, whilst the lower section is great for swimming or relaxing on a lilo. It has gated access for additional safety and there are 2 large terraces with sunbeds and seating, with a large pergola for shade.

Very nice house perfect for a very big family or 2 couples with children. It is spacious with everything needed, and very clean! Great view, great location: small walk to the sea and easy to visit Kotor and surroundings, nice double pool! Nice host! We recommend!

Beautiful villa with amazing views. Easy to walk to quiet harbour/beach and restaurant. Owner and agent both very helpful before and during trip. Teenage son loved the separate ground floor area. A/C and pool much appreciated. Good location to visit Kotor and Tivat. Lake Skadar and Rose a bit further but definitely worth a visit.

Great Family Villa with Fantastic Views

This is a spacious villa in the small village of Bigova with lots of indoor and outdoor space. Excellent for a large group with four bathrooms and a good sized open plan kitchen. The self contained ground floor apartment has an additional kitchenette with Fridge. A few minutes walk from a great bar restaurant, swimming spot and small shop.Stunning views and well located just 25min from Tivat airport and Kotor. 45minutes to Budva.

Lovely!

We, 5 adults and 2 children, enjoyed our stay at Vila Nada very mych. The house i spacious with lovely view and outdoor spaces. Maybe the furniture could be upgraded, but worked good for us. Bigova is av very small and cute village and the fantastic restaurant/bar Grispolis gives it charm and a nice vibe. The location is perfect for exploring the coastline of Montenegro: Kotor, Kotor bay, Tivat, Budva and so on.

Great week at Villa Nada

A fantastic experience in a charming villa with outsdanding views of Bigova bay. Location was excellent with local people and a reasonable number of tourists. Villa Nada sticks perfectly to the Abritel description. Everythng works inside and outside, pool is a must and the local agent reliable and helpful. Air conditioning runs well, this is mandatory in August. Kitchen tools might be slightly refurbished for large groups but it was ok. Congrats to Debbie and her team !

Very nice summer house in a quiet village

This was our first time in Montenegro and we can certainly say that we had a great time at Villa Nada. Bigova is a a beautiful small town, perfectly located to explore both the Kotor bay and the Adriatic coast. Debbie did great in finding such a nice spot. The view from the terraces is breathtaking and the house is very comfortable and spacious and can easily accomodate 2/3 families sharing the place. Debbie was very kind and promptly responded to all our requests. Edward the local agent managing the property was also extremely helpful during all our staying Overall I highly recommend this property if you decide to spend your holidays in Montenegro

Our stay at this stunning villa in montenegro

I recently spent two weeks at a villa in Montenegro with my 6 friends, and it was an unforgettable experience. The villa offered a stunning view from the terrace, which quickly became our favorite spot to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The pool was a perfect addition, especially given the Montenegro heat. It was incredibly refreshing and provided a great way to cool down. We were greeted by a friendly agent who explained everything we needed to know for our stay. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, making our vacation seamless and enjoyable. The bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and had plenty of storage space, which was very convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped with numerous appliances and utensils, allowing us to prepare a variety of meals easily. Overall, our stay at the villa exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

Not worth the money

Bigova is a really lovely village and we had a really Nice stay with a beautiful view from the house. BUT
. We must say that the house did not live up to our expectations: The house was not clean-spiders in all corners of the ceilings, all walls very dirty (smashed muscitos, dirt etc), foodcrumbs in the oven, dust all over the place and dirty floors. Also we did not have access to the pool for two days in the very warm weather. The filter was blocked and did not work. It seemed like the pool had not been used/cleaned for quiet a while and the poolguy worked hard for several days replacing a lot of pipes and stuff Also the bees at the sunloungers had build their own home and been their for a while
. Two of us Got stung. The patioes and staircases was very dirty so we spend 2-3 hours cleaning inside and outside when we arrived before the rest of the party cheked in.

Beautiful location, great villa

We (four adults - 2 in their 30s and 2 in their 50/60s) had the most amazing week at Villa Nada. The villa is beautiful, well equipped and has a breathtaking view over the bay. It is a short walk down to Bigova. One of our party has knee problems and was slightly concerned it would be too steep, but in fact it was fine. In the village there are 2 restaurants (we favoured pod volat as the staff were much friendlier, the food and wine better value) and a small shop. It is easy to get to Budva, Kotor, Perast and even Dubrovnik from the villa. We hired a car, which gave lots a flexibility for exploring, but we did see loads of taxis when driving around. There are also many great beaches within easy reach of the villa. Our favourite was Sveti Stephan, however our visit was before the main tourist season started and so it was quiet and we could camp ourselves with a great view of the town! Jaz beach is closer to the villa and has a great range of beach bars and activities - we went twice! The pool is perfect for cooling off in (we didn’t have any full pool days, but you easily could!) and we enjoyed some great BBQs on the balcony. The sunsets in Bigova are stunning. Debbie (the owner) was very helpful in the run up to our stay, and her agents were very responsive during our stay. Montenegro is such a beautiful country and Villa Nada is a perfect place to base yourself whilst you explore it.

Pretty location with great pool area but stay spoilt by owners response to drainage issue

Villa is in a pretty location but would recommend car or make sure you have taxi handy to travel outside of small resort. Bigova village pretty and visited both restaurants and has a small shop for essentials- not suitable for those less fit or with disabilities as very steep hill back to villa. Pool area great as plenty of room to sit/sunbathe with great views, pool two tiered levels with shallow on top which is great for toddlers or just sunbathing in! Villa on 3 levels - 3 bedrooms on top floor well appointed 2nd floor main living area, bottom floor has 4th bedroom with small kitchenette seating area not as well appointed . Bit of an issue if like us you are two families of two adults and two children; the second couple can end up with the 'short straw' if use the ground floor bedroom. In addition if using ground floor bedroom, we ended up sleeping on sofa in lounge by 5th day due to sewage smell from drainage plug in floor of ensuite. Apparently this was due to the drain being connected to septic tank- this was obviously something that had happened in the past as very helpful agent immediately suggested topping up drain with cold water to 'seal' but limited effect. Just before end of holiday got drain blockage - this was our fault as some make up remover wipes were put in upstairs toilet and there were clear signs on all bathrooms, just didn't make sure teenager daughter clear on that! However response to this disappointing- owner claimed damages caused way over security deposit paid despite fact we mopped up flooding immediately. Costs of plumber seemed excessive for callout fee quoted to clear blockage (especially in montenegro - we have a friend there who's a doctor who doesn't earn the amount in a week! - we are a second generation English/Serbian family and know the cost of living well and have holidayed in Serbia Bosnia and Montenegro for years. some damages such as friction damage to plasterwork and doorframe caused by plumber! Also we pointed out to owner that other bathroom doorframes had similar water damage in past but were not replaced - this and damage caused by plumber was not responded to by owner. Overall, if you want a 3 bedroom property with 3 nice bedrooms and you can be super vigilant that your guests are only putting toilet paper in toilets so that you don't lose deposit then you may want to consider staying.

Nous avons voyagé entre amis en août à la villa Bigova. La villa est bien équipée dans l'ensemble. Un bémol toutefois concernant la chambre du rez-de-chaussée (matelas inconfortable). Nous avons eu un problÚme technique qui a été vite réglé avec l'aide du staff (sympa et arrangeant). TrÚs bonne communication avec Debbie, trÚs réactive, et Ed, son gérant. La villa est trÚs bien située, étant proche de la plage et, surtout, la vue est INCROYABLE, que ce soit depuis la terrasse ou la trÚs jolie piscine!

No words to describe the incredible view !

We had great time in this villa! Everything looks exactly the same as it is in pictures and even better. Very spacious, clean house with everything you may possibly need in it. The view from the balcony and terrace is incredible at any time of the day. The location is also very good, 15 mins from the Tivat airport, walking distance from the village Bigova with a local beach and a restaurant serving fish and sea food fished on the same day! Just incredible! The communication with the host, Debbie, work just perfectly - she gave all information we needed and was very patient with some changes in our arrival time! I recommend this place a lot!

Maison idĂ©alement situĂ©e Ă  100 m de la mer et du joli petit port de Bigova Ă  20 kms de Kotor et Buvda. Le logement est conforme au descriptif et n'avons eu aucune mauvaise surprise ; les Ă©quipements sont trĂšs complets, et le fait d'avoir 2 piscines dont 1 petit bain est idĂ©al notamment quand il y a de jeunes enfants. Notre seul regret ne pas y ĂȘtre restĂ© une semaine de plus

Die obere große Wohnung und der Pool sind super.Die untere Wohnung haben wir aufgrund unangenehmer GerĂŒche nicht genutzt. Hausverwalter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Fabulous location and layout, needs maintenance.

Three couples and three children ages 10-16: Appreciate that an agent met us at the grocery store and lead us to the property, since it was dark. Buy water...the villa has signs saying do not drink the water. Take precautions against cats coming in during the night...we lost an expensive bottle of booze the first night. Be prepared to have plumbing issues and being asked not to flush toilet paper. Ignore offer of mid-week cleaning...agents were not able to offer it. Small fridge ground floor is very cold. Large fridge first floor not cold. Not all burners on stove work. Light switches not labeled...ask about outside lights and hot water heaters. Lots of inconveniences like weak mi-fi, mold, broken shower handset, water stopped in middle of shower, but would still recommend it for its beautiful view, nice (small) pool with small covered area, responsive local agent and enough space for our group. (Youths tended to isolate and hog the mi-fi.) Bigova has two fantastic restaurants and don't miss Tres Olives (5km). We spent 9 nights but also spent time away sightseeing in Kotor & Budva Old Towns, Yacht Monty B, Whitewater rafting, Ostrog Monastery, etc.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house. Splendid view, warm pools, very nice restaurant only 2 min. walk away, very well equipped, .... Thanks to Debbie and Lissa for your help. We felt blessed in this fabulous house !

Breathtaking Location

We were very impressed with this spacious villa which gave us ample room for the 6 adults and 4 children in our group. Everything was at hand as stated & the two tier swimming pool worked well for the children. We had a very enjoyable stay at the villa which is located in woodland on a hillside with a small picturesque harbour reached within a short walk. We would certainly return to this beautiful villa & the country of Montenegro again.

Excellent villa with nice location

The villa was excellent and the location was also great. It was really relaxing to get back to the peaceful village of Bigova after a hot day in crowded Kotor area. The walk down to the village harbor and sea was also very short, that could be be perhaps highlighted more? Also the two restaurants in the village were great.

Exellent villa. The photos do not give a true picture of the villa - the villa was a lot better than in photos! There was 12 of us and we did not feel too crowded. We spent a lot of time at the villa and we enjoyed a lot! We recommend: Aqua park in Budva, drafting at Tara river, zibwires close Tara river and national park Lovcen, Jaz beach close Budva.

Fantastic villa

We recently returned from a most wonderful holiday at Vila Nada. Montenegro is the most amazing Country and Debbie (the owner) has certainly picked one of the best locations, with incredible views. The villa is spacious and very well equipped with all the mod cons, we spent some great evenings on one of the terraces having BBQ's and drinking wine whilst watching the spectacular sunsets - just perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner or her agents, we were given lots of help and advice which made planning our holiday easy. On arrival we were welcomed by the agents and shown how everything worked. There were fresh flowers, a complimentary bottle of wine and we were even given 2 local mobile phones for our use - outstanding service! Bigova is a beautiful fishing village and within easy reach of Tivat, Kotor and Budva - a car is a must if you want to explore this beautiful Country, although we did use taxis (agents gave advice on who to use) and water boats from Bigova Harbour a couple of times. This is on our 'must do again' list, there is something for everyone, definitely one of our best ever holidays.

In 2006 we did something really mad and purchased a part built (shell) intended to be 6 small apartments in a relatively unknown country. With determination, hard work and a great team, 1 year later my dream was realised when Vila Nada was complete.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose the location of Bigova for it's fantastic views, beautiful sunsets and long hours of sunlight. It is also a favourite of many Montenegrins and as soon as we visited in 2005 we could see why. Our problem was that availability of villas in this brilliant location was next to none - then along came to opportunity to purchase a brick shell intended be 6 small apartments - not exactly what we had planned but luckily we had enough imagination to visualise the finished product and enough bottle to take the risk. So there we were.........with a reasonably blank canvas to create our own Villa - we drew the plans, designed the interior and exterior (including the rather unusual swimming pool) ,sourced and purchased all the furniture, fixtures, fittings and accessories and oversaw the whole project. Vila Nada really is our home from home - we love the magic it holds.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Vila Nada is unique quite simply because it is my very own creation. The views are out of this world and there is a magical, tranquil feeling about the place. It is light, airy and open and designed to be very sociable both on the inside and outside. The swimming pool is one of a kind with a top shallow pool - ideal for younger children........and as I discovered for sunbathing on a plastic lounger with the water lapping round your sides!! Whilst the bottom pool is deeper and perfect for a refreshing plunge or swim.
