5-304 est de loin l'une des meilleures propriétés de l'ensemble du complexe. Être dans le bâtiment 5, l'angle de l'étage supérieur, l'emplacement est indéniablement trop parfait. Privé, appartement bord de mer direct vivant à son meilleur.
NOUVELLE CUISINE REMODELED NEUVE COMPLÈTE OCTOBRE 2017! Nouveaux appareils électroménagers magnifiques, comptoirs, armoires, planchers, éclairage! Un refroidisseur de vin flambant neuf installé aussi !!
Entièrement équipée avec à peu près tout ce que vous aurez besoin. Avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains, il est la meilleure option pour 6 personnes imaginables. Lit king size dans la chambre principale en bas, lit king size dans le loft à l'étage, et Reine taille murale murphy pulldown lit en bas. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain! Nous sommes plus que fiers de représenter 5-304.

Le Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club est une communauté fermée de condominiums. Il y a trois courts de tennis de style professionnel avec éclairage de nuit; un pro de tennis est à votre disposition tous les jours pour des cours ou l'amélioration de jeu coaching.
La grande, récemment rénové piscine est idéal pour "tours" et aussi pour de petites activités des enfants de l'eau. séances d'exercice sur la base de Piscine sont proposés chaque matin. Les douches et les toilettes sont situés dans le grand pavillon près des tribunaux piscine et tennis.
Une des caractéristiques les plus intéressantes de la Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club sont les nombreux sites archéologiques. Ces zones protégées fournissent un aperçu de la vie il y a des années hawaïennes. Chaque site dispose d'une description affichée est des activités qui ont eu lieu il y a des années et des années.

Great view and amazing complex

This is our first time staying on the southern Kona coast. Traffic is more than we are used to when staying up near Kohala but the condo itself was absolutely breathtaking. The waves crash into cliffs just below the balcony and the view from the loft made it seem as if we were on a boat. The condo is well maintained and we enjoyed our stay very very much!

Private with Views

80s cruise ship was the vibe of this 3rd floor corner unit in the end building allowing for privacy and expansive views. We very much enjoyed our stay, the location (easy walk to snorkeling, restaurants and shopping center), and amenities. Only wish was it came with tennis equipment and volley ball, given these were the activities on the property it would have been nice to have the gear to play.

Well supplied with lots of beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards and cooler - most anything you’d want to take to beach. Close to activities - we surfed and snorkeled. We didn’t miss a sunset from the balcony - best unit in the place!

Taking part in IronMan World Championship 2016 was amazing and our stay in condo 5-304 made this trip one we would never forget. With our party of 4 we enjoyed this place so much. Having breakfast & Lunch almost every day on the balkony. Seeing the dolphins swim by and jump out of the ocean. Eat, live & sleep with the ocean breeze is unforgettable. Besides this the condo was clean, everything worked, plenty of space and de ocean view breathtaking. Thank you so much for recommending this place to me.

Beautiful - Must return

Condo was great with lots of room. Make sure to open all the doors on the lanai and the condo is very comfortable even without central air. Central air would also improve this unit even more. little walk from car to unit and some stairs up on third floor, but well worth the location. Wonderful time, great rental.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit does have a great view. Unfortunately, the interior leaves a lot to be desired. Plastic patio furniture taped together, holes in carpet, stained towels, holes in sheets, holes in doors, holes in screens. Typical unit where they slap a new counter top on an say done.Floor in kitchen is broken... on and on.

It's disappointing you could not appreciate the many amazing features this incredible unit does offer. We are certainly concerned by your remarks of holes in sheets/stained towels. Reviewer Comments: After a six-hour plane ride with toddler and infant in tow we entered condo 5-304 at Keauhou Surf & Racket Club to the sounds of crashing waves and ocean breezes. Uninterrupted views from within the condo to the north and to the south are like no other. Ocean spray misting the air gives the beach front experience you dream of in a Hawaiian vacation. The wrap around deck provides loads of space for sun tanning, dining or whale watching. Sunsets were spectacular with the “green flash” making intermittent appearances. The kitchen is beautifully designed and well appointed. Three bathrooms and three sleeping areas offer plenty of space. Such a great location and we all enjoyed the large pool with friendly neighbors. A short drive to Kona offered dining and shopping where you can walk to everything while enjoying the ocean views. This property is well managed and managers were very accommodating and quick to respond. We will definitely be back. Leslie B. Olympia WA

Nicely Updated and Beautiful Views

My family of 4 spent 4 nights at this condo and it was absolutely perfect for us. It has recently been updated and is now even nicer than the pictures. The furniture and flooring are contemporary and aesthetically appealing. I love the spiral staircase! It is actually very sturdy, despite the comments in a previous review. Maybe it was recently reinforced? In any case, it was very classy. The condo is a lot more spacious than the pictures let on. There was plenty of room for our 12 and 15 year old kids to have their space without annoying each other. As others have mentioned, there are plenty of items needed for the beach - snorkel gear, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, towels, sand toys, etc. The kitchen is spacious and has newer appliances. There is a grocery store less than a 5-minute drive from the complex. The property manager was super responsive. Before we arrived, I sent an email asking if the Murphy bed would be easy to set up for our daughter because we knew that we were arriving late and would be tired and cranky. Blake responded right away that he would have it set up for us when we arrived. Also, there was a small issue with one of the kitchen drawers. I reached out to Blake and he had it repaired within the hour. Of course, the views from the lanai are gorgeous. We ate dinner outside every night and enjoyed watching the sunset with a glass of wine. I would definitely stay here again!

Relaxation in Paradise

This property was all we expected and more. The views were incredible and we loved listening to the sounds of the waves crashing, it was relaxation at its finest! The place was super clean and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was just a few minute drive to shops and dining. I would definitely stay here again.

Layover to New Zealand

Devastatingly Disappointing

We have rented another unit in this very building so we were shocked to arrive to find rotten wood sills, a missing kitchen cabinet door, filthy screens which did not fit and had holes in them, stained and threadbare carpet, and no blinds in living area making it very hot in the afternoons due to SW exposure. The first evening we left a light on in the bath for 10 mins and two walls were completely covered with bugs. Lots of ants in bedroom. We feared we would be eaten alive, we were not and turned on only minimal lights after that. Still had to clean up bugs every morning attracted by the night light. Condo was superficially clean, lots of towels, but louvered doors were filthy with sticky dust and prints. Pros Great location, best in the development Blake, the agent was very responsive but could do nothing other than replace a chef's knife that literally had chips in it. Lots of towels CONS Bad screens causing lots of unnecessary bugs. flying insects, ants in downstairs bedroom and a couple of roaches in kitchen and bath. Rotten wood, threadbare and stained carpet, dirty doors with no way to clean them. No mop, no windex or cloth. No blinds, unnecessarily hot. Missing cabinet door, rickety spiral staircase, my husband refuse to go up after the first time so we slept downstairs. Poorly installed electrical. I would love to enclose pictures. Look on FaceBook

Gorgeous View

The quintessential Kona Coast view. Waves jumping up through the lava rocks. A corner lanai for sunset. Inside, a new, well-stocked kitchen, and two sizable bedrooms with a third, semi private room that’s really quite private and includes a bath, one of three. Location near a mall with a big grocery store and some convenient restaurants.

Perfect Location

THe location was awesome for us. We did not wanted to stay close to Kona and the traffic. We love to snorkel and going to 2 Step beach was only 25 min away no traffic. The view was amazing and we made many dinners and had sunset views every night. The BBQ was close and was easy to use. The management company was very responsive. There is no AC but had plenty of fans and it was not warm at night. We slept great.

Beautiful Setting

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property is most ideal. It is situated on the top floor with a balcony that has an unobstructed view of the crashing ocean below. The kitchen is very nice and has been remodeled. All of the bedrooms have a bathroom. One bedroom, however, has a sliding thin, paper-reinforced wall that opens completely into the living room. This bedroom is not very private, because of this fake wall. The window in this room also has many missing slats in the window covering. This allows people on the balcony to look directly into the room. With a bit of upgrading to the house (fixing the windows that don't open, adding an air conditioner, replacing the sliding wall, and replacing the window coverings) this unit could move to the top of the list for ratings. Our stay there was fine, just a bit awkward at times with the inconveniences and lack of privacy. We do not recommend that this unit be advertised as a 3-bedroom condo until it is upgraded. It is a wonderful 2-bedroom unit. Again, the best part of this condo is the amazing waterfront view.

Remarkable View

The Knutson staff was superb and helpful and were pleasantly surprised that they checked on us the first day. The accomadations were comfortable, and the ammenties and grounds were excellent. I would definitely recommend this condo. The only negative was NO air conditioning, days and nights were pretty toasty.
