Casa De Emdeko offre aux propriétaires et des invités le mélange parfait de l'ambiance hawaïenne avec jardins tropicaux et les chants des nombreux oiseaux colorés appréciant les caractéristiques de l'eau dans le jardin. Profitez de notre piscine de jardin situé au milieu d'un décor tropical. Casa a aussi l'un des rares piscines en bord de mer où vous pouvez nager et profiter du soleil chaud d'Hawaï tout en regardant les baleines ou des dauphins jouent, en fonction de la saison de votre visite. Palmiers sur notre, zone d'ensoleillement de sable privée au bord de l'océan offre couchers de soleil avec un sens particulier de sérénité. Nos tables Cabana, Barbecue et Lanai sont idéales pour les dîners entre amis et pour se faire de nouveaux amis du monde entier.

The unit was good and as advertised, just some minor issues,- I couldn’t find the light switch to the main light in the kitchen until the last day. - I couldn’t get the TV remote to change the channel. I don’t think it was user error, perhaps batteries. There were issues with the property management that were major, and we do not intend to return to the property again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time that our family has stayed in this condo facility, first time in this condo. Everything was great! However, we were vacationing with children and the manager of the property made it seem that the children were not welcome. At the pool, the kids were jumping in the pool and playing like any kid does at a pool. The manager came up to us and told us that the kids were not allowed to jump into the pool as this “was a waste of the water that is now out of the pool. We have to fill it up again”. She also told us that the pool is for everyone (well, yes of course it is!) and that we needed to keep it down. If this would have been early in the morning or evening, then yes the kids were being too loud. But this was early afternoon. Locals seemed to know exactly who we were talking about when we described the above situation. So I’m assuming this happens a lot with her!The condo itself had mainly the necessities that are needed. I would have liked to have a few more serving trays/bowls but that’s not a big deal! The area where the grills are is awesome and is a great spot to watch the sunset. Very close location to downtown and beaches. The company was great to book with and great with replies to and emails! If I was to come back to the Kona area, I would not stay at this facility solely based on the manager making children feel unwelcome.

We really enjoyed our stay in and would stay here again. This unit is conveniently located and has a lovely ocean view from the lanai. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and I really liked having a washer/dryer in the unit. The air conditioning worked well and the king size bed was very comfy. There is an elevator. The pool area is awesome, with a fresh water pool, a salt water pool, a sandy "beach" area, grills, and tables overlooking the ocean. The complex is very quiet and peaceful and beautifully landscaped.

Casa de Emdeko 330 ~ two thumbs up

We loved our 4 day stay in this lovely place. We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the lanai, and enjoyed walking down the pretty landscaped pool area to the ocean's edge to enjoy the crashing waves on the rocks. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, and there are many fun places to visit and dine right nearby. Two thumbs up for Casa de Emdeko 330.

Wonderful apartment near downtown Kona!!!!!!

Aloha! This space was perfect for our trip this time. Within 45 minutes of our favorite white sand beaches, and very close to Kona, grocery stores and airport! I would love to see a few more basic amenities like a less confusing tv set up, some cookware and toiletries (was well stocked for the first week, then needed a few more things.). It was also very quiet (aside from the grounds crew on a few days). Would definitely stay here again and thank you to the management team for being so responsive about our requests! Mahalo!
