Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the excellent location of the home. We apologize for the issues you experienced with the internet and TV setup—your comments are very helpful, and we’ll look into ways to improve the connectivity and clarify the entertainment options for future guests. Thank you for staying with us and we appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the home. I'm unsure why you say there were hidden costs and trip insurance you didn't know about as it is broken down when you are quoted on VRBO before you even agree to book the property. We strive to be very clear and upfront with our fees. VRBO does charge a booking fee that we have no part or control over. Please always feel free to call us when you book if you have any questions about fees or cost. Again, it was an absolute pleasure to host you and we do hope you choose Premier Vacation Rentals for your next stay in the area :)

Thank you so much for your detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear the home comfortably accommodated your family and that the layout, spacious kitchen, and reliable A/C helped make your stay enjoyable. It’s great to know the basement bedroom worked well for the grandkids too! We appreciate your note about the laundry room location—it’s helpful feedback as we consider ways to make the space more convenient for all guests. We also understand your concerns regarding the booking fees. While some of those are set by the platform, we agree that transparency is important and always encourage guests to review the full breakdown before finalizing a reservation. We’re so glad you had a great stay overall and hope to welcome you back in the future!
