Our 3 bathroom, 2.5 bathroom, 3,700 sq. ft. residence sits on 5 acres with views of the Hermosa Cliffs. Enjoy privacy and seclusion while being only 5 minutes (4 miles) from Historic Downtown Durango and 20 minutes (21 miles) north to Purgatory Ski Resort. The home is less then a 5 minute drive to the newly renovated Durango Hot Springs, Dalton Ranch Golf Club as well PJs Market. and a liquor store.
Our home is perfect for multiple families as it has a living space on the main level and a large game room in the basement with a pool table, foosball, seating, games, TV and half bath (with a second set of washer/dryer). The home features amazing outdoor space with a large deck w/hot tub, gas firepit, outdoor bar, and bbq gas grill. All 3 bedrooms on the main level have AC units (the basement stays plenty cool).
The historic Durango/Silverton tourist train passes by the house across Highway 550 2- 6 times per day depending on the season.

Master Bedroom - King Bed with Ensuite Bath (Main Level)
2nd Bedroom - King (Main Level)
3rd Bedroom - Queen (Main Level)
Loft - Twin Beds (2) (Overlooks Main Living Space)
This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
