Construit en 2012, ce 3400 s. F. a une vue magnifique sur le lac de tous les espaces de vie et les chambres. À quelques pas du lac, de la marina, du dépanneur et des restaurants. Hope est une magnifique communauté au bord du lac, située sur un lac long de 43 miles au nord de l’Idaho, à seulement 20 minutes de la station balnéaire de Sandpoint. Hope est à seulement 15 miles de la frontière du Montana et à 60 miles de la Colombie-Britannique, au Canada. Cette maison de style rustique dispose d'une cuisine moderne avec tous les équipements et d'une salle de théâtre avec un bar. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain. Internet gratuit. Profitez des magnifiques couchers de soleil sur le lac Pend Oreille depuis cette maison idéalement située. All was ok except the theater room audio would not work and the only one that worked was in the master bedroom.Kitchen blind got stuck in the down possession.Was a very nice place and family loved it.We do not do any hiling.

The house is beautiful. We were I Hope for a family event so We didn’t get much time to enjoy some of the awesome features I the house. However, the beds were great, the house has a great view. We all 5 loved our visit.

Beautiful stay

We really enjoyed this quaint cabin. It was spacious and clean and had many amenities for kids. The view was breathtaking to see the lake and you are within 20 minutes of the grocery store. There were many things to do and the Clark fork pantry was a delicious bakery nearby. Would come again.

Beautiful Home in Great Location

Tim was a great host and provided detailed info making the check in process easy. The home itself is in immaculate condition with beautiful views of the lake and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The location is within easy access to Sandpoint, Farragut State Park, and even Coeur D’alene and Spokane. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Lake View!

This is a perfect home for families! The beds are comfortable, plenty of room for a family of four. Our teenagers were thrilled with the welcome basket, thank you! We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house because there is so much to do at the lake, but it was super comfortable to come home to at the end of the day. The sunset views of the lake are to die for! Amazing, friendly, communicative hosts! Thanks so much for everything, Tim!

Perfect for family and friends gathering!

We were looking for a peaceful lake view getaway, and this fit the bill. It was all we could have hoped for, and more. The home is large, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you’ll need to have you meals there, (minus the food) including seasonings and spices. The owner of the home is a great host, accommodating and responsive. We will definitely plan another stay if possible!

Beautiful Views

We enjoyed our stay at Tim's home! It was in a beautiful location..close to a boat ramp, beautiful view of the Lake, quiet area, and short drive to Sand Point but not amongst the hustle and bustle. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed a movie night in the theater room. Before arriving he mentioned that there was some construction going on as they were having ac put in, but we hardly noticed it. Tim and his mom, who lives close by, were so helpful as we figured out where we could park our boat during our visit. Both were very quick to respond to my messages and they even gifted a generous basket of goodies for our stay which my kids thoroughly enjoyed. If another opportunity arises we would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Vacation Home w/ Stunning Views

This house is a fantastic house to rent if you have a large family & kiddos. We enjoyed the lake views, home movie theater & the fully stocked kitchen. My only recommendation would be to provide a property rental manual, as check-in & check-out expectations were not clear.

Amazing vacation home!

This house provided a home away from home during a much needed vacation for our family! The house is beautiful and I can only imagine how amazing the views are when there is no smoke. The theater room was a hit with the kids. We hope to visit Hope again and would definitely stay here again!

Great place to relax

The house is wonderful. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the view and amenities. The theater room is fantastic! It would be helpful to have a "welcome packet" that outlined expectations and had relevant information.

Great view!

The good: Great location. Close to activities but far enough away from the city. Nice house and plenty of room for us. Each bedroom pretty much has its own bathroom. Kids loved the theater room. Marina convenient store is close. The bad: It was hot. Temperature was in upper 80s & low 90s, no AC and no curtains to block afternoon sun on 2nd floor. Would have been easier to cool off in evenings with an extra box fan or two. Internet wasn’t reliable but owner was working on resolving the issues. Overall: I would stay again. It was everything we needed. Very relaxing location. We enjoyed our stay!!

Great place to spend the holiday weekend

This is a really nice place - in fact the pictures dont do much justice in showing what the house looks like or offers. We were pleasantly surprised by it when showing up as the pics did look a bit more dated, but the house is large and airy and clean and comfortable. Tim was good with responding as needed and I will definitely say that the house is well stocked with everything you can need for cooking, relaxing or spending time outside. The views were great, and during the 4th of July fireworks we had a peek from the upstairs balcony. The house is actually very large, so even with all three bedrooms full you'd have plenty of space to move around without feeling cramped. Easy walk to the lake, though any place you want to eat or drink is a drive - just a heads up. We would definitely consider staying here again, and it was a very good experience. Just a few notes for future renters: - There's no AC. It isnt always a huge deal, but in the summer we had a few warm nights, and during the day it was definitely warm in there. There were ceiling fans, but those only do so much, and was only one additional fan in the house to put near a bed. Would recommend an oscillating fan for each room as those are easy to add. - The wifi didn't work much when we were there. Could have been the heat, but it worked maybe 20% of the time. Not something we planned to spend a lot of time on, but I had some work to do and couldnt, and of our three phones we only had spotty cell phone service so having wifi makes researching activities, restaurants, etc easier. - Another reviewer mentioned this, but the remotes are a bit confusing. We never were able to get the DirecTV working in either the main room or game room, so unfortunately couldnt take advantage of either of those really nice spaces. Didnt plan to watch a lot of TV, but after a day on the river or lake its nice to relax a bit at night. Again, overall a great stay and would recommend it for others as well. In winter it would be nice with the several fireplaces.

This home was everything you could want in a Idaho vacation home - an excellent location just up the hill from a marina, spacious, clean, and fully equipped for a short or long-term stay. We loved it.

A little slice of Heaven

We had an amazing time!! Tim was very quick to reply to all questions we had prior to and during our stay. Very easy to work with. The home is very nice, well stocked and extremely clean. Many special little touches. If we had any other comments, wish there were curtains/blinds on upstairs bedroom windows to keep early morning light out, and a welcome binder with check-out instructions and instructions for all the numerous remote controls for all the fantastic electronics this home is equipped with. Some of us are not very "tech friendly". All in all fantastic stay!!!
