Common Areas: All residents should leave common areas cleaner than they found them.
Return all furniture and equipment to their proper locations after use.

NO PETS Allowed at this rental - Pet Waste: Pet owners must immediately clean up after their animals in all areas of the property. Dispose of waste in trash receptacles only. Failure to comply may result in fines.

No Smoking: Smoking (including cigarettes, cigars, and vaping) is prohibited in all common areas. Designated smoking areas, if any, are marked accordingly.

Parking: Park streetside or in assigned off-street parking spaces. Do not block driveways,
alleyways, or fire lanes.

Violations: Violation of these rules may result in
