Belle, spacieuse, vue sur l'océan une chambre située sur Collins Ave. à Miami Beach (hôtel Carillion), 2 lits queen-size et un canapé, 2 télévisions à écran plat (dans la chambre et le salon). Salle de bain a une douche et une baignoire. La cuisine a toutes les commodités (four, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, machine à laver, cafetière Nespresso, réfrigérateur, etc.) Le complexe possède 4 piscines, un studio de yoga au bord de l’océan, une salle de pilates, une salle de sport donnant sur l’océan, un mur d’escalade, des cours animés par des instructeurs extraordinaires de 7h00 à 18h00. Vous pouvez trouver n'importe quel cours de votre choix, qu'il s'agisse d'un cours pour toute la famille, d'un cours de danse ou d'un cours d'eau par vous-même. Le spa dispose de plusieurs saunas et d'un jacuzzi. Globalement, c'est un endroit vraiment agréable avec des aménagements incroyables.
Il y a un supermarché dans la rue et de nombreux bons restaurants, caffe, jus de fruits frais.

Staycation was a success!

We are locals and wanted just to not deal with the Holiday frenzy and relax in our own back yard. Irina the host was lovely and catered to our every wish. The location was fantastic. Didn't have to move the care. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and Publix across the street.

A wonderful stay

The apartment is nice and just like photos and the bathroom is huge. The view of the ocean is lovely. The building complex great and the beach/pool facilities and service are great. The food at restaurant is very good and a grocery store (Public) right across the street makes things convenient.

We enjoyed our time at the Carillon. The activities are very good and offered all day. The apartment is very nice and the host was helpful. The neighborhood is not great, in that you are far from south beach and far from Ft. Lauderdale or Boca. The beach is very nice and easy to access.

My sister and I stayed at this location and is was great. The unit was very clean. The owner was very hospitable, as well as the employees. I would definitely recommend this unit!! We’ll worth the money.

Not as advertised

Place is a scam! While staying here the fire alarm went off in the condo at 5am! Everyone on our floor had to evacuate to outside and wait until we could enter again. We was never told what the issue was as the let us go back to our condos.. very scary. I videod the whole thing. When we was leaving to go home the valet had lost our keys, it took them over 30 minutes to look for our car almost made us late for our fljght. There is no parking but Valet! It is 40 dollars a njght !! That adds up! There was food left in the refrigerator that was smelling. The location was great and the resort was nice BUT the owner is lying about this plsce having 4 pools to use. Yes the place has 4 pools but short term renters only have access to 1 pool. You also do not have access to the gym. When asking her about this she says it is only for long term renters but that was not stated in the bio !!! Extremely upsetting because having 4 pools was a main reason we booked this place. The renter also tried to tell me we stained her chair when the stain was there prior. Not cool! I think this renter is trying to squeeze every bit of money they can out of renters. The place was nice but not worth it when you can find a similar place right next door with better and honest hospitality. Also communication was a nightmare the owner didn't get back to me with any of my questions for hours after.... The beach line is filled with algae maybe it was the time of the year once you get passed the algae it is nice and subtle waves. Would not stay here again. Too many other options in miami.

Very nice unit

Had a great 2 weeks. Rented this unit for my 80+ year old parents. They enjoyed it very much. Easy check in and very nice host. Will definitely stay again in future.

Perfect Getaway!

I stayed at this apartment during a recent business trip. Location and property were as advertised. Clean, beautiful apartment right on the beach and with access to pool. Restaurant and coffee shop on premise added to the convenience factor as well. Planning my next stay in the coming months.

5* hotel but not a 5* residence.

The room was not cleaned out properly. There was old food in the kitchen and old toiletries in the bathroom. TV and internet did not work for 1 week. Had to stay inside for Hotwire technician on 2 separate days. Even when the wifi was activated it kept going out. The TV only had regular channels, not cable. Was only allowed to go into 1 pool, the residence pool needed a special key, even when we rented from a residence. That was not told to me before checkin. The hotel itself was very nice but I didn’t need the headache of no TV and WiFi during my vacation. That should have been dealt with before I came.

Carillona Dreaming

My wife and I have been staying at the Carillon for many years. It has never disappointed and our most recent stay was no different. In fact we took a couple of touch-less treatments that we'd never taken before and were very impressed with the results. Thanks Carillon. Also, thanks to our host...we enjoyed staying in her apartment and were only disappointed because we could not stay longer.

Great host, fine property

Working with Ivana, our host, was a pleasure. She is responsive and very generous. The property is a suite – bedroom with large bathroom and living room/kitchen – in a three-tower resort, the Carillon. Some of the guests rent directly from the hotel, some from owners such as Ivana. And some live there. Privileges vary, owners having access to just about everything as do most of the guests of the resort itself. Guests of owners, such as those renting through a VRBO host, have somewhat more limited access. But the three pools were available as well as beach access, all with attentive staff. The location is great. A large grocery store (Publix) is directly across the street, as is a Starbucks. A number of restaurants are within a five- to seven-minute walk. Only two caveats: The suite has only the one bathroom; the listing indicates one full bath and one half bath. And the stove indicated in the listing is cooktop only, no oven. Although there is no verandah, as there are in many of the hotel’s units, the windows provide a lovely view. Would we return? With pleasure.

A “motel” experience

While the Carillon was a very nice facility, our vacation experience in renting through Irena, the unit owner, left much to be desired. After paying the asking price for the unit, Irena contacted me and requested that I cancel the reservation that she had already accepted. I refused to cancel for two reasons: (1) flights were booked and non-refundable and (2) the contract fine print stated that if I initiated the cancellation I would lose my entire deposit. After some back and forth, her double-booking concern suddenly vanished. Irena then tried to reneige on the included parking. She indicated that it was not available and that we would need to pay an additional daily fee. Fortunately, I had a previous confirmation from her indicating that the parking was included. She eventually relented. Upon arrival we noted that the unit was not very clean, even though she includes a charge for a cleaning fee. We proceeded to clean the unit to make it more livable. There were no available drawers for our clothes, given Irena’s personal garments and items occupied the space. There were no soap bars available. There was only one set of towels. You either need to wash towels every day, purchase your own, sneak towels from the pool area or pay for daily cleaning. After having purchased some essential groceries, we discovered that the fridge was not working. We contacted maintenance to have the fridge replaced or repaired. Irena subsequently accused us of having damaged her floor and wood panel through the removal of the fridge. This was an incredulous accusation given we did not displace her appliance. We let maintenance take care of the problem. We were also accused of breaking her coffee maker which was completely untrue. Her parting comment was as follows: “ I knew I should have cancelled your reservation. Next time you should stay at a motel”. If you rent this property be prepared to deal with some erratic and unprofessional behaviour that borders on the unethical. We’ll be booking back at the Acqualina next year as we prefer to err on the side of class, elegance and peace of mind.

Amazing place!
