Ce spacieux condo de base de 2 chambres + salon, 2 salles de bain est une escapade parfaite pour une grande famille ou des groupes jusqu'à huit personnes. Il est situé près de l'extrémité sud de Breckenridge sur l'autoroute 9 avec un arrêt de bus saisonnier Breckenridge Free Ride juste à l'entrée du complexe! Il est également situé près de la patinoire de Breckenridge, un excellent choix pour une sortie en famille amusante.

Le grand salon ouvert vous accueille à votre entrée; vous adorerez le magnifique foyer au gaz et la télévision LCD. Il y a deux grands balcons situés hors du salon et de la chambre principale avec des vues spectaculaires sur les pistes de ski et Baldy Mountain. Bien sûr, il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des sièges pour huit à la table à manger.

We loved our stay here! Easily fit 6 adults. Walkable to town or can easily take the bus which was super helpful for bringing ski gear to and from the mountain. Lots of kitchen utensils, towels, and gorgeous view. Would recommend!

Only thing that I would change is a later checkout time. We felt 10am was a little early especially having a later flight out.

Mostly get what you pay for

Reviewer Comments: This is pretty much a 'you mostly get what you pay for' situation - the place is pretty nice and the location is great, with a dedicated shuttle stop at the condo entrance that makes it easy to get into town pretty quickly. There were a few kind of annoying parts related to booking, etc. For example, almost every place I've booked on Airbnb/Homeaway lets you pay in full with your credit card as part of the booking process. Here, they only take the deposit and then you need to mail a check unless you want to pay a 3% convenience charge. Then, when you arrive, rather than utilizing the keybox right outside the door of the unit, you have to go to the management service's office to pick up the keys and info packet, and then return them to the rental office on your way out of town at the end of the trip. Not the end of the world, but a little less seamless than most rental experiences these days.A couple things worth flagging about the unit itself:-There's only enough hot water for 2-3 showers within an hour or so. I didn't have a hot (or even warm) shower all weekend until the morning we left. -If you arrive after normal business hours to pick up your keys/welcome packet, it won't include a keycard to access the pool/hot tub - you'd have to return to the office during business hours to get that. When I called to ask about it, I was told this was because if they'd given us it, we'd be liable if anyone took it and did damage. I don't really understand how that is any different than giving us the keys to the unit itself, but that's the explanation I was given and we didn't end up getting to use the hot tub as a result.

Thank you for your feedback Tom. I apologize about the issues that you had with the property and with our processes. There are many alternatives to the issues that you did have, such as paying in full instead of only paying 25%. You are always welcome to pay in full, we just try to accommodate people needing extra time to get their funds together. If you ever have any questions about "why" something is the way it is, we are always able to answer that or try to accommodate your requests. Thank you again for your feedback Tom.

The condo is located just off Main Street so a little quieter but close to the action. We liked the short hiking trail right on property. The Mountain View was beautiful. The condo had everything we needed...kitchen fully stocked, beds were comfortable, tons of board games, in unit laundry, plenty of towels. We would definitely stay here again.

After a long day on the slopes, that was not ideal. But the convenient location/bus stop was great, the place was well supplied, and the place was very home-y feeling.
