NOUVELLEMENT DISPONIBLE !! CASA JORGE AGUILA à Sayulita est une charmante et privée maison de style hacienda de 2 chambres à coucher, avec une chambre principale dans la maison principale et une chambre séparée. Les deux sont climatisées et disposent d'une salle de bain complète.

Internet avec des capacités WiFi!

La chambre principale a un lit king, et un lit jumeau supplémentaire est disponible avec préavis. La chambre individuelle est disponible avec deux lits jumeaux ou un lit king size.

Située sur la partie nord plus calme de Sayulita et à quelques minutes du centre-ville (7-10 min) et des plages (2-4 min), toutes ces propriétés se trouvent à quelques minutes de marche de l'appartement, la maison montée.

En plus de sa piscine privée, la salle à manger / salon en plein air offre une vaste terrasse et un palapa au bord de la piscine, avec éclairage zénithal et ventilateur, le tout entouré par l'ambiance tropicale.

La cuisine entièrement équipée fournit les appareils nécessaires pour préparer les repas à l'intérieur ou au bord de la piscine.

Un service de ménage léger est assuré du lundi au samedi.

Old word charm

The location was great with a super short walk to the beach , bars, restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed the place! The living spaces were situated around the palapa and swimming pool which we spent a ton of time at. There were some awesome hiking trails up The road to very secluded beaches! Sayulita was an amazing place with great food and nightlife. The people/locals were some of the nicest we have ever been around while on vacation in another country!

Pool Bungalow in Sayulita

Casa Jorge Aguila is the perfect mix of quiet and convenience. It is close enough to downtown and to beaches to walk anywhere and in a quiet enough neighborhood to retreat from the hustle and bustle to enjoy some downtime by the pool.

Practically perfect in every way

This little piece of paradise was absolutely perfect for us. It was wonderful to be away from the hustle and bustle of town yet still be close enough for a quick walk. We loved having our own private pool and actually spent several days lounging there. The beach is literally a block and a half away, a very easy stroll. The property was practically perfect for our group of four. The master is in the main house and a second room and bathroom is a guest house across the courtyard. It was perfect for me and three adult kids.

Adorable home in excellent location

The home is fantastic, we loved every second of our stay. The property is much bigger than it appears online with a giant parking and walking area on the adjacent lot. Beds are comfy, showers work well and the location is ideal. We will come again!

Wonderful property

Property was great for kids, close to beach, close to restaurants. Great communication and support from owner/property manager. Our stay was 6 days but if we would have stayed longer, access to laundry machines would have been needed.

Cosy home!

Cosy home located in a neighborhood located a few blocks from the center of town. Spent every morning relaxing in the home’s spacious courtyard which has a large palapas, a pool, and lovely vegetation (which attracts beautiful birds!). Spent every afternoon at the beach, just two blocks away. Both the owner and caretaker are very friendly and responsive. We had a great time!!

Amazing!

We have stayed at multiple properties over the years in Sayulita and this is definitely one if our favs! Very conveniently located with easy walk to nearby restaurants and shops with no steep hills to climb. We loved the layout with the pool and palapa in the small courtyard and the bedrooms on either side. Both the master and guest bedrooms are very comfortable and pretty equal in size. The kitchen and living spaces have everything you need and the space is very clean. The pool was excellent and the perfect size for a dip and floating around. We loved that there were always lots of clean towels and felt very taken care of by Angela and Conchita. This is a wonderful home for a girls trip, couples trip or family with children. We felt very safe staying there and definitely plan to book for next year! Jose is very responsive and makes sure you have everything you need. I highly recommend!

Old world charm and beauty but needs a few updates

The good: The pool was gorgeous as were the courtyard and garden areas. Conchita was amazing and so lovely. The kitchen was well stocked. The bad: For the price per night, the place could use some reinvestment of the funds. The hot water heater for the master bathroom shower would run out after 2 minutes. Outdoor furniture was not comfortable. The cooking utensils and supplies need to be replaced. The place was fine and I’d stay there again but it just needed to cared for a little more due to the price per night.

Enjoyed Our Time

We enjoyed our time at this property. Jose was very helpful and attentive. Our only complaint is the availability of towels. There were four bath towels for four people to begin our stay. We requested more towels about half-way through our eight day surf vacation. We were each given one more. Two towels per person over eight days of surfing and beach time get well used quickly. Other than that, the property is pretty and in a quiet neighborhood close to town and the beach.

Beautiful and Relaxing Home

We were two couples traveling together and thought this home looked perfect for us! The house and guest house are exactly as pictured, Very clean inside and out. We didn't spend much time inside other than sleeping as the outdoor living space was calming and beautiful. The beds were amazing!! Slept like we were on a cloud. I wish I could have taken the bed home! Any issues were addressed quickly and satisfactory, we couldn't have been any happier. The location of the home is a bit out of the city center but there were plenty of restaurants, shops, food carts, and any other services you may need within a few blocks. Other than the typical street noise the place was very quiet, there is a school close by but didn't bother us. Don't really have much bad to say except our visit was much too short! The only thing I would say is the house was not suitable for toddlers or anyone with any kind of walking or balance issues, one of our group did and the little slopes (To keep the rainwater moving, so an absolute must) was a bit difficult for her. Other than that it was perfect!! A wonderful stay.

Great House and Location

The house has a great location, large clean pool, and with the split houses is perfect for couples or family traveling together. We spent the majority of our time under the palapa and enjoying the pool. It is a convenient and quiet location on the north side of Sayulita. It is an easy walk to downtown and close to several good restaurants. The property manager Patty was amazing! She was so nice to meet us at the property, answered all of our questions, and made us feel at home. Would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable setting near everything in Sayulita north end and easy walk to town

Jose was easy to work with. Delia kept up on all our needs and cooked arrival dinner. Food was wonderful and I highly recommend having Delia cook some of your meals.

Great location especially if you want a flat walk around town

This house is fantastic. The pictures really show it as it is. Very spacious and clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable. There is ample hot water (which is not always the case in Mexico rentals). The housekeeper, Delia, and manager, Jose, were terrific to work with. The pool and palapa are soooo comfortable for hanging out during the day and in the evening. Air conditioning and the ceiling fans made for perfect temperatures throughout our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and the freezer worked great for making all the ice we needed. The walk to town and the beach is short and level. Very easy to get around by foot. No need to spend money on a golf cart. We just loved this place and hope to return in the future.

Fantastic home in Sayulita

Casa Jorge Aguila is a fantastic home and much more. We enjoyed the spacious house, although outside by the private pool was where we spent much of our time. Conveniently located a short (flat) walk into the busy town center and the beach. Jose is a great host. Highly recommended!

Perfect Stay

We stayed at Casa Jorge Aguila for 6 nights and everything was perfect. 2 minutes from the beach and a ton of privacy at the property. Jose was very responsive and helped us with any requests that we had. Will definitely be coming back again.

Oasis in Sayulita

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and called it our “little oasis”. It is larger than the pictures describe. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. The two en-suite bedrooms are very spacious and the king beds are so comfortable. Jose was very helpful with anything we needed. Delia came most days and helped out. Overall a wonderful stay.

Amazingly beautiful Villa!

Beautiful home, amazing location near the town and beach. The courtyard was lush and well manicured, we loved laying by the pool after activities and the food that Delia made for us one evening was so delicious. 100% would stay there again!

Amazing House, Perfect Location

After my 1st VRBO rental was canceled 6 days before my arrival due to the owner "double booking" it, I scrambled to find a house to save our trip. I stumbled across Casa Jose Aguilar. What I thought was gonna be a soured vacation, turned into a lucky break! This house was fantastic!! The owner was very responsive right from the beginning, which put my mind at ease. The housekeeper, Delia greeted us upon our arrival and showed us around. She came everyday to tidy up, but we never encountered her after our initial meeting. The house was really clean and well maintained. We didnt make any full meals, but the kitchen looked pretty well equipped. The layout of the house is unique. There is the main house with kitchen, dining, living room and an enormous bedroom with private bath. Then there is a separate smaller unit with only a (very large) bedroom with attached bath. This is a perfect house for two couples or families with older kids, who want a little space and privacy from one another. All the windows and doors open up to the pool area, which was our favorite spot to hang! There was no ocean view, (which I had with my first canceled house), but the proximity to town absolutely made up for that. Plus we were a 3 minute walk from the beach, so it wasnt an issue for us. No golf cart needed for this trip! Just a heads up, there is a school directly across the street and the kiddies were pretty loud around 7:45/8am. I like to get up early when I'm on vacation, so it wasnt a problem. I found listening to them sing their Spanish playground songs to be endearing. (Even after the nights with one too many mezcals.) It's nothing a pair of earplugs couldn't fix if it bothered you. My only negative was my shower came with only about 15-30 seconds of hot water. My friend did not have the same issue. She said hers was super hot. It really wasnt that big of deal for me. It was too hot outside for a hot shower anyway:) I highly recommend staying here. It will not disappoint. Can't wait to book my next trip-as long as this house is available...

Charming Casita, Fabulous Location

The layout of the casita around the large palapa and pool was both fun and functional. The two large bedrooms are on opposite ends of the common areas, providing ample privacy. Easy, flat walks to the beach and restaurants are mere blocks away. Jose was highly responsive, providing helpful information while makng us feel welcome at his charming property.
