Belle maison au coeur de Port Aransas!

Cette maison offre 4 chambres et 2 1/2 salles de bain et est toute neuve! Deux des chambres ont des lits king size et les deux autres ont deux lits jumeaux. Il y a aussi un canapĂ©-lit queen dans le salon. La maison accepte les animaux et dispose d'Internet sans fil. Il y a une piscine communautaire paysagĂšre tropicale et la maison dispose Ă©galement d'un barbecue au charbon. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in/out was easy. Location was great. Place was clean. Downside, it was SO HOT INSIDE. Never got below 74 deg even at night and mostly stayed 78 during the day. The AC could not keep up. Fans were provided but a couple were broke so we bought our own.

Normally we stay on the beach, but this house is not in a dad location at all. It’s a quick drive to beach and to everything the town has to offer. We enjoyed our time. The pool is shared, but it’s right out the back door. Sharing was fine, no one was loud and out late.

Perfect!

The house and location were absolutely perfect for our needs! Our group had 3 homes at Sunrise Cottages and it was so convenient to mix and mingle together. The pool area was clean and great for gathering. The property managers were incredibly kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Nice Getaway

Loved the corner lot as the pool was nearby. The pool area was nice w a covered patio w picnic tables and lots of chairs for lounging. The house was clean, although there was a storm the day we arrived and there was water at the entry way and along the inside wall. We took pictures n mopped it up and reported it to them, but we never heard anything back, even after filling out a maintenance form & attaching a picture. The bunk bed room had a musty smell & we used air fresher’s spray daily. Overall it was a pleasant trip as the house was nice w plenty of room. We had 2 married couples w 2, 10 year olds and a “Momo” & it was perfect for all of us

Walking distance to stores, grocery stores, restaurants and bars. Very quiet, safe area. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need. BBQ grill outside. It has a fenced in yard for your pet. Plenty of hot water, great shower pressure. The rental company, portaescapes, was very prompt to answer any questions or concerns. Highly recommend this property!

Beach fun.

It was a wonderful home for our annual family beach escape. The location is great for easy access to the beach & the shops/restaurants in town. The pool beach entry was a nice surprise.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the location was great but the space was lacking for our family. If you're going to count the sofa and the laundry room bunks as sleeping space, the bath downstairs would've been betterif it at least had a shower. Also, the air didn't circulate in the laundry and bath. If the twin beds upstairs were replaced with bunks it would be a more efficient use of space. With nine guest and 2 baths, it was very cramped as far as bath space.

Perfect family spot!!

Our favorite Port A stay so far!! The property is exactly as pictured and described. Adorable and clean but not so over-decorated that you are worried with little kids. Great space for our puppy to play, perfect little pool with a shallow area and great community!! We will absolutely book again!! Thank you!!
