Superbe condo neuf à Pirates Bay!

Cette toute nouvelle communauté se trouve juste à l'extérieur du centre de Port Aransas. Il offre une fabuleuse piscine d'entrée en pente, à proximité de nombreux restaurants, bars et magasins que Port Aransas a à offrir. C'est une unité de plain-pied qui a deux chambres à coucher avec lits king size. Il y a deux salles de bain complètes, avec sèche-cheveux, et la cuisine a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner vos prises du jour. Le décor coloré et l'extérieur complètent parfaitement un merveilleux week-end ou semaine dans ce condo. Le condo offre 3 téléviseurs et 3 lecteurs DVD avec Internet sans fil. Il y a aussi une cheminée électronique dans le salon. Cette unité n'est pas acceptée pour les animaux de compagnie et il est permis de fumer à l'extérieur seulement. Il y a un parking pour deux voitures et un bateau. Venez, détendez-vous et profitez-en !!

Pretty nice unit, nice pool. Decor is a little dated and there is no covering for glass front door.

Loved the place!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location,the place itself,the pools;everything!!! The staff helped anytime we had a question. The covered patio was great, especially when it rained a couple of times while we were there. I only wish the king bed in the primary bedroom was more comfortable. (That could be because my back and my husband's back are pretty bad, though). I would recommend 102PB to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Port Aransas!!!

Very Nice Condo

Clean and Spacious!

Had a wonderful and quite stay. The space between the rooms was great. Close to several places to shop and grab a bite to eat.

Surprisingly big and spacious

Enjoyed my time with my husband and kids. Close to the pool and down the way from shopping , food and beach. Overall very pleasant experience.

Memorial Weekend Fishing Trip

Stayed at the property with my wife and son for memorial day weekend. Very nice and spacious unit. The space met our expectations. Very convenient parking included.

Annual Trip

The Property was beautiful and perfect for our family. The only negative I’d say would be the clientele of people there at the property, lots of teenagers running around with bad language and inappropriate conversations had in front of our children and the community pool. The atmosphere was beautiful and very relaxing.

Clean place to stay

Family of 4 (kids 15 & 11) on a short weekend trip. We had family with an RV parked on the beach so we just needed a place to sleep. This place was roomy and clean. Short drive to beach. The only complaints we had were… tv remotes in bedrooms and plugs in master bedroom did not work and the beds were not the most comfortable .

Cute Tidy Condo!

This condo was perfect for our quick trip to the coast. There are two bedrooms with King size beds and both had an adjoining bathroom with shower, etc. The location is just inside the complex and parking was very convenient. The pool is just a few short steps from the condo and was a nice place to hang out after a day at the beach. The location is close to the beach and next to a Valero gas station which was convenient for snacks and ice. We have no complaints! The only staff I interacted with was the maintenance guy and he was very nice and helpful! Overall great place to stay!

Great place for port a vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place to stay. Everything was nice and had everything you needed for a pleasant vacation. We really liked the private community pool and kids playground, along with several bbq pits. Only wish the check-in time was earlier. We arrived to port a at 1:00 and had to drive around with our luggage until 4:00. I would recommend this place to anyone, it is awesome!

Great for a short stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at this location. There were a couple of things we had issues with but didn’t really alter our mood towards the property that much. The 1st night we found 2 big roaches, one in the master room and one in the kitchen, we called the management company and they said they would put a ticket out for someone to come out and spray. I am not sure if that happened, but we didn’t see any other roaches the following day .Second would be that the floors were very dirty to where our feet were black so we had to wash our feet before bed. I would hope to have cleaner floors if they are being mopped appropriately. Overall though the say was great and the amenities were great as well.

2nd Annual PB102 Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time at PB102. The cottage was clean and well kept. The only concern was all the ants! When we arrived the carpet on the patio was covered with ants and they would not go away. We had to constantly spray the patio off so the kids could come outside. Also our parking spots were taken by the cleaning crew so we had to park at the hotel after a long day at the beach :(. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we will be back next year.

Quick Get Away

Reviewer Comments: I have been promising my teenage daughter we would go to the beach, but with many circumstances out of our control it didn’t seem it would happen. We finally had a break and even with Covid I found a condo that would allow us to book two nights (Thank you Port A Escapes) and off we went. The trip over was quiet and the staff at PAEs were awesome. The condo was clean and had enough items to make us comfortable besides needing a blanket. Which I went and bought at a local store. The only problem we had was the mattresses were hard as rocks and very uncomfortable. My daughter finally moved to the couch. I would not book this condo again just for that reason. Pools and the grounds were very well kept. Everyone we met (even at a six foot distance) were very nice. We felt very safe on the grounds. Check out was easy and again the staff especially Harry were awesome

No Golf Carts allowed!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute little cottage on the not so busy side of town..there were pros and cons to this .. No golf carts are allowed on this side ,therefore we were pretty disappointed that getting a cart rental would have been useless. and we were about 2 miles to most all the things to do which was nice for traffic but not so great cause we had to drive everywhere . Also BYOB!! Bring your own blankets! With sharing the place with another couple we had to turn the ac down at night and I froze every night. All they provide you with is an extremely thin cover and sheet . No extra blankets or even a throw are available. I called to see if I could get one sent to us but they said no. They had no extras . So just know if you get cold at night to bring more blankets with you. Also the bed needs a mattress pad as it’s pretty uncomfortable as well. Also , Can’t hardly use the pools. They don’t lock them up so every day we were there both were full with huge groups that came over from the hotel next door and from the adjacent beach homes in the area and they stayed at the main pool till at least midnight each night (even though they supposed to shut down by 11) ..I’m just glad we were not right by that main one as they played super loud rap music each night . Also no view of anything as the porch is in the coridoor ..Other than these things , everything else was good , updated and clean.

Nice place, good privacy, multiple swimming pools

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Relaxing place in good location. Not suitable for golf carts because there are no legal places to cross highway. Glad there were multiple swimming pools, with one larger one that includes a jungle gym. I put in several maintenance requests on Hospitality app with "Don't fix until after I leave" setting selected but they came anyway almost ruining baby's nap time so I hope they get that straightened out. Had an issue with non-guests parking in our reserved spots, towing company and management could each not do anything about it alone but they had to both be present in order to tow vehicles out of our spots.

Check in Progress - FAIL

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Received a text from PA Escapes the day of check in stating we'd get a text when our room was ready. Check in are at 4pm but in case the house was ready before they would notify. At 3:45pm I called to get status on the house. Lady said check in is at 4pm and to wait for their text for instructions. I called back at 4:45 & same lady said to go pick up keys & their office closed at 5pm. I told her I had been waiting for their text & said she no, this house we rented has physical keys. No code through a text. If this was the case, we could have gone to the office at 4pm to get keys and get checked in. What if I hadn't called at 4:45pm before they closed? Would they have called me and been proactive to let me know to get the keys from their night drop box? The entire check in process was a mess, unorganized, & no communications on PA Escapes part. I had to continue to call & received incorrect info each time.
