It was a nice clean room with a nice view of the pool. The kitchen could be used to cook. This was home away from home.

exactly fit our needs

My daughter and I called it our "apartment" while in Port Aransas TX. it was fully equipped kitchen, standing oscillating fan, bathroom was lovely, sofa was comfortable and it was much roomier than the photos on the website looked. we had the smaller room with the murphy bed yet we had plenty of room for the two of us.

Good value for the price

Very clean. Quiet at night. Just 2,000 feet from the shoreline and a straight shot to beach parking. Well equipped with a functional little kitchen, comfortable furniture, and the Murphy bed worked great for convenience and space. Plenty of room for my adult daughter and me. Things we would change: Reinstall privacy door between bathroom sink and commode, provide a bath mat and 4 bath towels instead of 2, mattress was squishy soft (especially problematic if you have back issues), and unit could have used a spare sheet and blanket for sofa. Overall, we'd stay there again.

Great getaway

Unit was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for a quick beach getaway. Can't beat the quick walk to the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there three nights and we only got one towel each. The dishwasher was not working, the stove was dusty I had to clean it before I cooked. No hangers in the closet which looked like a cleaning supply closet. Light above kitchen sink was not working not enough light in the kitchen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We will definitely be back. A peaceful place and close to the beach. Just the check in - the front desk told us to go to the main office for the passcode, but we were not in a hurry, the room was not ready, but then we went back to property to check in 30 min later. The front desk should have called for us. Its ok, we were happy with everything - will go back again!!!

Great Time!

What a great find. This place has been remodeled and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. Property is very well kept, quiet and location is fantastic. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location

Located just a few easy blocks from the beach and a short trip from town. Property was newly remodeled so everything was clean and working , except the internet which was off and on during our two day stay

Port Aransas Condominiums

Overall I loved the place we stayed at! Me and my friends enjoyed the beautiful home. My only complaint would be that the sheets in the big bedroom were dirty and had no detergent to clean them. Other than that it was beautiful and we loved it! I definitely will book again next year!

Beautiful

I have stayed at the courtyard almost every summer since I was a teen. The room we stayed in was one of the cutest I’ve ever seen. It is perfect for friends, family or your significant other. Thank you!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this is a great spot to stay at. My only complaint is that only two towels are provided for bathing, I highly suggest at least four towels. Also I was under the impression that washer/dryer were in unit but not the case. Other than those two things everything else was perfect and great communication from the host. Thank you.

Owners were very accommodating!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’d originally booked the room months ahead, then Hurricane Beryl showed her ugly face. Thankfully she headed east of Port A, but not after causing a temporary (and mandatory) evacuation of visitors of the island. This was the day OF our check-in. The owners of the rental were gracious enough to allow me to push my reservation back several weeks (to the next available unreserved week) at no extra cost or penalty, which saved my annual beach vacation with my son. I couldn’t be more grateful, because technically they didn’t have to do that...albeit with unsafe surf and all island shops probably closed, the island was spared from the dangerous hurricane. I’ve been staying at Courtyards for years and will continue to support the owners as f these wonderfully convenient and comfortable rentals!

Nice place and great location, just read the fine print

This is a very nice condo that is close to the beach. The room was nice and clean and a perfect place for a couples getaway. I only took one star away from the property for one reason. I am being charged a cleaning fee for the rental and then asked to do what should be covered in the cleaning fee. I was given instructions that we had to load and run the dishwasher as well as take out the trash. I have never been asked that at any VRBO rental. I would be more understanding if we left the place an absolute wreck, and got charged an additional fee, but if you are charging me a fee and have 5 hours to get the rental ready for the next guests, then you should be fine.
