MAINTENANT SOUS NOUVELLE PROPRIÉTÉ AU 1ER MARS 2019. VEUILLEZ IGNORER LES AVIS PRÉCÉDENTS !!! "Sol Mate" est un condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain au coeur de Port Aransas. Le condo spacieux offre 1 roi et 2 reines et 2 salles de bain complètes. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit Queen. Le patio juste à côté du condo offre des brises incroyables du golfe du Mexique. Sea Isle Village est une merveilleuse communauté avec une piscine surdimensionnée, un terrain de sport et 2 aires de jeux pour les enfants. Il y a un accès central à la plage. Le complexe propose également une connexion Internet sans fil et une gestion sur place. Des laissez-passer de stationnement sont requis. Il y a un parking pour 2 véhicules. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed the stay 10/10, loved the access to the beach, how comfortable the layout was of the basically apartment with fully furnished kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room, also loved the patio. Would recommend this condo to any family for a nice stay we also loved the night swimming as the pool stays open until 10pm. Thank you for such a fantastic stay through Port Aransas Escapes! Would love to come back again.

Sea Isle Village is GREAT!!!

Sea Isle Village is great!! This is our second year staying on property and once again it did not disappoint. The property is clean, the condo was adorable and the complex is close to everything. We do love the direct access to the beach as well as the addition of the pool! We do also recommend renting a golf cart for all your beach and intown adventures from Island Outfitters! They will deliver and pick up your pre reserved golf cart to you upon your check in and checkout for no extra charge. We had a great time on our stay and will be back again soon for sure!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It started out with the condo not being cleaned very well. The sheets in the secondary room on one of the beds had crusty stuff on them. Then to top it off the manager put in the wrong room number and a stranger walked in on our boys in their room while we were at the beach. We never put in a request for internet service apparently room 30 did. We will not be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family loves staying here, its close to everything and just the right size for us. This time I think the maintenance/cleaning was not great. I could tell they recently sprayed for bugs but they didnt come back to clean up all the dead ones. There were bugs behind all the furniture and there was a big one dead right at the front door when we got there. As well, there was a lamp unplugged and the couch is badly broken and appears to just barely be held together at this point. It wasn't major but it just took away from the excitement a little but everything else was fine.

Reviewer Comments: I recently stayed at a South 11th Street condo that had both its ups and downs. Located just a short walk from the beach, the convenience of the location was a major highlight of the stay.The condo's cleanliness had some room for improvement. The shower was unclean and had bugs present. I contacted the office and they were very kind. They came quickly to clean the showers. Unfortunately, the cleaning was still not obvious. The sole evidence was the smell of bleach. The shower's appearance was still dirty. I also observed a massive roach scaling the cabinets. Although it wasn't completely unlivable, the lack of cleanliness did reduce the overall comfort of the stay.

When we arrived at our first rental which was also a wonderful rental, we found it to be on the 3rd floor and we thought it was ground level.. we had to have a ground level. They responded quickly to our need and made it all work and were so courteous too! Highly recommend this management company!!

We took care of a few maintenance issues that came up during our stay, such as, a new appliance light for the refrigerator and new batteries for the remote controls that needed them. We really found Spectrum TV hard to figure out, so that was a drawback. Overall good stay.
