"Ocean View" est un condo d'efficacité au deuxième étage en bord de mer au coeur de Port Aransas. Il a récemment été remodelé avec un thème côtier partout. La chambre spacieuse comprend 2 lits doubles et une salle de bain complète. Le patio surdimensionné hors du salon a une vue magnifique sur la plage. Sea Isle Village est une communauté fabuleuse avec une piscine surdimensionnée, un terrain de sport et une aire de jeux pour les enfants. Il y a un accès central à la plage.

Il y a un stationnement autorisé pour UN véhicule dans cette unité. Si vous devez louer une voiturette de golf, vous devez vous rendre au bureau de Sea Isle Village sur place et obtenir une carte de stationnement auprès d'eux. Des laissez-passer de stationnement sont requis.

Beautiful view, bring a mattress topper

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was clean and had a beautiful view. It smelled good upon arrival. I didn’t end up sleeping in this unit because I knew my back would hurt on the hard beds, so if you stay in this unit, be prepared for very hard beds- bring a mattress topper or blow up mattress, although it’s a small unit so may not have room for the blow up.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was really impressed with this unit. Have stayed in a number of larger units in Sea Isle, but grabbed this for a quick girls trip. I was dubious that 2 moms and 2 teens would be comfortable in the full beds but we forgot an air mattress -- it worked great! Beds are rather firm, but that is literally my only complaint. The view couldn't be better, the interior is charming and very clean. Lots of great storage/drying space in the large closet/bathroom area. Wonderful value and experience! Bonus: Port A Escapes was VERY responsive when we called because the unit didn't have salt and pepper -- they ran items right over!

The condo’s biggest selling point is its prime location—just a quick stroll to the beach, perfect for sunrise walks and sunset lounging. Inside, we found everything clean and tidy. The one drawback was the bathtub: it’s slightly stained from Gulf tar. Showering was fine, but a nonslip tub mat would help keep things looking—and feeling—more inviting.The kitchen was a standout. It came fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and a dependable dishwasher, so cooking our own meals was effortless. For two guests, the space is ideal. For three to four, sleeping arrangements are tight—only two full-size beds and no sleeper sofa. As a family of three we’d choose a larger unit next time, but if I’m traveling with just one friend, I’d happily book this place again.In short: fantastic location, spotless living areas, a thoughtfully equipped kitchen, and a few small tweaks—like a tub mat and extra bedding options—would make it perfect.

Great little studio on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff at Port A escapes was friendly, the condo was cute, clean and cozy. Worked well for a long weekend for my husband and I and our two children. The only downside to the complex is that while there’s a sidewalk leading most of the way to the beach, there is no actual boardwalk over the dune. That trek can be quite treacherous with burning hot sand and a wagon full of beach gear. Typically it wouldn’t be an issue, but thanks to the ‘Rona driving on the beach was not permitted at the time of our stay. I’d rent here again!

Exactly what I wanted, almost

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the first time my family and I have rented out something like this. We loved staying here. Let me get the only con out of the way and say that the beds are not comfortable, but other than that we definitely will return. It is a short walk to the beach, quick access to convenient stores, and has everything you need for the littles; pool, basketball court, playground. I am not sure if there was laundry on site.... Couldn't find it although they provided laundry pods. The view from the balcony is nice. Have a rinse station for when you get back to the property from the beach. They remote was working for the volume and then it stopped and we couldn't figure it out, but that wasn't a huge bother. Definitely would recommend to others.

Happy Anniversary!

We came for our 50th wedding anniversary and totally enjoyed our stay. All was clean and well kept. The only thing we would change is the TV setup, at 70 years old it was confusing. Had our grandkids been with us they would have done it in a snap! Thank you for letting us rent your beautiful spot! We will be back!!

great property

nice condo with balcony, good path to beach, had to make a quick run to grocery store - there was no bath soap, salt and pepper. Beds were not very comfortable. Wondering why we need to take trash to dumpsters when we paid a hefty cleaning fee, but not a problem. Would rent again!

Enjoyable quaint stay

Great quaint location! Great price for the location. Please bring bug spray those mosquitoes are no joke especially when you take the beach access trail behind the condo. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the amazing beach view from the condo’s balcony.

Fabulous family find!

Our small family of 3 absolutely loved our Sea Isle stay! Condo was 1 room only, similar to hotel however had a full kitchen and AMAZING view!! We loved all the colorful decor, too! Thankful in advance for being able to return to such a lovely condo!!

A Relaxing Stay with Ocean Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My sister and I had a wonderful experience at this condo. It was exceptionally clean and surprisingly spacious. The location was ideal, with the front door facing the inviting pool and the back patio offering stunning beach views.The kitchen was well-equipped, featuring brand-new pots and pans, an abundance of plates and cups, and even two coffee pots. We appreciated having a dishwasher and all the necessary kitchen utensils. For two people, the space was very comfortable, allowing us to unwind and relax.The beds were remarkably cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep. One of our favorite features was the desk that overlooked the beach. Sitting there, coloring and gazing at the ocean, was truly therapeutic.The only minor issue was the shower curtain liner in the bathroom, which needed replacement due to its dirtiness. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed the ocean views and left feeling refreshed. We would happily return to stay in this same condo for another relaxing getaway.

Pretty impressed with how clean the property was. Short walk to the beach too. It would of been a little better if they had longer pool hours. Other than that everything was great.

Cheerful Coastal Room with a View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love Sea Isle Village. We stayed downstairs last year but I wanted a room with a view this year. I love how it is decorated, you definitely feel you are on the coast. It was a lovely stay even with Tropical Storm Harold blowing in. The pool was quickly cleaned the next day. There aren’t any basic condiments or coffee on site. I bought some sugar and left it there for future visitors. Bring what you think you will need.
