Chacun trouvera son propre moyen de se détendre au bord de la piscine, en jouant à l'un des 4 jeux d'arcade, en défiant quelqu'un avec un jeu de billard ou de ping-pong ou en se reposant sur l'un des nombreux espaces de vie intérieurs ou extérieurs.



De haut en bas - cette belle maison a été entièrement redécoré et mis à jour avec des touches de designer. Il dort confortablement 10!



Une maison de luxe exquis vous attend sur Wightman Lane privé. À quelques pas de la sérénité de l’océan ou de la commodité du village, Captiva Breeze est une oasis de vacances luxueuses de 4 chambres à coucher, 4 salles de bains avec de grands espaces de vie intérieurs et extérieurs, une piscine privée chauffée et un bain à remous avec une cascade et plusieurs vérand La promenade du capitaine sur le toit avec une vue partielle sur la baie et le golfe du Mexique.



Sur le niveau de vie principal, vous trouverez un salon avec des plafonds cathédrale; cuisine gastronomique incroyable avec des comptoirs en granit, un refroidisseur de vin et un bar; la suite du roi chambre à coucher principale; une suite d'invité avec des lits jumeaux; salle de bain complète avec accès depuis le salon ou la chambre à coucher; et laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. La cuisine et la salle à manger et la suite principale s'ouvrent toutes sur la véranda avec moustiquaire donnant sur la piscine.



La suite principale du roi comprend une salle de bains avec une baignoire à jet assez grand pour deux, une douche surdimensionnée en verre et en carrelage, une coiffeuse à deux lavabos, un dressing et une toilette séparée. Des escaliers privés vous mènent de la suite principale à la piscine!



Le niveau supérieur de la maison comprend deux chambres plus belles et confortables, chacune avec leur propre salle de bains privative. Une chambre comprend un lit king-size. L'autre chambre surdimensionnée comprend un lit king-size et des lits superposés avec des escaliers de sécurité, pouvant accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 4 personnes dans une même chambre. Les deux chambres ont un accès privé à la terrasse sur le toit. Le plan d'étage moderne, les espaces de vie multiples et l'ascenseur en font une maison de vacances fabuleuse pour toute famille!

The location was within walking distance to everything we need. the spa (hot tub) never warmed up above luke-warm the entire week.

The kitchen was equipped nicely, I would recommend replacing the cookware and cutting boards they are extremely scratched and can cause illness.

We want every part of your stay to be relaxing, and struggling with the amenities is the last thing you want to do on vacation. Based on your comments, we are currently updating our in-home guest manual to include more detailed, step-by-step instructions for the pool and spa controls. We are also looking into adding a quick-start guide or QR code poolside for even easier access. The location and the game room were the best features of this house. It could use a refresh (dated?) and updates (broken towel holder, toilet seat, flusher). The floors were also rather dirty, with debris under the couches and everyone having dirty feet after freshly washing and walking through the house on our first day. The location is PERFECT. The game room was EXCELLENT. The pool and hot tub cold and cool. The text service was quick, the repair folks a mix. Mostly small things and we had a GREAT time!

Great family house

House was clean. Bedrooms and bathrooms are laid out perfectly. Beach chairs and wagon were left in the garage and perfect for the short walk up to the beach.

Great house.

The house had everything we could want. The basement/game area was very nice for when it stormed and we could not be out and about. The location of the house was perfect--we were able to easily access the beach and all the local restaurants.

Wonderful house and location

This was a great house for our family and fit everyone comfortably. It was great having a pool at the house and being such a short walk to the beach! They had lots of beach and pool supplies. Beds were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms for a bigger group, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, appliances, pots/pans, etc., arcade games and other games were a great bonus. Overall a great time and awesome place to stay. Thanks!!

Wonderful Captiva Breeze

The house was amazing and absolutely great! Considering she just was beat up by 2 hurricanes in as many weeks! More than enough room for the 6 of us! Beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of things to do at the house when not at the beach. Adult kids loved the pool, pool table and video games downstairs! Will definitely book Captiva Breeze for next big family trip to the area.

Great family getaway!

Our family of 9 had a great time for 5 nights! Plenty of room and Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Make sure to try the Key Lime Pie from Key Lime Bistro just around the corner! Kids and adults loved the pool, hot tub and games area. Well stocked kitchen and Weber grill perfect for meals at home. Beautiful, quiet street with easy walk to beach. Plenty of chairs, beach wagon and some kid toys available to take to beach. Only complaints we had were: need more paper products (toilet paper and paper towels) and pool area could have been maintained a little better(spider/spider webs everywhere, a lot of dead bugs and a few live that got in through holes in screen). With that being said we made it work with a small Island store within walking distance that we purchased paper products and we “debugged” the area and it never stopped us from enjoying the pool/game area. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful family vacation on Captiva Island. The house was perfectly located, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants. The screened‑in pool area was a huge plus, and the game room made downtime fun for everyone. My teens especially loved the pool table. The home was comfortable, convenient, and made our stay truly relaxing. I would highly recommend this property.

We love staying at this property.

We love staying at this property. This is our fourth year and we have already booked the same week for 2023. The four bedrooms and baths are perfect for our family. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. The pool is great to spend time in after a day at the beach. As the kids say, "Captiva Island is their HAPPY PLACE!" Everyone was helpful, friendly, and prompt with answers to inquiries made.

One last thing I would like to recommend is clearer instructions regarding having to out the trash OUT for pick up. We did not know that the trash service would not open the bins. The bins at Captiva Breeze did not have lids and we were afraid to leave them out for fear of attracting animals. They were replaced and all was well. I think the owners and Dream Vacations should review the house with a critical eye to improve the experience. Thank you! The team was very helpful and responsive. I called several times regarding a septic alarm in the neighborhood and some other issues and I was very impressed by how responsive and nice they all were.

Our stay

Needed a cook top CLEANER for the white, ceramic cook top. We would have loved to have kept it clean. No disposal in the sink? Very hard to believe. Loved the location!, the 4 BR, 4 Baths, the pool and the Weber grill. Provided supplies were skimpy. One pod for the dishwasher for a week's stay yet 2 paks of laundry detergent? 1 roll of paper towels? Had to wipe drips off the kitchen floor a lot since the waste basket was FAR from the sink.

We absolutely loved the house and all it had to offer! Everything was thought of…….crib, high chair, baby gate, two types of coffee pots, plenty of dishes even plastic ones for the outdoors! Loved everything about this house and look forward to staying again!! Very helpful

Although our experience was exceptional, we did encounter a very unpleasant instance. When we went to throw away the trash in the trash bins outside of the house, the trash bins were DISGUSTING. There were maggots all over the trash and it smelled horrible. The house itself was very clean, but we were shocked to find that the trash bin/storage was so disgusting. We cleaned it ourselves, but want to stress that as a guest we felt very disappointed that we had to clean it ourselves.

Captiva Breeze was perfect for our three families June 2021.

Captiva Breeze was perfect for our three families June 2021. Very clean and roomy. Elevator was a big plus. Easy walking distance to the beach. House comes with lots of beach chairs and umbrellas although we rented a canopy from Finnimores in Sanibel. Since there is no parking on the streets other than rentals and residences there is no beach crowd to fight. Kids had lots of fun with golf cart rental, pool, arcade games, beach, and Joeys ice cream boat visits to the beach. Very helpful and answered all our questions

We love this house.

We love this house. It’s our second time renting it. We are two families vacationing together and it was very comfortable for everyone. The bed/bath layout is perfect for us. There are plenty of extras like beach towels, beach chairs, bikes, games and puzzles to provide something for everyone. The week went by far too quickly. Appreciate the quick response to our issues.

The light fixture over the staircase leading to the pool/patio are is not working properly.

The light fixture over the staircase leading to the pool/patio are is not working properly. Either the bulb is our or the fixture is in need of repair. We noticed a tear in the screening around the pool/patio. The response to our call with this information was an immediate repair to the problem.

Island magic

This house was beautiful and absolutely perfect for our family. The attention to detail was above and beyond- we had everything we could possibly need for time at the beach. The kids were occupied with the fun games and pool. The house is in great shape, clean comfortable and perfect location. Can’t wait to stay again!
