CETTE PROPRIÉTÉ EST UNIQUEMENT ACCESSIBLE PAR BATEAU. Si vous n'avez pas votre propre bateau, vous devrez organiser un bateau-taxi depuis la marina de Sandy Pond. C'est sur une péninsule de sable, mais ça pourrait tout aussi bien être sur une île car elle n'est accessible que par bateau.

Cette propriété privée en bord de mer deviendra le lieu de vacances préféré de votre famille! Trois chambres (deux lits doubles au niveau principal, lit queen dans la suite du propriétaire), y compris une suite inoubliable des propriétaires au dernier étage avec une terrasse donnant sur le lac Ontario - c'est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de chaque coucher de soleil spectaculaire.

Il y a deux salles de bains avec douches, dont une baignoire jacuzzi dans la suite du propriétaire.

La propriété est très exclusive et privée et est accessible UNIQUEMENT via un court trajet en bateau depuis la marina de Sandy Pond. Il est fortement recommandé d'avoir un bateau pendant votre séjour, surtout si vous avez des enfants. Cependant, le propriétaire de Sandy Pond Marina est prêt à transférer les gens vers / depuis le quai de la maison de plage pour 10 $ / par personne / par trajet. Vous pouvez également envisager de louer un bateau à partir de Greens Point Marina.

Il y a une cuisine complète avec réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, machine à glaçons, cafetière, refroidisseur d'eau Primo et four / cuisinière. Un barbecue à gaz est également disponible pour les barbecues d'été.

Chaque soir, votre famille peut profiter d'un feu de joie et des Mores sur la plage en utilisant le bois flotté que vous ramassez pendant la journée.

Draps / serviettes propres et ustensiles de cuisine inclus. Les familles doivent apporter leurs propres articles de toilette, une bouteille d'eau Primo de 5 gallons, un insectifuge et un écran solaire.

Amazing stay on the beach!

First, I would like to say thank you to Tam and Kerry for allowing us to stay here. The camp is amazing, and their communication throughout was terrific. This is a very unique property/location, and it was great to be a little “cut off” from the rest of the world for a week (not really cut off, but it does feel that way sometimes!) Plenty of time to spend on the beach, swimming, reading and just enjoying spending time with family. The beach is really beautiful and we spent as much time as possible out there. Amazing view of the sunset as well. The camp itself is also very nice, and definitely above and beyond what you would expect out of your typical “camp”. Dave at the Sandy Pond Marina was also extremely helpful with transportation back and forth for the week. Definitely a 5 star trip, and we would absolutely consider staying here again in the future.

Perfect getaway

The owner and property manager(his father) were very helpful and nice. The property has a private beach off the back yard, the entire peninsula is only accessible by 12 or so houses so it is very private and quiet. The nicest sunset you will ever see in your life, the nicest sand beaches as well. I stayed there with my wife and dog but the house could have accommodated 4 couples. The cabin is great but it is very much a cabin so maybe not for those who are into having every amenity. The property and location outweigh this 10 fold, other than bathing and sleeping we did not spend any time inside so this was not an issue for us. I would definitely rent this place again.

Awesome Location

After a 5 minute boat ride from the Marina to the private dock on this property, you feel like you're on your own paradise island. The house had everything you needed to enjoy your endless beach days. A great location no matter what the weather, we had a few windy days that made it impossible to sit next to the Lake but the pond side of the house was calm, sunny and very enjoyable. Fun had by ALL!

Two Shores of Natural Beauty

Staying on a Lake Ontario barrier island with views of both the Lake and the adjacent Sandy Pond was a very unique and awesome experience! We saw Bald Eagles, herons, tons of shorebirds and waterfowl. The sunrises on the pond side and sunsets on the Lake side were spectacular. This cottage is situated perfectly for enjoying the natural beauty of this area. The cottage’s layout, decor and amenities all provide a very comfortable and relaxing experience. We can’t wait to return there, soon!

Amazing beach, feels like your on the ocean coast.

What an amazing stay at this beautiful beach cottage. Woke up in the master suite looking at the water listening to the waves. Morning coffee on the deck. Long walks on the beach, playing in the warm waves, incredible sunsets with bon fires and even fishing at the pond side. If your looking for a great place to relax and enjoy the powder sand, this place is perfect. Thank you Tam for sharing your home and John for all of your help. Hope to return!!!

When I was in high school, my dad, my brothers and I built this cottage on the beach. When my dad decided to sell it a few years ago, my wife and I were able to purchase it to keep it in the family. However, we are both educators living in Las Vegas, Nevada. So, unfortunately, until we retire in a few years, we can only spend 2-3 weeks there every summer.

Larnerd's Landing provides a family friendly beach vacation without dealing with crowds and strangers. You can only access the property by a short boat ride across Sandy Pond. It's exclusive, private, rustic, but...it's on the beach!
