Nouveau pour 2018! Ce charmant condo spacieux dispose de sols stratifiés Pergo, à l’exception des chambres à coucher. La cuisine immaculée est décorée dans un style cottage avec des placards de perles, un beau réfrigérateur côte à côte, un grille-pain à quatre tranches et une cafetière Braun. Les appareils améliorés comprennent un poêle à couvercle plat. La salle à manger a une grande table avec beaucoup de place pour 6 appétits affamés. Un énorme téléviseur mural dans le salon avec un bar sonore garantit une grande qualité d'écoute en famille. La 2ème chambre est joliment décorée avec un beau lit queen et un ventilateur de plafond. Un lit king vous attend dans la chambre des maîtres avec une autre grande télévision murale et un système stéréo. Il y a un nouveau canapé-lit queen dans la tanière! La salle de bain du hall a été mise à jour avec des carreaux élégants et une barre d'appui sur le mur dans la baignoire. Le bain de maître a une belle promenade dans la douche avec une barre d'appui pour la stabilité. Les deux ont des armoires améliorées avec beaucoup de stockage. Ensuite, il y a la vue! De l'étage supérieur, sans obstacles, vous serez libre de stress que vous regardez depuis le balcon vue sur l'océan. Ce condo dispose également d'une laveuse / sécheuse et de la climatisation centrale. WI-FI GRATUIT POUR LES INVITÉS! Il y a un frais d'inscription de 50 $ qui vous donne deux places de stationnement. Chaque place de parking supplémentaire nécessaire est de 10 $ / nuit. Le Plaza dispose de deux piscines, une piscine pour enfants, un sauna et un bain à remous. Perfect views, great location

We loved this roomy condo with 17th floor views of the ocean. The unit is well appointed with attention to details. The owner's entry instructions including parking and wifi are spot on and easy to use. The two bedrooms are very comfortable. We really loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. The building's amenities are very nice, it made it very easy to go back and forth between our "camp" on the beach and the condo . We enjoyed the happy hour entertainment at the tiki bar in the early evening. We would definitely recommend staying at this unit.

Beautiful condo right on the beach!

Great location! Condo is beautiful, modern, and well maintained. Master bedroom has wonderful views of the ocean. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials and dishware. Hop skip and a jump to the beach. Nice amenities with the Tiki bar and restaurant on site. The pool is a nice size overlooking the ocean.

Great Family Vacation

Gorgeous views from balcony; fully stocked kitchen; top floor condo!

The condo is located on the top floor and the views from the balcony are amazing. The rooms are nicely decorated and the kitchen is fully stocked. The electricity went out one morning but I was happy to discover that the elevator worked so I didn't have to think about walking down 17 floors. I'd like to add that the electricity did come back on shortly afterwards. The second bedroom was much warmer than the other rooms and each bedroom has a ceiling fan above the bed. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. There are several adult beach chairs, 3 kids chairs along with two beach umbrellas & several sand toys. The condo is kid friendly; there was even a step stool in both bathrooms for small children. There was an issue with the cleanliness of the condo. I have been in touch with the owner and she said she will be including the cleaner's phone number on future contracts. I'd like to add that the owner responds quickly to messaging. The location of the condo is perfect. There are several restaurants in the immediate area, food shopping is across the street and the boardwalk is a short drive. Assateague Island is a short distance from the condo. Parking is easy; one designated spot and another on the second floor of the parking garage if you have two cars. There are two pools including a child's pool, a tiki bar and live music every night. For those who have children, there is a lifeguard stand directly in front of the condo. We all had a relaxing and fun week at the condo.

What could be better...a perfect ocean view from an absolutely wonderful condo!

We had an absolutely wonderful six days here! Beautifully decorated, comfortable furnishings, gorgeous view! Went down to Assateague and Chincoteague to see the ponies---actually got some great close-up photos! Also went up to shop at the outlet malls in Rehoboth. There are lots of great, close by restaurants to enjoy. People watching on the boardwalk was fun. And just enjoyed the rest of the time being at the beach. Joan, the owner, was great to deal with, easy to reach, pleasant to talk to. We'll definitely return if travels take us to Ocean City again!

Wonderful Views

Great views of the Ocean and being on the 17th floor the Bay view is great. This location and height gives quiet and comfortable accommodation. Very very comfortable and great access to OC. Walking distance to Liquid Assets for a meal or just a libation. Shark on the Harbor was our favorite restaurant. Upscale food in a casual atomsphere. Uber bagels good am stop with excellent coffee

Our OC, MD Getaway

Our family was a guest in the Goodman condo at the end of Sept. 2016. My father in his 90's accompanied us. He walks short distances. The condo was easy for him to get around. The step in tub served him well with his physical limitations. With the condo being beachfront, we bundled him up and he sat on the balcony and could enjoy the sunrise over the ocean with us:) We all thoroughly enjoyed the balcony. Also, the sunset over the bay is spectacular! We reserved a beach wheelchair and dad could enjoy the beach with us. We had a total of 5 adults in the condo during the week and found we had ample room. We all agreed that probably 6 adults max would be appropriate for the condo. For a mix of adults & children you could probably get away with 8 individuals. Should your plans include using the den area for sleeping be aware that this area of the condo is very noisy. We have visited OC many times and visited some restaurants with which we are familiar and do enjoy. There are also good recommendations provided by the owners. We did experience what we were told was an historic storm in the area at the end of of our stay. We don't control the weather so if you can't go on the beach you just find alternatives. There are games on site and we played some games in the condo. We would like to commend the security staff of the Plaza. Many times when we came down to exit, if there was a security staff member present, they would open the door for us to exit with the wheelchair. One we would like to mention by name is Franklin. He was extremely courteous and offered us suggestions on how to get dad on the beach. We would stay in this condo again. We were pleased with the response from the condo owners and the extra tidbits offered by Joan. Would recommend you have your own source for internet service. When we inquired about the rental, the sales rep did not even recommend we get it stating it is poor service. That is something the Plaza should look in to and fix. In today's world, everyone wants to be connected (and reliably)! Overall, a very nice stay.

GREAT VACATION!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo and the view was beautiful. The owner of the property was wonderful to work with giving us information on good restaurants and places to visit. I have rented many times in Ocean City and this was the most enjoyable visit we have had. We will definitely be looking forward to visiting again. Great experience!

The Plaza

Views from the balcony are incredible. We were entertained by the dolphin show in the mornings. Then enjoyed the beach and the pool with a drink from the tiki bar. The condo was everything that was advertised and Joan was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. One brief phone call and I felt as if I had known her for years. I would absolutely recommend renting this property and we hope to enjoy more vacations there in the future.

First Family Vacation with Kids

This couldn't have been any more accommodating. To wake up each day and have the views of the beach and ocean that it provided was incredible. The easy access to the beach and the multiple pools were great with the kids. When it rained, we had a blast in the indoor pool. We couldn't have been more comfortable or at ease and the owner was great to work with. We would stay again and highly recommend.

Room 1710

Room was very nice, great view, comfy beds, etc. Only minor issue was frig would not cool 1st day but owners did everything they could to correct and immediately i might add. By Sunday it was working so not a big deal. Rooms and baths were nice and kitchen was loaded. Also easy in and out for unloading and packing. Lots of tvs and sound setup. Wifi network had to be paid for which was not known up front but bring a Roku or Friestick and it doesnt much matter. Plenty to do and close to everything but the noise and riff raff. Recommend highly and very nice people to deal with!

Amazing views, so much better than we expected, will definitely come back!

What can we say, except awesome! When we arrived at the condo, it was absolutely lovely. So well decorated, spacious, and the view outside the living room doors was perfect! Being on the top floor does have his advantages! The bedrooms were nicely appointed, and everything that we needed was there. We spent many a morning at the dining room table eating breakfast, and in the evenings looking at either the ocean, or the bay in the back. It is situated near great restaurants, with a local supermarket right across the street. And the Coffee Beanery right across the street is a perfect place for a good cuppa coffee. Thank you Joan, you made our stay so delightful, so perfect and we will absolutely be returning next year, or sooner. Your place had everything we needed, from the games in the closet that we found and at times, we just sat around and laughed, and enjoyed great family time and what's the movie on the big screen TV in the living room. The weather wasn't so good, but we found ourselves visiting the horses on Assateague Island, playing a round of golf, some mini golf, boardwalk walking and eating at so many great restaurants. We even enjoyed the hot tub and the indoor pool many times, and just walking on the beach, even though it was chilly was a great break from the stress of any day. Thank you again, I wish there was more than five stars, I would give you a big 10! So blessed to have found this place online.

Relaxing Getaway

We loved this condo! It had all of the amenities you could need. The condo was clean, updated and very comfortable. We traveled with 4 children who really enjoyed the space and loved the indoor pool. The view from the balcony was amazing (we enjoyed coffee out there each morning.) The owner was very helpful. Tons of things for the kids to do in OC (great family friendly restaurants, go karts, mini golf and arcades.) The kids also loved the Ripley Museums. We will back!

Highly Recommended

This was our first stay at the Plaza in Ocean City, MD. Compared to other condos we have rented in the past, this was our favorite. The owner, Joan, is very attentive and easy to work with. The price is great for all that is included. It's a spacious condo, very clean, and well designed for families. The furniture, beds, etc, are all better than expected. The pillows were a little wimpy, but there were multiple ones to overcome that drawback. On the top floor of this 17 floor building, the view is perfect. And, yes, you CAN hear the ocean when that high....quite well, as a matter of fact. The owners have supplied the condo with everything you need and more. In fact, it is ideally supplied for families with ample entertainment, electronics, and a separate den for some separation of the kids and the adults. If you plan to cook meals there, you will be in heaven. MUCH better supplied than timeshare condos. The building has a lovely indoor pool that was open while we visited in early February. They also have a restaurant, but it was closed for the season. It is within walking distance of the Clarion Hotel which has a great restaurant for finer dining. There is a covered parking garage which we found very helpful in February when there were a few snowy days. There is an excellent grocery store across the street. This was a great experience for us, and we will return...God willing. Thank you, Joan, for everything!

Beaitiful view and amenities galore!

A beach home away from home! Gorgeous views, everything you could ever need already in the condo and amenities everywhere...very clean pool area, huge pool and perfect size baby pool too, lots of chairs already at the pool and the owner has them there for taking to the beach (one less thing to jam into the car getting there, whew!!), cute little bar/restaurant on site and great places within walking distance as well! (Cool sushi spot across the street and Lombardi's, Candy Kitchen, 7-11.....everything you may need to run out for is super close!) Easy rental process with the owner who is very communicative (always within 24 hours - and available via email and/or phone). Awesome king size bed (super comfy and lots of pillows) and loved having a washer/dryer! Would recommend and would stay again!

Our winter vacation

Great location, great place, great time

The condo is in a really nice building & the security staff was very friendly & helpful. The building & condo itself were everything that we were looking for: had a kiddie pool, had a larger outdoor pool, had an indoor pool in case of inclement weather, had a restaurant onsite in case we didn't want to cook or order out, grocery store was within walking distance as well as a number of restaurants, the condo was clean, had all the kitchen equipment we needed & even some beach equipment to use. I came to ocean city as a kid every year and it's something I would like to continue for my own kids and this is definitely a place I would continue staying.

View from the top!

Wow! This was my second stay at The Plaza, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else! This condo is amazing! The view is breathtaking from the oceanfront balcony, the Jungle Bar food and staff are outstanding! I have stayed in OC many times during my summer and fall getaways but this Condo wins hands down over any other local "VACANCY" signs! You better book now or you'll miss out on creating some wonderful memories with your family and friends!!!!!

Best Condo on the beach

Second time we stayed at the condo. Had a great time and the condo was perfect. Everything we needed and more. The remodeled bathrooms are beautiful. Nothing beats the view from the bay in the front to the ocean in the back. Thank you Joan for sharing your home with us again. Hope to come back soon.

Unbelievable attention to detail

My family and I have stayed at the PLAZA multiple times. Joan is just amazing to deal with. She is very punctual and organized. The inside of the unit is just beautiful. The unit is overly clean and she also has tons of extra little goodies inside to make your stay seemless. When we stayed there was chairs, umbrella's, crabbing kits.... anything you could think of!! Definitely a 5-star!
