Pool open Memorial - Nov 1st. Sometimes earlier or later weather permitting at the discretion of the building. Indoor pool expected to be closed from April 1 - May 10th for restoration work. Please ask if you are curious about pool openings during your stay :)

This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.

Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own! 😊

Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.

If a pack n' play is needed for your stay, please request from us ASAP upon booking confirmation.
