Belle maison historique au coeur du centre-ville de Grand Haven. Cette unité dispose de 3 chambres et 8 couchages. Il y a des lits queen dans deux chambres et 2 lits doubles dans la troisième chambre. Grand manger dans la cuisine avec curseur sur le pont. Le salon a une télévision à écran plat et Internet sans fil. Il s'agit d'une unité supérieure avec un pont. Il y a aussi un porche avant qui est parfait pour s'asseoir et attraper les brises du lac.
Le parking est à l'arrière du bâtiment. Stationnement supplémentaire en face de la rue.
Deux pâtés de maisons de la célèbre fontaine musicale et de la promenade qui mène à la jetée. Un pâté de maisons des restaurants et des magasins du centre-ville. Il se trouve à quelques pas du terrain de jets d'eau, du minigolf, du marché fermier et de nombreuses autres attractions. Super emplacement pour marcher et faire du vélo.
Cette unité a un tout nouveau climatiseur central. Chauffage à air pulsé.

Amazing Location

Fantastic location for an easy walk to downtown Grand Haven. Loved the porch and easy parking. The rooms are large and beds are comfy. Everything is clean and as pictured. Great spot for a family or group of friends.

Great location

The property is very clean and in a great location, right in downtown close to all restaurants and shops. It's about a 15 to 20-minute walk to the beach, which makes it a great location for the price. Additionally, the parking is convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

Enjoy this piece of History in Grand Haven!

Location is perfect! We have visited GH for many years and enjoyed that we could walk the town as well as the pier to the lighthouse. Most of the living space is updated, clean and spacious. The bathroom could use a few more upgrades but I understand it is work in progress. I loved the kitchen table as it seated 8 comfortably and was perfect for playing games. Our weekend was a mixed bag of weather. We made the most of what Mother Nature gave us. This location worked perfectly for our family gathering!

Weekend Getaway

The house was very easy to access, parking was great, and the location was even better. Walking distance to the beach and downtown district was perfect for our family weekend in GH. I had a few questions prior to our stay, and the response time was very quick and helpful. Would highly recommend for a family!

Great Location, Great Setup for a week in Grand Haven

We loved the outdoor balcony/porch area, with the table and all. Great walking distance to so much of Grand Haven. AC worked great. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was decent. Could maybe use a few more cleaning amenities to help keep with the sand and other mess of a long stay - a vacuum would help a lot!

Cozy apartment in the perfect location

We enjoyed our stay. Was located close to quaint downtown area, nice deck to enjoy the evenings and mornings. I would suggest a broom but other than that had everything we needed. Kitty corner from brewery, morning star cafe is great for breakfast. Would stay again. Thank you

Great location, space, and roof patio

Very reasonably priced property in the perfect location with a great rooftop deck overlooking Grand Armory Brewing. One block off the main shopping street with restaurants, bars, shops, and the pedestrian mall in the summer. Three good sized bedrooms with sleeping for eight. The finishes aren't the highest end but who cares, we had a great time here and would stay again without hesitation.

Deck was the best

Much older place but the best views and outside area because of the deck. Would have liked another sofa in living room as there were 8 of us and not enough seating but we ended up sitting outside on the deck most of the time anyway so wasn’t a big deal for this trip. Would love an umbrella for the deck for afternoon time with the sun. Sliding glass door needs a little work to make it easier to open. We loved the location and would definitely stay again.

Good Location - Historic Building

We loved the location, layout and cleaniness of the place. Super cute - very historic. The location was amazing - walking distance to downtown. Lots of parking, which was nice! Super clean on the inside with a lot of space. Liked the living area. Spacious kitchen space. The lobby was funky and did smell of mildew. The apartment was super clean and smelled clean. We really appreciated the extra towels and beach chairs because we went to the beach one day. Loved the deck. It is in full sun during the day - so an umbrella would be nice. Would be nice to have a screen door on the sliding door leading to the deck. It is up a steep flight of stairs with a low ceiling - So would not be good for elderly people or people who don’t do well with stairs. The bathroom door needs a lock. Pillows were very firm - so bring your own if you don’t like a firm pillow. Make sure to bring your own drip coffee - we just went a block for breakfast every morning - so we didn’t need it. It’s like a visit to grandmas house in a beach town. We were there with a child and teenagers and they all thought it was cool.

Not the cleanest place, but great location.

We had a great 5 days with our two children (5 and 8). The location was convenient and very walking friendly. Within 4 blocks we had shops, restaurants, yogurt, parks, river, boating, putt-putt, etc. Within 1 to 2 miles we had beach access and other business districts. We stayed over the 4th of July so it was crowded at times. Having the option to not get in the car, and even watch fireworks from our own deck was a HUGE plus. The owner was nice and helpful when contacted. The other things that could have been better were mostly related to the decor and cleanliness. The furniture reminded us of a grandma's house, or even pieces assembled from various garage sales. The sofa was very old, large floral print, and I didn't feel comfortable sitting on it as I constantly wondered how many decades of filth could be in it. And the wicker chairs didn't really match anything, nor were they comfortable. I ended up stacking pillows against the front of the sofa for back support, and sitting on the floor. As for the bathroom, there was noticeable dirt, grime. I'm not a fan of carpet in bathrooms and this one is a prime example of why. We noticed spots, grime below the towel bars where dripping hands contributed to the ick, other people's hairs, dead bugs, etc. The drain plug in the sink was missing so I was worried about dropping anything near the sink. The hot/cold label on the shower faucet fell off during the first shower. My daughter was afraid of the shower because it was very difficult to find the correct position for warm water, as the dial rotated 360 degrees with no stopping point. The shower is extremely small. Not a problem for our family, but others may want to know this. There isn't a dishwasher, so be prepared to clean up before leaving. The convenient location can turn bad on busy holidays or weekends due to the noisy bar crowd coming and going well into the night. We are a no frills, camping-type family, so most of this was manageable. But we do have friends where this place would have been a topic of concern all week. If you are convenience and budget-minded, not a bad deal. If you are closer to the high maintenance end of the spectrum, not likely a place for you.

I chose this property for it's beauty and character. I love historic homes and this one has so much of its original charm. The location is just perfect for experiencing all that Grand Haven has to offer.

This location is so fun. It is with in walking distance on so many attractions. The downtown shops and restaurants, boardwalk, marinas, farmers market, mini golf, charter fishing boats, and much more are a stroll away.
