This very cozy 100+ year old home has been remodel for you and your family to enjoy. From the new kitchen to the addition of a full bath upstairs, this house has it all. Including a fully covered porch to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The outdoor space bodes a spacious deck to grill and enjoy the hustle and bustle of Grand Haven at night. Everything is within walking distance, from restaurants, bars and shopping to the public beach which is about a 15 minute walk from the property. We hope you enjoy this home as much as we do!

The host for the property is very responsive to any message sent and I really appreciated that. This house is in a prime location and is walking distance to the main attractions in Grand Haven. The kitchen is fully stocked so you will have everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. We were there in the winter, but the yard and deck looks like it would be a great place to enjoy in better weather. Would definately rent here again!

Perfect House and Location for Summer Getaway

We really enjoyed staying here as we have several years. Great location and perfect size for our group of 6. Walk to downtown and beach to enjoy all Grand Haven has to offer. Enjoyed the backyard for dinners and fire pit.

Grand Haven Rocks

This property is renovated beautifully and in a perfect location between the beach, the pier and downtown. We spent our time bopping between all the Grand Haven sights and this was a perfect home base. Thanks for a great stay.

We had an awesome time staying in Grand Haven. The home is such a great location, we’re big walkers and loved how easy it was to access all the best parts of the downtown area. Upstairs was a little warm, but it seemed unseasonably warm this weekend. The house had everything we needed, and more. The host was communicative and kind.

We came to Grand Haven to celebrate my grandmother's 86 birthday and enjoy coast guard festivals.. The house was amazing very clean and decor made us feel right at home! The location is amazing. We would love to rent here again! Thanks for a great stay

Great Spot - Close to Downtown, Close to the Beach

We loved our stay in Grand Haven. The home had lots of great amenities -- beach chairs, an umbrella, kitchenware, and lots and lots of towels! It was a short walk into downtown and a quick drive over to the beach. We loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings and just hanging out.

Amazing Home in Ideal Location

We so enjoyed staying at the cozy home on Clinton Street. I was perfect for our stay in Grand Haven. Perfect location to walk down by the channel and to the downtown area. The three bedrooms and two baths was ideal for the three of us. Special Thank You to our hosts for keeping in touch with us during our stay.

Clean, Updated, and Perfect Location

We were extremely happy with our stay. Everything was extremely clean and organized. The home is located very close to the social district and close to the harbor and beach. Mark made the check in and check out process easy and was available to answer any questions throughout the time we spent at the house. Would absolutely recommend staying here for a Grand Haven trip.

Perfect spot for my family!

We love walking, beaches, playing games and just having a chance get our three generations together. This house allows us to be near the things we enjoy, comfortable inside and outside the house, and it’s well equipped. The host is welcoming and takes care of any questions quickly. It’s also very clean!

Grand Haven

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was decorated beautifully. There were bicycles we used and a fire pit we used. We could walk to restaurants, the beach, and all the down town shops. Could have used some cool air upstairs but there were fans available. We would stay again.

Beautiful property

What you see in the pic is what you get. The property was clean, beautiful and cozy. Zero issues. The property manager was on top of everything and he made sure our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this property.

Perfectly Situated and Renovated

The owners took a century old home and renovated it to the point that every surface... floors, walls, ceilings, countertops, etc are brand new. Very impressive. Our family of 4 found it to be very comfortable. It's steps away from downtown and a short walk to the boardwalk along the river. We highly recommend.

Family Getaway

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the boardwalk, beach, food and shopping. We could walk wherever we wanted to go! The home was beautiful; nicely furnished and decorated. It felt like home! We will take future trips to Grand Haven and plan on staying in this same home in large part because of this house. The owners and amenities exceeded expectations. We’ll done!

Family Vacay

Rented the property for 10 days; 5 adults and a 5 year old. The house was comfortable for all without being on top of each other. Nice deck with BBQ gas grill & patio furniture; we ate outside several times. Fire pit was a nice addition. The house is well equipped both inside and for outdoor/beach activities Five minute walk to town, 5 min drive to the beach, close but quiet area! Host was very responsive, would definitely stay there again.

Highly recommend

This house was great! Great location just a couple blocks from the main strip and very close to the fountains and beach. The house has been updated and is far better than another GH house we rented a different summer. The screened in porch was great when the kids went to bed and we wanted to stay quiet. The house has everything we needed for cooking. The management was very responsive. Highly recommend and we plan to come back.

Family Vacation

A screened-in side porch for morning coffee. A comfortable front porch to watch the passersby. A backyard deck for dinner. What more can you ask for? The interior of this home is equally comfortable. The photos don't lie. It's beautiful. Highly recommend.

This home is over 100 years old and while updated still has many of the "character" of a 100+ year old home. But it's very cozy, very clean and a lot of time and money have been put into it his home to get it to where it's at. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do and ask that you take care of it as if it was your own and hope you enjoy exploring Grand Haven and Spring Lake!

I love that this property is close to everything, beach, bars, restaurants, shopping, etc. and very close to other cities such as Saugatuck, Holland or Muskegon. You can do as much as you want or as little. Perfect place for whatever you desire.
