Excellent location and property!

We stayed in this house for 6 nights and we loved it! The house is clean, well stocked, and has everything you need for a beach vacation that feels like home. There is even a beach umbrella, cooler and chairs to take to the beach. The neighborhood is great with a supermarket and restaurants near by, and the beach just a block away. Communication with the property owner was excellent!

Perfect location for the beach.

Renting was very good, very spacious and clean. Everything we needed was there. I plan on returning 😊🎅

We enjoyed the location and proximity to the beach. A little noisy in the backyard. Good neighborhood. Great for walking.

It was nice. Walking distance to everything. Owner was great!

It was exactly how pictured. We liked it very much. Easy access road and right across street from beach. Restaurants right out of your back gate!

In our Miami Era!

Outstanding!! Everything about this property was perfection! Shopping and food options quite literally from the back gate. 2min walk to the best beaches!!! Drove to Key West in about 4hrs. Drove down to South Beach in roughly 30min. The convenience alone would make this house a dream, but then you add the 3 BEAUTIFUL bedrooms (huge master bedroom and walk-in closet) and you just can't do any better than this house! Communication with the host was also a bonus, answered questions instantly!

Business in Aventura

Very clean and comfortable. Alot of room for large families. There were alot of items available (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler on wheels...) to use and plenty of towels and cookware .It was very convenient for a convention i attended in Aventura Florida. The reason I gave the listing accuracy rating as a 3 is because you cannot just go out the back and cross the street to the beach. There's a 6 lane road and the access to the beach is a short walk away. You cannot see the beach or ocean from the backyard.

The only thing to complain about: We had to leave. Vacation was over.

You want immediate answers? Book here. You want a door-lock that works on first try? Book here. The only reason for a five-star rating is that ten stars are not possible. Francis does a really good job. I‘ve rented tons of houses or flats within the last three decades. It‘s never been that perfect. Fully equipped. Everything working. Very clean. Being lucky with the lights you can enter the beach within five minutes. A perfect spot to and direction. Surveys always ask about a possible recommendation to a friend. Would I recommend this vacation rental to a friend? Yes. Absolutely. Thanks, Francis. We‘re come back.

Family fun in Sunny isles

Fantastic location, beach within walking distance & convenient for shopping, restaurants. Great family spot even has a little kids park at the end of the block!

Great Location!

Great location, fast and easy access to the beach, plenty of food choices nearby, grocery stores right around corner. Good and calm neighborhood. Plenty of counter space, appliances were clean and everything was in tiptop shape. There was plenty of utensils and items for use. Plenty of room for adults, teens and smaller children. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect place in North Miami!

I stayed at Francis' place with my family and everything was perfect! The house was very clean and it was fully equipped. The kitchen is big and it has all the necessary things to cook. The bedrooms are big and the mattresses are comfortable. The bathrooms work well, with a lot of water pressure. The wifi speed was very fast. It is in a very safe area and to go to the beach, you just have to cross the road walking. There is a Publix and a small mall near the house. The Aventura mall is just at 5-7min by car. I would definitely stay here again. I loved it!

Please Read- Fair experience! Beware of Host’s Stepfather

Likes: modern/ new appliances, washer/dryer, spacious rooms, full kitchen, comfortable beds, central Miami location Dislikes: Dust, no disinfectant/cleaning products, worn out couches Unpleasant incident: In our first night, we notice no cleaning/disinfectant spray and some dust on the shades and walls. We messaged the host, Mr. Hartman, requesting these items; he responded immediately. Mr. Hartman offered to send his stepfather, the next day, to clean. We found it not unnecessary and asked the cleaning supplies be left at the door. The next morning, Mr. Hartman’s stepfather came to the place demanding we show evidence of dust, and enter to clean; we refused. The man continues, “ where is the dirt?… No one is perfect… Francis is going to kill me ( gestured the slicing of the neck)…”. In ending this aggressive visit, he ordered us turn the porch light off. Tips for your stay: Bring your own cleaning supplies, including laundry detergent.

Cozy neighborhood rental near the beach

Our rental house was a stone throw away from everything we needed and wanted to do during our vacation. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a publix and the beach within walking distance the rental was the perfect place to come back to after a day in the sun or a trip to the everglades.

House location great for beach, and local grocery store is 5 min walk. Only advise is the seat cushion on couch is wore, seating uncomfortable goes to the frame of couch. House great for our 4 day visit to Miami area.

Very comfortable and convenient home

Spacious and convenient home, had essentials plus coolers, beach umbrellas and beach towels. Beach is very easy to walk to. Would definitely stay here again.

Bare minimum (and not fully renovated) but nice enough

If you just need a place to sleep or watch tv this house is fine. From previous experience with vacation rentals, I was expecting the house to be stocked (like a house you would live in) but this house has only the bare minimum-bedding, towels, and some dishes so be prepared to pack everything from home or buy it there. It has washer/dryer but no soap/dryer sheets. Has a dishwasher but no soap. No foil/plastic wrap/sandwich bags/tupperware so dont plan on leftovers or taking snacks to the beach. The ice maker doesnt work. There is an old, dirty, bent broom to use to try to sweep up the sand. We also killed several beetle type bugs a day. I did like that it is close to the beach, about a 5 minute walk. Francis is very responsive and check in was easy. So I guess what I'm saying is it is a great location and works for a place to sleep but for what you get, it is WAY overpriced for an empty house. A hotel would be half.
